They rushed through my manicure. A 2 year old could have done a better job. Polish all over my cuticle and skin. I will NEVER go back there. Awful experience. Never again.

Update my nails are lifting its the second day and when I run my fingers through my hair every nail gets stuckWent in for acrylic set and they used way too much acrylic globs. I mean they came out ok but he did it in such a rush. They were nice but I wont go back again. Not sure how long these will last since it is all over my cuticles

He added a sparkle that i DID NOT want, On top of the messy job he did on my nails. Very upset

This was a terrible service I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was in pain the whole time. It was unsanitary with the tools. I was bleeding and he didn’t take the proper precautions of cleaning the cut. I was in pain and it was burning the entire service. He used the tools on me and the products with my toe open. I didn’t see him sanitize anything, so he could be using this stuff on other people. (Not safe)

I went in for a pedicure and not only was there just one person working, I had to wait so long and then when I finally got a pedicure it was poorly done and ended up cutting me and I’ve been in pain and discomfort ever since, I called back to see if I could get some form of compensation and they said they did not want to help me at all

Only had a pedicure, but I was happy with it. This salon is very clean and has initiated all of the rules per the during the pandemic.

My mom and I have been going here for years, and because of the small number of staff here, it is of course not as pleasant during busy hours. I always call ahead usually 30 minutes if I can and ask if its busy and they will usually let me know if I should come in now or a bit later. Although they are a walk-in salon I find it the least stressful to just call ahead and ask. But as long as I am upfront about the kind of acrylic I want and have a picture, the man always does them just the way I want them and I leave happy. They have a good selection of polish and they are in a very convenient location!

Nail tech had been cleaning his fishing rod and reel. He didnt wash his hands before started doing my nails. His hands and finger nails were greasy and dirty. His nails were long, with the thumb nail being at least an inch and a half! Wheres the health department when you need them?

I got a full set. The guy didnt ask what length I wanted, or whether I wanted the tip square or round. I showed him a photo of the type of art that I wanted on my nail and what he gave me in return looks absolutely nothing like the photo. He even added yellow nail polish to my nails when there was nothing yellow in the picture and then got upset with me because I told him I didnt like the yellow. Its time for me to get a fill and half of my nails are already chipping. I will definitely be looking for a new place to get them done.

First time Ive been here was last weekend. I had to wait about 20 minutes not bad. When it was my turn the guy said you Come over here now . I was getting a full set. He didnt even ask how long or what shape he just kept doing my nails. I stared at him said Id like them round please and more short than long he just said yes he finished nails within about 25 minutes which is not long at all ! They didnt look to bad when he just finished, but now a week later a lot of the polish is chipped and I got the gel polish and 2 acrylics are cracked on the tip both of my thumbs . That has never ever happened to me so soon . I will not be going back here worse job ever .

This is the ONLY place in Massachusetts that I will go to have my nails done. The BEST!!!

Actually had the worst nail experience of my life. We went in and did not get taken for 30 minutes and they did not even apologize or acknowledge that we were still waiting. Once I got taken the man who was doing my nails was in a rush and didnt ask me how long or short i wanted my nails. Later on i brought up how my nails were WAYYYY to long still and he only cut 2 cm if that. Also they for some reason charge extra for the coffin cut shape($5), which he failed to do successfully. All the other places i went to i have NEVER been charged extra money for shaping a nail?? The service was horrible i ended up having to go home and cut them down myself and file them into the coffin cut shape that i paid extra for!!!!! Also had to repaint them bc cutting them messed up the polish. 10/10 would not recommend. I will never go here again. In total was there for over two hours to get a full set and ended up going home and having to completely redo them

I went there yesterday morning to do a quick gel mani pedi. I had an older woman and let me tell you it was not a good experience. The gel paint on one of my nails has a chunk missing and the polish looks like my 2 year old did it this is honestly the worse mani pedi ive ever had I wouldve been better off doing it myself. On there menu it says youre getting a massage for the manicure for 5 mins she literally did it for 5 seconds and the parafrin wax and I didnt even get that. I shouldve looked at the reviews before going. The man there quoted me 42 for gel mani pedi and they charged me 48 then you have to tip in cash when I said I had no cash after I already paid for my service they let me charge $10 for a tip on my card which makes no sense. Looking at the reviews they never offer to fix the problem to there customers they just say We will prevent this from happening in the future, have a nice day. Okay? Great customer service. NEVER AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE THERE ARE BETTER PLACES IN FALL RIVER

He painted my nails and my nails turned out bumpy, he also was rude and did not cover his mouth when he coughed

Um the heck . I went there and they didnt even ask long or short nails, they gave me short nails instead . And they take forever to do your nails and always repeating the same things they do like I understand they want it perfect but your forcing it . But they make it look cute Atleast .
