Favorite laundry mat. Joshua was so helpful and friendly. He helped me on how to fill the washer to get maximum usage and when I accidentally put the detergent in the wrong compartment he helped me clean it out so I could run my wash correctly. Really appreciate the customer service here!!

Loved going here till the last few months, I use the full service laundry because I work a lot and don’t have time to do my own. Anyways, they tell you they will call you and they do not, I called today for my order and I was on hold for 6 minutes all you heard was heavy breathing and I kept asking are you there did you find it?? And nothing. She gave me the mangers number to call but I’m not even going to bother, because they lost my service and instead of referring people I’m going to make sure they stay away! Good luck Justine! You are a good person just need a better laundry crew!

This place has so many washer and dryers. The premises was kept clean. Staff ready to help within questions and it has massage chairs.

They used to be pretty good...but now when I pick up my laundry ALL OF MY CLOTHES ARE INSIDE OUT???...I get strangers clothes mixed in with mine almost everytime! Ew. They have never once called me to tell me that my laundry is done like they say.They lost all my gain dryer sheets that I bought from them to use on my laundry and wouldnt replace them, and now today I called and went there at 6:10 am to pick up my laundry and they werent open (even though the sign and the website said they open at 6.)Unfortunately Im going to need to use a different place which sucks bc they are so close.

Not a horrible laundromat dryers are free . The the laundry attends working are useless. They don’t help and not very friendly. When going to this laundromat keep in mind this is a no cash or change laundromat . Meaning machines are used with cards you have to pay for .. my advice pay for the card with CASH. If you use your card it takes a 20 dollar hold . In my case it took the 20 dollars out of my account but didn’t place it on the card. When I asked for assistance the laundry attendants didn’t explain or want to help. Thankfully a kind customers helped and explained the process. They also won’t refund the money unless you bring in a bank statement.. my first experience wasn’t the best. But I do actually like the laundry mat . Fairy clean, open late, has massages chairs and usually not busy.

I love it, everyone here is so nice and respectful always on hand if I need anything answer my questions when asked. I love coming here. Its very convenient I work third shift its open on the weekend 24hrs.and Saturdays I work 7pm to 3:30 So it is easy just go straight there get it done go home put it away and I can enjoy the rest of my day. I only been here three times I love every minute of it Thanks Laundromax for making my life easier

Nice clean laundromat but there needs to be some more reinforcement on mask wearing. I go there every week and still see customers not wearing masks! We are at 4,000 cases in Fall River alone and they are allowing customers to fold and sit down in their on massage chairs! Come on

Very clean, most of the workers are nice, friendly and helpful. I go here almost every week and have no complaints The machines work great and they have reasonable prices.

Very nice and clean but the employees need to reinforce mask use. I go there weekly and see way too many people hanging out and not wearing their masks!

I highly recommend for drop off laundry I had a HUGE order and they finished within great time and as I’m putting everything away I can tell they definitely take care of their customers! I will absolutely be returning!!!

This place was fine until their card machines broke down. The machine stood with my money TWICE. my last straw with this place. They didn’t even have the courtesy to start the machine for me. They ask for you to come back with the bank statement proving the machine stood with your money. Then the worker tried to tell me I didn’t leave the card for the time being. I come to this laundry religiously every Friday I know how to use the machines. I work and I can afford to wash my clothes every week. I don’t need my clothes washed for free. The workers look very unprofessional, look high and under the influence when on the clock. Disgusting look for the business. I will not waste my money there again!

Let me start by saying all of the equipment is brand new no complaints on equipment, however Im not sure of the ladies name yet I will get it in the police report, but the worker at laundromax in Fall River try to get my girlfriend to pay for damages on her car. She went on to tell the police that her car started sputtering after my girlfriend tapped her bumper which come to find out never happened. the lady said she wanted my girlfriend to pay for damages and that it was on camera but come to find out nothing really happened so just a heads up for whoever wants to use this todays date is Wednesday June 10th it is 9:30 p.m. so whoever is working right now is a conniver

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! The employees are NOT allowed to give out gloves or let you use hand sanitizer per owners orders!!!! Really! During these trying times! This scumbag is worried about not spending money over people’s health! People that are spending money at his facility. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE.

Your place is unsanitary. Everyone coming and going in this place even the worker this morning not wearing masks. You guys should be enforcing that in order to wash laundry you have to wear a mask. Why are you not enforcing masks? If you have to wear a mask in order to shopping you should have to wear a mask to do laundry.

Came here on a Sunday noonish and plenty of washers free/ open. I had a coupon for 20$ credit so Id thought Id give it a whirl. Definitely worth it to come here to at least wash large blankets and bedding.

Both times I have come here. I have been ripped off. Last time $100 was taken from my acct for $30 on a laundry card. Then today. Was ripped off a dollar and a customer stole my detergent and dryer sheets while I took my sick child to the bathroom.going back to my old laundry mat.
