I had them do a standard cleaning biweekly. The team (alternating between #5 and #6) does a great job. The sinks sparkle like nothing else and the whole place smells and looks very clean!!

The service is not good and the dirt is present even after cleaning the team. I will not deal with this company again, and even after I spoke with the official and sent him pictures of the dirt after cleaning the team, he did not respond to me. On the contrary, without looking at the pictures, this is the best team they have, the price is exaggerated 380 Or $ 400 is not consistent with the unsuccessful service.

I only give a 2 because Maria is so nice (I am guessing the owner who I talked to on the phone). I would like to state up front Maria offered to have a team clean what they missed but I did not trust them to do the job right. I have used Merry Maids in SC for two years with little issues. I was excited to use them here and then regretted it. The “deep clean” left me with undusted picture frames, tv, and bar, floors swept (except in the corners), and window sill not cleaned. I called twice. Day 1 the phone number would not connect. Day 2 left a message. Day 3 nothing. Day 4 a phone call but at that point I am so frustrated I will clean myself. I was only refunded $30 for a $145 charge. I hope they can live up to the standards of Merry Maids in Columbia SC some day. Until then, do not recommend.
