I brought my BMW here after someone hit me and I was very impressed with their team. They took all the hard work out of the entire process, they made sure that everything was operating properly, and they even had an on-site Enterprise rental place. While I was waiting for the Account Manager to pull the car around for me I was speaking to a friendly gentlemen that cleans and shines the repaired cars he was very nice and gave me some good cleaning tips. Lazy always trying to take short cuts messed up my car hood left a bunch of scratches also scratched my Instrument Cluster and tried to say it wasn’t them also they barley take time working on the car and when my car was done had to go back there because the job wasn’t completed correctly. I had another car with them to at the same time and suffered the same problems with them. It’s just crazy to me because there supposed to be certified I would recommend taking the car to a different shop or even pay more money to go to the dealership for next time %100 not worth the time or money wasted here over $7,000 wasted on a job that could of been a lot better

Unfortunately I have had Carls Collision repair 2 cars for me. They are the best collision repair facility I know of and I am on the auto business.

I took my car to Carl’s because I had another car that they fixed and came out beautiful. They have a enterprise right in their building so you drop off your car then you take the rental car. People are super nice and they keep you updated with text messages they also communicate well with you and have the best mechanics there. Could never tell my car was in a accident. Thanks Carl’s.

Dropping off was pretty fast, smooth, effortless and informative. Kevin explained the whole process. The Enterprise woman was also very nice in explaining the rental car process. Appreciated Carls communication to Geico and then relayed to me. The staff always seemed eager to help. The checkout process went just as good as checking in. The woman came outside with me and went over what was done while inspecting the vehicle with me. The vehicle came out in better condition than before the accident. I would definitely recommend Carls.

Carls does a phenomenal job, attentive to detail, keep you updated & conveniently have enterprise located inside so you enter with a car & leave with one to drive. They also always curteously clean your car inside & out without being asked too. They even vacuumed all around the junk i had in my backseat being careful not to move it but do their best around it. My car was hit three months ago and I had it appraised right away. unfortunately, I had to wait a while to get things sorted out with the at-fault partys insurance before having my car fixed. The process took almost 2 months and when I unexpectedly dropped off my vehicle I was told I might have to wait longer than the original 15 day work time estimate. I understood their prerogative but was a bit disappointed due to the fact I was responsible for 50% of my rental costs.Fast forward 15 days and I am back in my car! Huge thanks to the employees for making it happen. Corey, Mike, Lee and Diane were an absolute pleasure throughout the process. You guys rock!

I had a good experience with my collision repairs. A representative of my insurance company was on premises to coordinate and approve the work that was needed. Enterprise car rental also has an office on site. Everything was coordinated well and the repairs were done quickly and guaranteed by my insurance company.

Very professional, and very fast. Did a great job with the repairs. Insurance adjuster (for GEICO) has an office in the same building. Responsive when you call and they keep you updated on the progress. If I have future collision work I will absolutely come here.

Brought my truck in after being hit on the corner of the cab. They fixed it like new! Either myself (or my insurance company) overpaid a couple hundred bucks and they were very honest and sent a refund. My bed has a new LineX liner and its almost too nice! I dont want to throw material in my bed because it looks so pristine! Good work Carls Collision.

Had an excellent experience at Carls collision. Brought my car there on a snowy Friday morning. Henri from Geico is extremely professional. He carefully inspected my vehicle and found damage from the accident that I never would have known was there. Anthony from Enterprise was also extremely professional. He gave me a variety of rentals to choose from. I ended up leaving the lot in a 2016 Mustang which Anthony personally cleaned a few inches of snow off. He also gave a thorough tour of the vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was fully detailed inside and out with a brand new bumper. It only took four days to replace the bumper. All of this at no cost thanks to Geico.

Just purchased a new Denali and in the few short months I owned it, it was hit 3 times in 3 different areas. The last accident was from behind and it caused quite a bit of damage. I was so disgusted that it looked like an old used vehicle, I was actually considering trading it in. Instead, I brought it over to Carls Collision to have the repairs done and the car detailed. I had just picked it up yesterday and I was SO thrilled that it looked as perfect as the day I purchased it!!! Thank you, thank you Carls Collision! I love you guys!

Lousy Service. They repaired my car from an accident and did a lousy job. When I picked it up I went over it there with them checking the repairs & there were so so many mistakes I pointed out to them they hated me for it. Other people dont check out the details like I do I guess. Measurements were off, lights werent lined up right. There fast service but many mistakes.

These guys are nothing but money making scammers. A couple months back I got into a minor car accident that I was not at fault for. My tail light was shattered and there was a small crunch on my bumper. My insurance towed it to their place (despite the fact nothing had been damaged to the engine and was still drive-able). These guys had my car for a week and a half and then called me up to say my car was totaled. I was absolutely floored. There was no way a tiny crunch and a shattered tail light would total out my car. I have a 2010 Honda Civic - not exactly old or an uncommon car. I went down to talk with them and looked at their estimates and they were WAAAAY overpricing everything. They claimed they had to be this thorough because after a car accident, you have to get your car inspected by the state police and they are a lot stricter than the regular car inspection. I have never heard of that law in my entire life. Then to top it all off, they had an incredibly insulting demeanor towards me, telling me to do my research because this is what is done. I had done my research and guess what I found? Absolutely nothing that states you must get your car inspected by the state police after a car accident. I contact my insurance, Geico, and they said they have never heard of that either. In the end, Carls refused to budge on their price so we ended up taking it to another car repair shop. They took a lot at Carls estimates and agreed they were way over pricing the repair. The new place gave me their estimates, and the repairs were the same as Carls but at half the cost. I received my fixed car back within a week. These guys are nothing but a bunch of overpriced, money making scammers.

This place is outstanding I brought my 2015 dodge ram in after a deer ram into the side I got it back 1 week later looking better then when I bought it they detailed the inside and out and fixed any imperfection on the whole side the deer hit I highly recommend this place thanks guys

Did more than enough for me

Had them put in a line-x spray-in bedliner and install a tonneau cover. Their customer service was top notch and they returned my truck nice and clean and even washed it!
