I brought in my own loose glitter and they were able to use it on my nails. The pictures dont do it justice!

The feeling of teamwork at the salon was so evident. I felt as if I was welcome there and not just a passing customer. Ms. Angie made me feel at home and David made my experience feel so professionally friendly but the professionalism, camaraderie and laughter were there. I would recommend this place to anyone who is tired of places trying to make you feel welcome instead of just being welcome 👍

Great pedicure! Chloe is very sweet. She even offered me a soft drink. She forgot to bring me the Dr Pepper but its the thought that counts. Haha! All the staff are extremely friendly and seem to really know and appreciate their customers, especially their regulars. Very clean place too. Highly recommend!

I went in not knowing what I wanted to do with my nails and I left loving what David and Lu did to my nails. I enjoyed my pedicure so much. I didnt have an appointment, I had a great experience.

It was an amazing experience Ive had a few bad experiences since weve been here but I must say theyre the best. My Better half received his first pedicure and the experience was magnificent. Thank You To The Wonderful Staff. I recommend this establishment to everyone.

Been to several Salons in Fairhope, Daphne and Spanish Fort. This was a welcome change from those I visited. Great Owner & Staff. Large place, airy, and very clean. Love that they use liners in tubs for pedicures. Basic Pedicure and manicure for $40.00, for both together....great. This is my new place....

I usually don’t leave reviews for places but I had to for David. He always does such an amazing job and always makes sure everything is taken care of and that you’re happy. Best nail experience ever! I’ll never go anywhere else!

My husband and I are from out of town and were looking for something relaxing to do. When we walked in, the employees made us feel right at home. They were very friendly and personable and had us laughing the whole time. We came for pedicures but ended up staying for manicures too. They were very focused on their work and paid close attention to detail. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our service. Well definitely be returning if were ever back in the area.

So I had my first pedicure experience here with my wife for our 9 year anniversary. I read several reviews and decided on this one based on the cheerful staff and the private couples room. I called ahead and reserves the private room for my wife and I. When we arrived we were greeted and guided to the back area were the room was. Its not totally private. There is no door, or at least they werent using it. But I didnt mind. The staff was very inviting and friendly. The massage chairs were great! Oh, and the pedicure was so enjoyable. We got the one that had a hot rock massage and I loved this. Would definitely return!

I could not be more pleased with my nails! David and Lo are true nail artists...the accompanying staff are courteous and fun 😊 I love the cleanliness and having great conversations with these people!! As always, looking forward to my next appointment 😁

Awesome first time visit. I had seen this nail salon rated highly online and decided to give it a chance. So glad I did. I called yesterday to make an appointment and to my surprise they actually did! So many places I have gone to in the past do not take appointments. I arrived about 5 minutes early today and after checking in and choosing my nail polish I literally had only sat down for a couple of moments and then was taken to my chair. The nail technician did an awesome job and it was a very relaxing experience. The prices seems very fair and I will definitely be returning.

Fabulous : I had the gel nails, and they are perfect! The technician was wonderful and the array of colors they have in gel is great, a wide variety of great quality nail polish. They did a perfect job! I made an appointment for my next visit!

David is wonderful! He has given me some of the most beautiful and creative nails I have ever had.

I meant to put it for deluxe nails...which I tried once because it was so close to the house and I was in a hurry...But Nirvana nails is my all time favorite and the people here could not be more friendly. Only waited 10 min as a walk-in. They were busy but didnt rush me out at all, & the technician took her time. I was very pleased w/ my whole experience & my pedicure.

I took my girlfriend today to have a pedicure after walking around the Fairhope Festival. We both had the Royal Treatment pedicure and it was wonderful! We made an appointment for 5 and or served pretty much around that appointment time. The place was clean the staff was friendly and a technicians did a wonderful job on the pedicure, the massage was just what our tired legs and feet needed. We were both pleased there was no chemical smell detected from the gel nails. If theres one thing I cant stand is walking into a salon and having that hit me in the face. Overall it was a very nice experience and we will return upon our next visit to Fairhope.

Im new to the area and made an appointment for 11am based off the reviews I read. I wasnt seen until 11:45, obviously my appointment wasnt put into the system. They could have cared less that I was waiting and noone even apologized or said ANYTHING to me. She took 2 1/2 hours to do my full set. Waiting that long should have been my first clue to leave.

They did a decent job on my nails. My pedicure was mediocre though. I paid for a more deluxe one and was not fully satisfied. They don’t have a very good color selection for shellac either which is disappointing.

Terrible-had appt and they had me wait 35 min with foil on my nails. When I told the guy I needed to leave by 5:15 (it was 4:35) he said “you should have told us that when you arrived.” Really? My nails look terrible.

I was from our of town which I made them aware of at the time. I had a mani pedi which was done in an hour. My feet or legs were not messaged. My finger nails needed trimmimg which was not done and have since broken a nail.

I went here during a trip. My nailson were due for a fill. Although she did not know what type of manicure I had previously (I thought it was just acrylic) she did a lovely job on my bails and I couldnt be happier. Hope they can do this back home...

I was visiting Fairhope and needed a mani-pedi, so I did a bit of online research before deciding to go to Nirvana. Now I wish I didnt live so far away! This was the best mani-pedi I ever had. Not only was the work superior, but the staff really seemed to be enjoying their customers. I hope I find another reason to return to Fairhope so I can pay them another visit.

UPDATE! I hate to leave a bad review because I have previously loved this place and several of the nail techs do a good job, but I believe Nirvana has gone down-hill, or just has inconsistent talent. I recently went in for SNS and a pedicure, and the woman who did my nails surprisingly snapped at me when I asked for a more rounded shape, saying Im not done baby! which came off as quite rude. She then proceeded to give me very square nails that I didnt want. She finished off my nail with a regular clear polish on SNS (which is incorrect). it was and looked sticky because it did not dry properly. By the time my nails we finished, they had accepted several other walk-in pedicures, so I wouldve had to wait 45 mins to get the pedicure I had requested when I came in. They seem to often forget about the order of clients, and have had scheduling conflicts even when appointments are made. I know its a lot to remember at times, but there is no one there who is on top of that at this salon.I mainly do not like the fact that they will let people do SNS nails who have little to no experience with it. I went to Leilas the next day and got them redone because the looked so junky. Once when they were short staffed, a young relative of the owner came in and did a bad paint job on my pedi.bottom line: if you arent recognized as a regular customer of theirs, you may very well get stuck with someone who does NOT have experience in the service youre getting, and end up paying for a job poorly done.Previous Review: Staff is friendly. They serve complimentary drinks! Dont be afraid to communicate what you want out of your service.
