No issues with self service laundry, I have yet to try full service. Plenty of machines, mostly all working. Not packed on a weekday morning at all and the facility was clean. Highly recommended!

Staff is incredibly nice and the store is always clean. My clothes come out great every time I drop them off. I highly recommend.

Always clean, reasonable prices, machines work good and everytime you load money on ur card you build points to use for free washes! Pretty cool

I’ve been to a few places around the river, I do drop off service and each and every time my clothing comes back splendid, the staff are friendly, kind, caring and compassionate, no bullish this is the best place for drop off service hands down

Place was nice when first opened. Now the dryers take almost an hour to dry clothes totally and usually about 5 r not working. The people that work their r really rude and dislike their jobs it seems. And like to yell alot. Was told by one employee when i complained that the owners do not care! And offered no resolution other than that. Place is always messy now. D

THEY STOLE MY MONEY! WORST CUSTOMER CARE! The machine that loads money from your debit into your laundry card STOLE MONEY from my account! DON’T USE YOUR DEBIT CARD! When I asked them to resolve the issue they told me I had to deal with my bank in order to get my money back. Sad thing is that it was my last 20$ so my account is at ZERO. Even after telling the manager this they DID NOT care. They said it was my problem that I had to deal with. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I come to this laundry mat every week with my family and as much as it is busy the store is always clean !laundry attendants are amazing they are so nice and friendly and are always on the move helping everyone out .Even when it is extremely busy.I been to a few in the city and and this laundry mat just seems more welcoming.The new owners have definitely turned it around and it’s so much better

Why is it there are employees that work at East Coast Laundry leaving reviews? Is business really that bad? Well I would assume it is seeing East Coast lost a couple of very good workers with great work ethic! (Tracie and Lisa) it May look good with remodeling, but that is not what it takes to have a successful business! Hoping to see some non employee reviews so we can have the truth.. I love GiGi’s they are clean and professional and never ever hear the owner treat workers or customers disrespectfully! That goes a long way in a business! When B&G owned it they were honest and respectful!

The staff there are awesome. Always clean and atmosphere is pleasant. My fave is Lynn, but all of the ladies are nice very attentive and hard working. I only do my laundry at East Coast. 😀

People always greet me when I come through the door. Ive been coming here since they opened. no matter if I do a drop off service or I do my own clothes they are always very welcoming and helpful .

Great place to get your laundry done. I drop mine off here every week, the prices are cheap and the staff is excellent. Ive even left money in my pockets several times and they always put it on top of my laundry for me instead of pocketing it!

Facility is clean, but I arrived at 8:15 PM and even though closing time posted is 10 PM, was,not allowed to wash 1 item. Asked if I could just wash and dry at home and she pointed to a sign that said last load at 8 PM. Will probably not go back

I asked for wash dry and fold ...with my own laundry detergent ..GAIN..may i add... Plus fabric softener..my childrens clothes were in there...what i got back was dirty clothes ... I used their services again giving them grace...each time spending over 100 dollars..both times...got SAME RESULTS.. This place is Nasty... I wouldnt go back...found a place next to 711... They washed my kids clothes and seperated them... The clothes not only smell clean but look clean.. They did not look clean from east coast...

Thank You Andrea, I am no longer at East coast,I left about 5 months when new owner took over,You have Fernando demelo who was ignarant when asked if he can fix computer, he told me was not his fn problem, ( not mine either if I dont have authorization, )( I did have authorization when B&G owned east coast)Then you have Tom who works inside and cleans he flips and swears at you, Tom flipped when he found out all workers were talking, ( about who was working for Xmas party when it shouldve been closed its a laundry mat)As of reviews on here, you have few new ones Fernando, Kayla and Kristen all work for the same owner, GOOD LUCK GOING THEREI see a lot of my customers at GIGIS,, Clean and cheap place,Every 30 you spend you get 3.00 on your cardCards are FREE

Plenty of machines. Can always get my massive amount of clothes done in just a couple hours.

Clean place nice staff under new management making nice improvements and i think the prices are decent compared to some other laundry matts in the area

Clean and the machines work well enough you dont have to worry about losing money.

I used to go here all the time because it was close to my house and they have good washers, but not any more. One day i guess there was a problem with the pipes and the water was rusty. They offered to rewash my clothes. The next day i went back to get my laundry. When i got home i noticed that all my closed were bleached, even the dark clothes. All the clothes that were black had turned brown, all the blue clothes were purple. When i called that day i was told that the manager whould call me back, but they never did. In the past two weeks i have called many time and even gone there in person. I was told the owner would call me, he has not. If you just want to wash your clothes yourself and are ok with paying a little more, then their a good place. But i wouldnt leave my close with them.

Most of the machines do not work, the Dryer takes forever to dry. The lady that work there is very nice, you also use a card.

This is disappointing. Why do they close due to slow service i was just told there closing because the women (staff) was there early they closed at 7:15 pm this is a service for the community they should not be closing the sign reads on the door 7 days a week till 10.00pm
