Very attentive to details! My fingers are crooked and my nails have always come out bent wrong due to this. He noticed this and would not let me leave till they were all perfect! The lady also worked hard to make my nieces nails perfect as well! The pedicure lady was phenomenal at making the experience even better than the excellent finished product! Massage chairs are excellent as well! I am now a longtime customer! Thank you!

Went for the first time on Thursday morning. There was no wait and the staff was very kind and friendly. The basic pedicure that I got was perfect! I loved the hot stone massage and the comfortable chairs. My new nail place!

I love the nail salon. My SNS nails look fabulous. The reason for the three stars is because I’m looking at the scabs on my finger tips from the nail technician digging her nail into my nail and finger to loosen glue. This is not a safe practice and should only be done with sterilized tools.She actually hurt me and I told her so, yet she still did it. Other than this, I would recommend the salon. I would state in the beginning that they can’t use their fingernails to manipulate your fingers.

Do not get your eyebrows done here.

The quality of the services are exceptional. Unfortunately this is over shadowed by the owners unwillingness to assist or even seem happy about assisting in selections. Comments are inappropriate from a customer service perspective and all customers do not seem to receive the same treatment which is certainly unfortunate considering the quality of services being provided.

DO NOT GO HERE! The woman scrubbed my feet so hard that she made me bleed and brought me to tears when she started rubbing lotions on the cut which stung! I am just now seeing other reviews saying the same thing and I wish I had seen them before I went there. Save yourself some pain and go somewhere else.

I am from out of town and saw this place had good reviews. I came in without an appointment and did not have to wait at all... and I had one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! Friendly staff, amazing nail techs, and a great selection of colors...highly recommend!

I always have the best experience here they are very professional and have never had a problem with any of my manicures or pedicures I think it does help if you make an appointment if you can

Clean and never overly busy compared to other more popular places in Fairhope. Each operator knows exactly what theyre doing. Ive tried 5 of them and theyre all more than competent, which means you never have to make an appointment- although you can- to get good service. Its convenient, easy parking, all the OPI colors, fresh decor, well- trained operators, and Ive never once had had an issue there. This is a hidden gem.

Lovely, bright & clean salon...I was able to get right in at about noon on a Monday. Has a 100 from state board. My technician did a very nice massage and the polish looked great. I will be back

Avoid avoid. The girl who did my pedicure was rough and made my toe bleed. Still trying to deal with the resulting infection. Never had that happen til I went here. Thanks for nothing. 😡
