Do not waste your money choosing this company. You will not be satisfied. Look elsewhere. The employees do not know how to clean properly. I’m exhausted knowing that I have more working regarding cleaning after a business that I paid to do a job.

The 2 ladies cleaned my 2 bedroom- 2 bathroom apartment in 3 hours. They cleaned everything (over under above below). I am very impressed with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them and will use their services again.

I have tried many companies past, but not one compares to how detailed the cleaning and how low the price is. I love professional the cleaning is and how flexible they are with the schedule. I definitely recommend using this company!

Great cleaning service! I had purchased a Groupon and was able to schedule quickly even though my availability was limited due to having young kids at home doing online learning. We’ve done a few Groupons before but this was by far the best. They did end up needing a little extra time, which was understandable because with everyone being home all the time the house needed a little extra love. They also called me before time expired to let me know what was left and give me the option to add time or have them finish as scheduled. They did an amazingly thorough job. My oven has never been cleaner :)

Absolutely the WORST cleaning service Ive ever had to deal with.She quoted us By coming to my house for 5 hours of cleaning, 3 ladies showed up and were there for only 2 hours and NOTHING was done. All 3 ladies were in kitchen together taking chatting laughing Waste of time and money.They did not clean the oven, Fridge . the WORST they dumped the trash bags into the garage .2 rooms and1 bathroom left without cleaning.Do yourself a HUGE favor and do not use them.

I really wanted to continue using standard but truly unsatisfied with service provided. I was told personnel would arrive between 930 and 10am and they didn’t show up till 1120. When they arrived, none of the workers spoke to me, simply walked into my home while I was standing outside, not even a courtesy hello. Given my home was empty, I wanted to advise them of what i wanted done; dust off and clean walls and windows and clean the bathrooms. I gave them two stars because they arrived (although late) and the bathrooms were decently cleaned but the rest was not thorough at all. The floors, walls and windows were still dirty and dusty when they left. If they can’t properly clean an empty house I can’t imagine they can clean a home with furniture. They also chipped a few corners of freshly plastered walls because the dragged there vacuum around instead of carefully managing the hose.

Extremely happy with my cleaning service (move-out cleaning). It was easy to schedule a time, the cleaners were polite, professional, and did a great and thorough job. Prices are very reasonable however I wish that someone would have provided more information upfront regarding how total cost is calculated. The total time for my service was 1.5 hours, however 3 ladies cleaned my apartment so the total ended up being 1.5*3 = 4 hours, so I ended up paying a little more than I expected. Regardless, I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area!

Childish cleaning service that no showed appointment twice. Talked to their office several times and confirmed date and time. I was having guests over at my house and I needed it cleaned...I called several days in advance and gave all the details...after they no showed the first time I called them back and they apologized for the mixup (Excuse was inaccurate contact info), and that they promised that someone would show up in the morning 8 AM sharp.The next morning once again no one showed up, I called the owner to see what was going on, and her response was that It was never confirmed and basically she doubled the price that was initially agreed on to send someone out that afternoon. The excuse was at first the old wrong contact information line and then evolved to you complained about the price even we agreed on a price days in advance.Horrible experience and unprofessional practice. There are many others maid companies in the area that are viable, this isnt one of them.

Standard Cleaning Service have been my cleaners for almost years and years. They do an excellent job. I have never been disappointed and highly recommend them. Even my wife admits they do a good job, no small trick.

Signed up online, nice website, then 2 Maids showed up right on time, and went straight to cleaning. They left the place spotless. They did a great job, and I would definitely use them again. The floors were not vacuumed/swept or mopped. Theres dust everywhere, and the furniture was just pushed around for what reason, I dont know because the place wasnt even vacuumed.Naturally, I call the office to complain about the lack of service, they turn around and lie about the situation and start insulting the condition of my property, claiming that the bathrooms were so horrendous that it took them 2 hours to clean just that LOL. Thats absolutely the most ridiculous thing I have EVER heard!As a real estate professional, we were seeking to make relationship with this company to give them more business by purchasing their services for our clients as gifts but theres no way I would ever suggest anyone to them.Total waste of time and money. Honestly, Im still trying to figure out where my money went. I wish there was at least some part of the home that was cleaned enough to say, okay.... well, at least this is cleanedBest part, 1: They didnt offer to come back out and 2: They lied to the max and didnt even offer any refund, not even a partial. I just dont get it.

I live here at Parc Place apartments where I encountered one of your workers. Pulling into my complex after picking my 3 daughters up from school this afternoon. As I was backing into a parking spot one of your employees cut me off and pulled in. Parking is not limited but apparently she was in a rush. I thought I’d share this since she is driving a company car. If she continues to make those choices, She is a liability for the company. I did take a picture.
