Mike’s auto Body did an excellent job on repairing my car. The body work looks like nothing ever happened to it. They are very professional and very nice. They helped me every step of the way and even shinned up my car. I also had an oil change done. I will only use this place from here on out for both body work and mechanical. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Mikes Auto Body, the owner Mike and Steven did a great job, i will be a customer for life.I had a great experience with Mikes Auto body on two separate occasions. The first occasion occurred in August when someone reversed into my vehicle, i was referred to Mikes Auto Body by a family member who was a previous customer of Mikes Auto Body and was very happy with their service and work. When i brought my vehicle to Mikes Auto Body i was greeted by a friendly, professional customer advocate named Steven Medeiros. Steven made the entire process of getting my vehicle repaired as smooth and convenient for me as possible, answered all my questions. When i went to pick up my vehicle about a week later I was very satisfied my vehicle was absolutely beautiful, the body shop did an amazing job you could not even tell the car was in an accident. The car looked great and drove great, i left there very happy, satisfied and thankful for the great job they did.A short time after this occured, i was unfortunately involved in a car accident that resulted in my vehicle being a total loss. The car accident occured out of state in the middle of the night (around 2am on a saturday). Luckily, after getting my car repaired at Mikes Auto Body in August they placed a sticker on my windshield with the name and phone number to All day and all night towing I immediately called All day and all night towing, the towing company that is associated with Mikes auto body. Yes, it was a little after 2am, it was a saturday and i was out of state. When i called All day and all night towing, they answered right away, they were friendly, caring, and they told me they were on their way. I did not have to wait long before a tow man from All day and all night towing showed up. He showed up faster than any other tow Ive ever had to get in the past even with it being 2am and with him having a long drive. The tow man was very friendly, caring, very efficient at doing his job and did his job very well. Im thankful for this tow man and for the rep i spoke with from the tow company that morning, they were the nicest tow man and tow company representative ive ever encountered. They made the entire tow process as easy and convenient for me as possible. After having my car towed to Mikes Auto body, Steven Medeiros followed up with me next business day and assisted me with all necessary paperwork, making the process yet again as smooth and convenient for me as possible. Both Steven M and the owner of Mikes auto body, his name is Mike provided me with great customer service the entire time. They answered all my questions and concerns and they both went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of while i continuously contacted them (and probably bugged them) with questions and concerns for about 26 days from my accident while we waited for my insurance company to complete my claim. (my insurance company took forever and kept me waiting due to their own negligence). The entire time of waiting for insurance company to do what they had to do, Mikes Auto Body was kind, professional, caring, honest and reliable to me. I will refer all of my friends and family to Mikes Auto Body and to All day and all night towing.

I had a dent on my bumper that was preventing me from passing my state inspection (even though its passed for the last 10 years), so I called up Mikes to talk about options. Steve Medeiros answered the phone and suggested we try to push the dent out because why would I want to replace a bumper on my older car. I was surprised that he suggested an easy fix and so so grateful. I came by the next day and he spend about 30 min pushing the dent out himself to much success! On top of saving me the cost of a new bumper, he didnt charge me a penny for his time. I owe him big time and plan to go no where but the Mikes Auto Body family of businesses. I am so excited to now have a auto shop that I can trust :) Thank you Steve!!

Mike will do and say whatever possible to make himself as much money as possible at your expense. He’s interested in helping himself, not you. The cost of repairs was outrageous. Car should’ve been totaled but Mike did not want this and proceeded without communication, and later pretend he misunderstood. Conveniently placing more money in his pocket as a result. This guy paid more for repairs than the car was worth..He did warn me to remove everything from my car before leaving it, as his workers are known to steal things from the vehicles. I did not expect my car speakers would be swapped out for blown speakers. All four door speakers..I promise I will never use Mike again. I feel like I should call a lawyer.

I have wanted to write this review for maybe two weeks. Steven and Mike went above and beyond to help my boyfriend out when he got into a car accident. They were able to pick up his car on our schedule and had no problem with us calling all the time to figure out what was going on. They kept us in the know with every detail. Not only were they respectful and polite they make you feel like youre part of the family as soon as you walk in. They ask how youre doing and genuinely care about you as a person not just your business. When the insurance was taking too long, Steven was calling them to see what was going on. I would recommend them time and time again they were amazing and I cant thank them enough for all their help with not just dealing with me all the time, but helping my boyfriend Stephen out the way that they did. They truly are some of the most amazing and genuine people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. They take pride in their work and it definitely shows.

I had a conversation with Mike on the phone and he helped he helped me out very much and he is very kind man so I want to make sure that he gets a good recommendation from people i am going on may 2 to have mike look at my car. I had my vehicle repaired at Mike’s, and was exceptionally happy with their professionalism, knowledge & expertise . Mike Penacho the owner was fantastic to deal with as were his staff . Everything was explained to me in detail throughout the process . I was extremely happy I chose them after reading about them online . Great body shop. They do awesome work. Had plenty if work performed by them. The staff is awesome. So easy to work with whether it was out of pocket or insurance claim they handle everything extremely well. They also have an on site auto repair facility, they offer towing and even rental car service. Its a great one stop shop. Great business. Very happy to have them in our city.

I cant say enough good things about the high quality of honest service with an integrity thats hard to find today. Our Sienna was completed on time, with extreme attention to detail and looked brand new when finished. Anyone requiring auto-body repair I would absolutely recommend Mikes Auto Body in Fall River.

I had an issue with my ABS module and called for an estimate (as a Dealership estimate was astronomical). I received a quick quote that ended up being almost the exact dollar amount that I paid. They requested a small amount as a deposit while they obtained the part and had it programmed by a Ford dealership. The repair was fast, accurate, and relatively inexpensive. Every single person I met who worked there was friendly, cordial, knowledgeable, and up-front. Mike himself is a wonderfully nice man who made a concerted effort to make sure I was comfortable in the waiting room and satisfied with my visit. They even topped off my fluids and changed my oil free of charge. I will definitely be returning.

This was my first visit to Mikes in correcting a front bumper crack. Steve demonstrates A+ customer service. He was on the mark always. If I asked him a question through text I got answer right back. He ensured that my experience with correcting the cracked bumper would go off with out a hitch. He did not disappoint. Mike has a star employee that someone would try to take away. Just kidding. I was referred to Mikes Auto by a friend to fix a small cosmetic area to my front bumper. The price was 100$ cheaper than the auto body shop next door and the service was fantastic! Not only does the outside of my car look brand new again, the inside does too. They were fast and more than accommodating. I primarily worked with Mike the owner & Steve who were up front and polite and well exceeded my expectations. All other staff members were readily available asking if I needed any assistance as well. I truly cant say enough about Mikes auto and would highly recommend to anyone that needs cosmetic work for their vehicle!

Back when I was a teen my car was hit. Mike took care of me. Then, at 23 i hit Someone and it required 10k in work. Mike took care of me. Then just a few days ago someone hit me in my brand new car causing significant damage. Without hesitation i went To mike. I pick up my rental today and I’ll be on my way. Got tuck back was in shop for a month the gentleman told me it would be done in a week it took 29 days everytime I called they didnt know what was going on service was horrible I also have video of employee trying to antagonize me unfortunately people have to act like that they were putting parts on I didnt want thank God I got my truck back but now my back door dont open weather striping cut bed now shakes I will cut my losses and bring it to a trusted friend

This shop mikes Auto body, is Shady endangers people lives, does not use paint booths to filter the fumes out, Mike says it cost too much to use, if you see his eyes red its not the eye contact he say is why, so he lie, makes other cars into another type car so it can bring value up far more, the vin # tells you what the car is and not the alter one he made, thats called deceiving so that a lie what he does to cars sale, and he prayed for cars to get wrecked so he can have work, really I dont want ever pray for a wreck, did people get hurt from that, or someone else may have been cripple, or died, praying for that is shows how greedy he can be, his value of life is sinful, not the godly man he say he is . False preaching he does.the workers are long standing family and friends, and are paid very well, he runs towing to, call night and day towing, some towers steal things out if the cars they towed, people have complained of thief stealing from there cars, and now where is this godly man at, mike uses this to profit himself. this is all true and said, why I was there to watch, to observe this man is not honest, he brown nose cops, and political to show like he good, but he is not for real, people beware of this be very open minded use clear thoughts,oh you will be back to have your car fixed cause they make it you have to come back, they know how to rig it to break again, and then its his lies that get you in again, to fill his wealth up your money to him

Mikes a nice guy, his staff are attentive and helpful, and my car came back looking good as new. Was even able to set me up a rental! Cant say enough good stuff about Mike.

Mike repaired damage to my car and matched the 19 year old paint perfectly. He even buffed the old paint to make it look like new. Mike is very customer oriented and a pleasure to do business with. He really takes care of his customer!

All I can say is wow! Amazing customer service at Mikes. I went in with a dented front bumper and they not only gave me a free estimate on what it would cost to replace the parts, but the mechanic moved my bumper so the tire wouldnt rub against it at no cost! I will absolutely recommend to a friend. One little side note, the parking lot is on a hill so you may have a tricky time with parking. Great place, 5 stars easily.

I brought my 2010 Elantra in last week with a pretty ugly dent in the rear door, probably from a shopping cart while I was in the store. Mike gave me a very reasonable estimate. The door looks great! Its hard to match a nearly eight year old car with new paint but Steve did an excellent job. They also tidied up a couple streaks on the rear panel and a small bend on the bottom of the front door. These small fixes were without charge. Plus it was cleaned inside and out! Highly recommended.

I went to Mikes for a ding in the door of my new car. Steve treated me as though my car was of the utmost importance. He arranged for me to meet the ding guy the next day and they fixed my car within an hour for a very reasonable price. I couldnt be happier and will go back to them if ever I need any bodywork repair.

Mikes has the best prices and service of any garage Ive been to in New Bedford, Fall River, Swansea, and Somerset. I came in without an appointment and with an urgent issue, and Steve Medeiros took time out of his busy day to immediately diagnose and explain the problem. As someone who doesnt know anything about cars, I really appreciate how kind and respectful he was while explaining. Ill never go to another garage than Mikes!

If I could have given this place a zero star I would have. I dealt with the owner directly who forced me to sign a blanket form after telling me it was only for having my jeep there to be appraised and have my check engine light looked into after an accident. The day of receiving word of my appraisal I called Mike directly and asked about the check engine because it wasnt on the appraisal. I was told they began working on repairs for the outside. Not once did I give them permission to work on anything. Mike the owner refused to turn over my car without paying 758 dollars. Stay far far away from this place the owner isnt a honest guy. Just a con artist.

Whenever I hear of a friend who needs auto body repair in the Fall River area, Im quick to say that Mikes is the best in this city.

I had a bad experience with this place, i like everyone eles went cause of the good job tbat they do and i will not take away that from them but the way mike the owner of this place handled my claim and me is just not fair or how i ever would have expected.Longer story short i went there as my car was hit while parked i called him and he came to get me and look at car i explained to him how they hot the bumper as well so i would like what they did fixed (i did have a lic plate hit damage on bumper) but doesnt take away from the damagd they added, he stated he will take care of me thinking he will make it look good with what was paid through Uhaul i also wanted some door work done but never got a price or did we ever talk about it that day as he was going to get intouch with me mon and talk about i never hear from him and despite all the calls i made and messages i left i never got a call back, then when i go there to discuss everything and let him know ive been trying to get i touch with him is when i get told i owe so much for a bumper and x amount for the door, mind you i never stated i wanted to pay for a bumper as it was hit and should of been fixed with uhaul, but he then me i signed a work order a work order that was signed 10 months ago and i never knew he still had as 10 months earlier when i had another claim witch was my bumper i called 2 days later and stated i no longer wanted the done so there was no reason why those papers where still around 10 months later or the fact he decided to without calling me or bringing it up to my intention if i wanted him to fix my bumper on that claim witch i would of said no as uahul is entitled to pay for tgere damage and thats all i expected to be done so to blind side me and tell me now i never called and said i didnt want that job done knowing i went and picked up some money i deposited and mwntioned it again the day i got the check 10 months ago and even if that was the case why not bring it up the day i went to you with my car and talked about it with me or before fixing my bumper you had no right to fix without my permission also i was willing to pay for the door i also didnt get a call on or a paler work showing the work and price so i can sign and even tho he says i did, im asking for the proff and the paperwork and i have to call me lawyer to contact his laywer to get it when i should be entitled to my paper work if i have to pay it, even tho it goes on and on i just want to let people know so they are aware to be careful and make sure you get everything in writting and dont sign anything unless you read it all and if you ever go there to want work done and sign papers make sure if you dont want it done that you get all that in writing so that way if you go there down the road for another he dont fix anything eles you didnt want done or you will be forced to pay anyway and your car will stay there till you pay so that means you have to take responsibility for something you never agreed to, like i said good job on car but handled way out of control and unfairly
