After being turned back from several places on a Saturday morning, I came across this place by accident. To my huge relief, they accepted to take a look at the car while I waited. They replaced my starter motor and fine tuned the ac. Great service at a reasonable price. This will now be my go to place.

This place is great. I needed an AC repair and every other shop wanted to charge me more than $1,000 (even after researching cost of parts/labor and knowing it should be much cheaper). This place gave a great, fair price and was finished in a day, including ordering the parts. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with auto repair shops, and this place is by far the best I’ve been to.

Saturday morning - brakes were making a horrible noise and felt close to totally breaking. I called a few places and most had no availability or were closed. Falls Church Auto Repair answered the phone and had a reasonable, affordable fix in just a few hours.Saturday afternoon - new brakes, working perfectly. Reasonable rate, friendly service. Wonderful customer service and a fast, affordable repair. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! I had an issue with my transmission and the folks here had my car back up and running the same day (on a Saturday, no less). They took the time to explain the issue to me and even showed me the broken part. I wont be bringing my vehicle anywhere else from now on!

On Sunday noon, my van suddenly broken down, I need it on Monday to move between departments, called many places this is the only one open, turns out this is also the best auto shop, they repaired my van before end of day even if my tow service brought the van in late in the afternoon. Very happy about their service. Highly recommended.

It was my first visit to this repair shop after a friend of mine recommended me to go there. Turned out to be a very good recommendation. I received friendly and quick service. Unlike many other auto repair shops, they did not try to upsell me anything unnecessary. I liked the mileage sticker with a bar code on it as the code will help me coordinate my vehicle’s next oil change appointment just by scanning the code. Plus, I was glad to see environment-friendly paperless receipt option. It is a family owned and operated place (the father and sons worked together to make sure I had a five-star experience). True to their motto “Home of the happy customer” I left the repair shop as a happy customer.

Broke down on a Saturday afternoon in Falls Church, this was one of the few auto repair shops open. Not only did they take my car, they started working on it right away. Stayed late to finish, and I could have picked the car up that night if I hadn’t been out of town. Got it Sunday morning (!) instead. Excellent service, fast and professional. Will be returning for work on my other car, even though I live 30 miles away. Couldn’t be happier.

I liked them so much I had to leave a review. Their price was reasonable and the work was performed with FULL transparency. They went above and beyond to show me what exactly was wrong with the car and performed exactly what was requested of them. They offered follow-up services without being pushy, and I was treated with respect. I will be going here if I ever have car troubles again, and I encourage you to do the same.

My car had an Axle problem and I called many places, pricewise this place was the most reasonable place. Customer service is fantastic, the service was the best service Ive ever seen.I have been numerous car repair shops but Falls Church Auto Repair is the best one. They repair my car on time . If you have a car problem definitely take your car there they will take care of it. They will give an estimate so you will know how much you will pay and you can compare with other shops. I took my car in on a Sunday at 10AM with no appointment because I suddenly started hearing a scraping sound from one of my wheels. The business owner took care of me right away. He checked on every wheel thoroughly, and found what the problem was. He spent a good half hour on it, and barely charged me anything compared to what Ive been charged at other shops. I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service, their friendliness, their expediency, and their efficiency. He found what the problem was right away, was very nice. He even brought out a chair for me to sit on outside in the sun while waiting so I wouldnt be cold. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this shop. They will do a great job for you and they will charge you a very reasonable rate. A+++

I cannot suggest this place enough. For context, Im the kind of guy who knows how to start a car and drive it and thats it. As a result I make sure I take my car to someone who is knowledgeable, skilled, and most importantly, honest. This place has it all. I will ONLY take my car here.

Chalal is amazing! Kind, caring, humble and professional. We have been looking for many years for a local mechanic. We are so grateful we read the reviews and called chalal two weeks ago! Not only did he take care of our car/ serpentine belt on a sunday (30 minutes) he has since done an oil change and brakes will also be done in the very near future. After many years of questionable work by many other auto repair shops! We are at peace now that we have found chalal:::: falls church auto repair!! Highly recommend this auto repair shop.

ATTENTION they are a disaster, 0 recommended, inexperienced, I took my sling to fix and they put old spare parts on it, they charged me a fortune, it broke again and they did not take charge, apart from the fact that they stole the catalyst, I recommend the one that This one on the way back there they left it excellent, they placed the catalyst and placed original parts

They made me a very poor quality weld the muffler supports did not change them they sold me very used parts I needed a good quality weld a lot of disappointment nor was there a refund

Terrible service, they put used parts and sell them to you as if they were new, they take bad care of you and do not take responsibility for their work, I recommend the workshops that are behind, they repaired my car and I fit much better

I do not recommend this workshop, they are not experts, they left me my car poorly fixed apart, they are not responsible for what the bad tire balance does and they changed synthetic oil for regular and they did not change the oil filter, terrible service.

Excellent service. Got my Cadillac Escalade oil changed. Will be returning for all my auto repairs in future as well as recommending Falls Church Auto Repair to family and friends. These guys are pros.
