I scheduled an appointment to shampoo the carpet and they didnt send anybody on the day to do the job. After calling them, they sent an Olympic Champion in carpet cleaning. It took him exactly 50 minutes to clean a 3 story level townhouse, 3 bds, wall to wall carpet on all levels. I will leave it like that, and you guys can draw your own conclusion about the quality of the services.

Booked for a move in cleaning. They show up two hours early. Cancel my noon appointment and move it to 3pm. Was looking to hire on, but would never after this first horrible experience! Don’t hire!!!!!

Showed up 1 hour early, did not speak any English, did a poor job and enrolled me in monthly service automatically!. People this company is a fraud. GO NOT HIRE THEM!

Mediocre at best. Hired for a move in/move out. Bathrooms were done well. Upstairs rooms with brand new carpet was fine. Hardwoods were left with spots (see pictures). Kitchen was mopped ok but I still found goldfish on the side of the fridge. Did not clean inside fridge because it had food in it nor the inside of the cabinets because they had things in them. (I still thought inside meant inside the door of the cabinet, Im wrong I guess.) Basement couch seems to have been vacuumed nicely. Floor was ok. Found a button left on floor. Kicker was when they took out the trash aka left three bags in our recycling bin outside which was drying out from recent rain. Not at all helpful! Called and spoke to the owner who offered for someone to come out at ANY time, arranged for my MIL to come over at 9 to be around. Suddenly, ANY time is only a 2 hour window on the even hours. Im out. Not using them again!

Ash Maids were very professional and did a wonderful job. Everything was spotless. They were on time, did timely work, and completed everything that was discussed. I have no complaints and no doubts that the job was done right. It was top notch quality. I have a very hairy dog and there was no sign of dog hair anywhere. I was extremely impressed. The price was not bad for the task at hand. It was definitely worth what I paid to have a clean home! You have to expect to pay a little bit to have a professional clean your house. I would highly recommend them for any type of cleaning need.

We have used Ash Maids since 2006! They are a great cleaning service, they do more than most with the services they provide and will always come back to fix/clean anything they may have missed, etc. Last year we changed to a new cleaning company due to glowing reviews, etc., but they did not perform well, were not reliable and we could never get the actual cleaning day of the week we requested due to the owners limited scheduling system! In addition, once they never showed-up to clean and the owner didnt even text us to let us know and the owner was always texting me to ask What was the date of your payment check and the date it cleared your bank?....It was absolutely ridiculous!! Within in 6 months, we were back with Ash Maids! Try Ash Maids, communication is key!

I had a great experience with Ash Maids. They have always been very friendly, timely, professional, and honest. They have a good sense of humor and are very easy to work with. Theyve worked with me when Ive needed to reschedule on the fly or cancel and have excellent customer service. They do a great job with cleaning and take good care with my personal belongings. Occasionally, if I cant find something (remotes, for example), they are very quick to reply and remember where theyve put them. :-) I highly recommend them!

I was pleased with the service, they arrived on time, did what needed to be done within the two hours specified. They were receptive and respectful when we discussed my families allergies and not wanting the harsh chemical smell. i was pleased with the overall service and would definitely call them again.

I have been using Ash Maids for a while now. Their prices are reasonable and the service is always great. My house feels practically new every time they leave. Before leaving my residence, they always ask if everything is okay before they head out. If something is not done to your satisfaction, it is corrected on the spot. I also call in my payment and the assistant asks also if everything is okay with the cleaning.

I was moving out of an apartment. Cleaning of carpet, kitchen appliances and bathroom. Good enough job. Came same day I called which was great.

Technician was professional and courteous. He went above and beyond and cleaned a few extra things that werent necessarily in the cost of the service which I greatly appreciated. I just moved into a house that I bought and dog hairs were ingrained into the carpet too deep for a conventional vacuum and do it yourself rug shampooer. These guys did a super job cleaning.

Extremely disappointed with this companys service. I have a condo that needed cleaning before move in. I asked for two full baths, one half bath, and the kitchen to be cleaned. Ash Maids had the best prices in the area so I decided to try them out.Im glad I was there for the first part of it! They called me into the bathroom to ask my opinion of the work done on the first bath- the tiled baseboards were still covered with dust and the vanity drawers were filled with hairs from the previous tenants. They went over the bathroom again but I left before I could see the final product of all the requested rooms.I arrived the next day to find an extremely POOR job done in the kitchen. I only asked for 4 rooms to be done, not the entire property, and they didnt do their best work at all. There was still dust on surfaces, dirt on the floors, and grease on counter tops. I called and asked for a refund but they refused and instead offered for them to come back the next day and clean again at noon.Noon comes and goes and the cleaners are no where to be found. They arrive two hours late and re-clean the kitchen. The last thing I want to do is stand over someone (let alone wait for them for two hours prior) when they are doing their job but if you cant do it right the first time, what am I to expect of you from doing it the second time?I will never use this company again! They were unprofessional- customer service on the phone was not apologetic and defiant, and did not do their best cleaning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I called 2 weeks ago for carpet cleaning and set it all up. Called today to reaffirm the cleaners would be here by 10 a.m. Two weeks ago I spoke with a man and he established the price. Today the woman said oh no... there must be a mistake.. we said anytime between 10 a.m and noon. She changed the price and I said good bye. They change the time and price to meet their needs.

The ladies that clean my house do a very thorough and professional job. The office is vet friendly and helpful.

Terrible terrible experience. Im warning you. Do not use Ash Maids. Let me break it down.1. They do not clean you house well. They only clean well on the 1st service (1st service was very good!). After that, they leave spots on wall, dont clean under furniture, and do not mop the kitchen/dinning room floor unless you stand over them and make them. If you dont watch them, they will cut corners.2. They are always late. They are just as bad as the cable company. Between 12-2 turns into between 12-5. The final straw was when they had my wife waiting in the house all day and canceled to return the next morning. After repeated calls asking when they will show up. All they kept saying is in 1 hour, turn into the next day when I had to turn my keys in.3. After they came a day late, they charged me an additional $90, stating that it took an extra hour to clean an empty house (I moved out). When I called, they said it took an extra hour to clean the refrigerator and oven (which most companies clean anyway). Total came to $270 for an empty townhouse. Beware hidden charges!4. When I called, no remorse. No apology for being a day late. No refund for charging me an extra $90 without my authorization.Please, there are plenty of other great services. Dont let them trick you after 1 good job.

It was a promotion through Angies list about Ash Maid 3 hours house cleaning service for $75. We called them on the same day we purchased the service and schedule an appointment. They told us they would call us back but never did. Two months passed, we called them to schedule the service, once again. They showed up late and wanted to charged us more to complete cleaning our house. We accepted but the maids left in hurry and left a lousy job behind!!! We paid first 3 hours for $75 and an additional of $118. :(..

I scheduled a cleaning for first time, and they were a NO SHOW, great first impression. would NEVER rocommend them. Ive dealt with the price quote change as well, 3 times, without even them SHOWING UP!!!
