Dryers dont dry clothes properly. You are required to dry multiple times. Which indicates one of two things 1) employees arent cleaning lint compartments or 2) dryers require maintenance. And this was once a decent location

I recently changed Laundromats and come here now. I have a king size bed with multiple blankets sheets and a huge comforter and they have a huge washer that I can put it all in. Love it! All the machines are new and they work good. When you put $20 on your laundry card you get $5 free which is a great incentive. The place is clean including the machines and bathroom. You also get free dry and they have large and medium size dryers. The best time to go when its not busy is usually 7 or 8 am. The prices are decent and comparable to others in the city. The only down side is its on pleasant street which is up the flint and not a great area. They dont really allow people to hang outside so that good. Although I do feel comfortable there never had any problems If you have a nice car you may want to park on the street because the parking lot is tight. The staff is very friendly and so are the people that go there.

Too many small machines. Most of these machines are in the 5.50-7.00 range and are too small for any actual sized load. They could use many more of the 9.50 machines. Machines are always out of service so expect to not be able to use at least 2-4 of them automatically at any given time which is terrible for the congestion and for business. If they put the time and money into the laundry machines that they do the stupid rip-off games and massage chair in the back, it could be a much better place.Nobody wants to win a claw game, we want effecient machines that are all working at the same time.

Good place to do our laundry. Never crowded never had to wait more then ten minutes for a big washer they only have 2 big ones. I personally never had to wait for a dryer yet and I usually use about 6 at a time. The place is always clean. The machines are a lil old so they dont look the best but they all work just fine. I suggest medium heat a lil less then half way full. they will dry fast without getting that burnt hot smell from the high heat. The staff is also really nice.
