10 out of 10. Im fairly new to the area and this place was recomended by a family friend. They are fair, complete and they are the first garage that I didnt have to tell that, my car has an active suspension. Aaron and Jason were upfront about everything. My car rides like new. And Im pretty sure they reattached my heat shield without me even mentioning it. I recomend 1000% Thanks guys!

Great service always very accommodating

I rarely write a bad review, but after being here a few times, this is what you get. This is the beginning of the end for this place, so beware. I bought a used tire. They put either the same tire on OR another bald tire. After arguing with mechanics, they took my car out for a drive for 30 over minutes, and ARGUED AGAIN they the tire was fine, but my calipers needed to be fixed. Just got those fixed last week. So, blame the car when you offer bad tires? Why take my money, argue with me when Im not happy, and have bad manners too? If people feel robbed, they can be upset, so calm them down and just switch it to another tire. Youve lost a customer for life. Hope other people have better experiences here.

I loved their prices for tires they offer. I had a tire blowout the night before and it was great how they were able to get me in the next day with the exact tires I wanted. The wait was quite a bit longer than they made it seem it would be but for the service and price that I got, it was worth the wait. Id definitely suggest them to others. Im anal about who I let touch my car but felt comfortable with them working on it.

I had a leak in a tire so I brought it by Henrys. They discovered a leak in my rim. Instead of pushing me to buy a new rim from them, they recommended that I get a used rim myself and bring it back, which I did. They told me the tire on the used rim was better than the one I was fixing. They mounted the tire and reset my TPMS pressure sensor. The service was polite and knowledgeable. Im a happy customer.

I feel very good about how I was treated, the service provided and the value I received here. The advice I was given on tire selection agreed with reviews at tire rack and consumer reports. The price turned out to be fair. There was no pressure to upgrade or to buy extras. Because of road damage, I had to do this quickly and didn’t have time to do the usual research. I simply went to a nearby shop with a high google maps rating. I feel like I lucked out finding an honest shop that knows their business. I plan to buy my next set of tires here too.

They had to look too see if they had some in stock but they didnt.It happens sometimes and its ok Ill give them a call from now on (unless Im on the road) to see if they have any in stock, not a big deal. But, I can say that they are still the place to go for a great used tire, and still the best place in town just call first and ask but they do need the size of your tires.

Trying out a new Car Mechanic/Service shop can be a nerve racking experience. You immediately assume you will get ripped off. Having just moved to the area I asked a few newly made friends who they recommended. Henrys Tire Service was at the top of their list. Having gone there today I can see why. Called up made an appointment to have 4 new tires mounted, balanced, and aligned. The team there did a great job. I actually opted to hang around the shop in the waiting room, they have a guest wifi which allowed me to get online and work remotely so I didnt have to sacrifice a vacation day. I observed a good amount of foot traffic the entire time i was there, they handled every customer with professionalism that I wish we could cut and paste to every business. Job Well Done, I can say that I will be back to have future service on my vehicle done. To the customers out there, support your small businesses, they make our communities what they are.

Dropped in unannounced with tire problem. Within 10 min. They were working on it and resolved the problem in short order. Very reasonable. Our family has done business with Henrys for many years and found them to be courteous, friendly, very helpful and totally honest. I give them my highest recommendstion.

Great little aquarium shop, always worth the trip to see what types of cool new fish they have in stock here. I have a home hydroponic garden for my organic vegetables and I actually have gone here several times for pumps and pH equipment. Great little place

Brought my car to Henry’s recently with a clucking noise in my suspension that nobody was able to find incept Aaron and his guys, they were fast and was able to help me with barely a cost. Should’ve brought my car there in the first place. 10/10 recommend to anyone.

They got me in within 45 minutes after 2 other shops said tomorrow:, by appointment. Took my car right in as promised and $24 later the bolt was out and I was on my way.

The best.They need a truck that can travel to remove/bring a tire, plug the hole, and put it back on the car. Not sure why they dont.But we still love them.

On my first visit I purcahesd and had a set of tires installed. A few hours after getting home one of the new tires was flat. I went back to Henrys and they said my electronic air valve was broken and it happened before the installation. It was not broken before it was broken during the installation. They installed a regular air valve.The second set of Pirelli Cinturato tires I bought and had mounted there came with a 70,000 mile tread wear. One tire lasted a little over a year and 25,000 miles. The other three might have lasted another 12-14,000. I went back to Pirelli who shunted me back to Henrys saying they would have to file a claim. After two letters to Henrys they did not even acknowledge my letters.I no longer live in the area, but based on my experiences at their businesswould be hard pressed to give a one star rating.

Dropped my tires off at 11:15am, came back at 2pm. It still wasnt finished then they sold me tires they didnt have in stock then waited 5hours to tell me, wasted my entire day off. Such awful service from the guy at the front desk! At least the tech was cool. Went to Jimmys Tire instead, Thanks for nothing!

I called there around 4:25pm today asking if I could have two tires installed and balanced on my Mustang. He said sure can you be here in 5 -10 mins? I got there a few mins late. They were very nice the mechanic Tim stayed a few mins after closing to get them done. Very cool people I have been there before always had a good experience. Id recommend them to anyone.

Place suck. Charge me 293 dollar for fix my tpms sensor. But never get fix just getting out from the shop light went on again. I went back I was told they gonna call me when they have the right sensor never happen. Went to the Honda dealer fix for 97. No a great service
