DO NOT GO HERE!!! PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!! UNSANITARY. they used all the same tools for pedicures on me & 3 different customers at once. lady uses SUPER GLUE for lashes!! you will be in so much pain and left BALD!! only to be told to fix it yourself. DO NOT GO!

Cuticles not even removed all the way...still dry skin on bottom of feet...lumpy paint job...Id never go back

Went there for my lashes and dont get me wrong the eyelashes looked great but they lasted a month and when it came time for me to take them off it hurt like hell and all my real eyelashes came off as well because they were directly on my eyelashes never again !

I will never go back here ever again in my life got my eye lashes done there and there’s definitely a reason why it’s so cheap my eyes burned for days and when I asked for them to remove them they told me to do it myself I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere I’ve ever gone before if it’s for eye lashes don’t do it!

Far from the best. I’ve been there a couple times and each time it is worse. They close earlier than posted, rush their services and prices are not accurate. There are far better places nearby that aren’t rude and give you what you ask for.

They weren’t able to do the design I have showed them. But they really did a good job on my nails. The guy was nice calm Walked through with me on how he was thinking of doing my nails and it came out better than the picture! Simple and elegant. I feel a family vibe when I’m there too the customers were laughing enjoying the company even the staff there! It’s a perfect place to go. Thank you so much for my nails and great customer service!

Waited and waited im car,was told they call when less busy never did Always depends on who does nails. Some are much better then others luck of draw. I wish they be honest when busy, they often dont want to lose business tell you 10 mins wait close to hour.

Kept getting up and helping other customers during my pedicure; my water was COLD. I sat in the chair with cold water for about 20 minutes before being helped. Once I was able to ask for hotter water, the water was left on until it nearly overflowed. My water wasn’t the cleanest, and it smelled like rotten eggs the entire time I was in there. Very, very displeased.

My female nail tech decided to close her eyes while buffing my nails instead of being professional and wearing goggles while doing nails... It was quite annoying. I ended up losing 1 nail before 2 weeks time, and lost another nail a day later...On the other hand, my mom had a male nail tech, she enjoyed her experience. And her set lasted a full 3 weeks no chips or breaks.

Terrible all around. The older male had no patience mumbled the WHOLE time. I asked him for an extra coat of the glitter polish or a design and he like flipped out. When done hes putting alcohol to clean my nails that arent dry and the color was all coming out on the paper and he still continued... Said he knew what he was doing.Apparently not because I have left and my colors is all coming out. He went out to smoke in the middle of my session because apparently it couldnt wait and came back...super confused. Do not come here.

I made an appointment 6 hours ahead of time, for a manicure.. Not only did I get there 15 minutes early, and the women I made an appt with wasnt doing anything... but 5 minutes before my appointment, she took a customer that came after i did with no appointment. When I asked when I was going to be seen, she told me to wait for 2 minutes.. I left over an hour after my appointment time. I wouldnt want to send anyone there..

Horrible!! My french manicure lasted only a night before cracking and peeling! They charge an extra $5 just for a french instead of one color. Will not go again.

Terrible customer service. Always late for appointments while taking other customers and not finishing the ones they started. The owner is so rude and one guy there will stop doing your nails to smoke and come back smelling (also really rude). I heard Carmen is really good at nails there but honestly I would never go back because of the other people working there.
