My new favorite salon. The lady did a great job on my nails!

I mean.... look how perfect and symmetrical. 💕 So happy I found these ladies. Fun atmosphere also!

They got our group of 4 in immediately and everyone was so nice and funny. Were from out of state but will come back next time we visit.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Lelia is the worst! Had four people taking turns working on my nails. I asked for coffin shape nails and I got every shape but that, each nail had a different shape and were not the same size as the other hand. My nails looked like I needed a fill in when I left. They messed my nails up along with my daughters nails,Lelia said they will redo them so I went back and when I got there they knew I was coming for a re due, they told me to pick a color. They even gave me swatches with more colors to chose from, so when it came time for them to polish my nails she asked me if I had picked a color and I said yes, then she tells me I have to get the same color I had at first and if I want a different color I will have to pay 10.00 for them to polish again since I didnt want the same color and refuse to pay 10.00 dollars for another color, I left the shop with just the nails on! Did they forget that they were the ones to mess my nails up in the first place! They cater to certain people so I guess the color of my skin was not the chosen one. Love Leilas! Staff are friendly, nice, professional, do a great job and pay attention to detail. The salon is clean and well kept. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Leila runs this place like a well-oiled machine! They do great work in a timely fashion!

The ladies and I had a nice and relaxing time. The service was nice and the pedicures are lovely. Will return. During this time, they do want everyone to wear a mask inside. If you do not have a mask, they do have disposable ones for $5. I do wished they could partner with a local business to sell reusable ones.

Was pretty disappointed. Came here with a friend because of her recommendation. She got a basic pedi with the jelly and I got the one above that with jelly. Mine had 5 more things added to it, I believe. We started at the same time, mine only took 5 more minutes then her. If paying for extra services it should take more then a minute an add on. I was disappointed. The staff was nice for the most part. I felt like it was very rushed. Not because of the staff but because of the owner. The lady doing my toes I guess was taking too long so Leila came over to finish them. She seemed to rush to finish them. There were people waiting but thats why you dont over book. Not worth the money. Was also disappointed when my polish began to chip two days later.

I was traveling to Alabama to take a course for work. I needed a dip mani, and i was lucky that this store was literally outside the hotel door. They took me last minute, I didnt have to wait and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The way the team interacted with each other and their guests was an absolute joy to experience. I am a Medspa owner in Chicago, so I watch everything. This group of women obviously love each other and they know how. to work a room! Typically in the nail salons in Chicago, the staff talks and jokes amongst themselves in their native language so there is very little interaction. These ladies and their guests all interact together and its absolute magic. They had all just lived through Sally and they were sharing their experiences. Oh, and my nails, they did an amazing job and the store is clean, and they practice COVID safe. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this store.

The best nail place anywhere! Leila and her staff are all excellent at what they do, and give you such a fun experience at the same time. They are always busy but you never seem to have to wait. I have been a happy client for years and won’t go anywhere else.

Wonderful customer service. All the young women working there are pleasant and friendly. Kudos to Jennifer. She was my manicurist. I enjoyed the conversation and you did a super job.They all appeared to enjoy their job and had a great work ethic. Definitely my new nail salon for the future.

I’m in town visiting a friend, and we stopped in to let them know what we wanted (pedicure for my friend and acrylic removal/manicure for myself) and see how the wait was (it’s Saturday, so we expected a little wait), and we were told 20-30 minutes. We asked if we could run elsewhere in the meantime, and the employee said that was fine. We come back a bit later and continue to wait an additional 20 minutes or so before my friend was led to her chair. I continued to wait and wait. Eventually, a chair clears up, and they lead me to sit in it. And I sit, and sit, and sit. They even take stuff (bottles, appliances, and even the chair for the manicurist to sit in), and I’m just left there! Other ladies were offered drinks, but they didn’t so much as speak to me. My friend was finished before they even touched my nails. If they didn’t have time to service me, I wish they would’ve just told me so. Maybe it was an off day for them, but better communication would have gone a long way!

I always make appointments because they are always packed. I had a 9:30 appointment on a Saturday, when I walked in every booth was full but I knew I had an appointment so I wasn’t worried. 9:45 roll around and I’m still waiting. No one said I’ll be with you in a second, they assisted other customers as they came in and I still sat there. Needless to say I won’t be back!

One of my favorite salons I’ve ever been to! Everyone is so friendly and they always do a great job. They have sensitive skin wax that doesn’t irritate my eyebrows and my nails always look amazing. They have tons of options for colors and nail art if you ask for it. Also 10/10 reccomend getting the jelly pedicure!

I read reviews and thought Id give it a try...WOW!! All the girls were so friendly and pretty...i think they are all sisters??, even the other people getting their nails done were friendly. They do a fabulous job too...they can even paint designs on your nails. This is where I will go from now on.

It used to be a great salon but now is kinda dirty...chairs in waiting area are disgusting! The girl who did my pedicure acted tired and disinterested. Im sure she was but at least pretend! The nails are uneven with sharp edges. I will have to cut them..ugh. However, the girl with pink hair was wonderful with my 10 year old granddaughter and made her very comfortable.

Long story short....a few others and myself went to try them out and came out with a rushed job because a lot of people kept coming in. Four different people worked on my nails and it did not feel like a relaxing environment what so ever. My mother spoke to the owner Leila about how we were not satisfied with our nails and my mom said after Leila talked about product cost, she said we could come back that Monday to get them re done. We went to get them re done and immediately after walking in Jennifer told us to pick a color. Linda did my nails (an awesome job btw) and also my moms. Only difference was when it was time for my mom to get her nails polished Leila came in. She told my mom that she had to get the same color she previously had or it would cost her $10. My mom said my daughter got a different color and Leila said well Jennifer wasnt supposed to do that, so its coming out of her check, in front of everyone. Then she yells at my mom about how they spent 4 hours on our nails and how we didnt say we didnt like the polish, we only said we didnt like the nails. Leila was just absolutely rude and luckily my mom or myself didnt react the wrong way! My mom ended up just getting a clear coat and Leila really didnt want her to get that. Thank goodness for Linda and Jessica, they are literally the best. Too bad we will NEVER give them another dime of our money. Im going to tell everyone to never ever go to Leilas. Also I gave them one star because zero wasnt an option.

Very busy place today but everyone was nice brought put drinks. the service was excellent. i will be back!

Was lucky enough to make it in before the Saturday morning rush as a walk-in. Was in and out in under an hour and Leila and her crew did a great job as always!

Its unfortunate....Leilas just lost a customer! I walked in at 6:02pm and the sign on the door said they close at 6:30pm. They did not appear super busy, as no one was waiting. Immediately, I was greeted and asked what would I like done. I replied a pedicure and was asked to come back tomorrow! Really??? I was stunned & actually a little embarrassed because I was told this out loud, in front of everyone! My issue is if you advertise you stay open until 6:30pm, then honor that or change your sign to indicate you close at 6:00 pm. UNACCEPTABLE!

Amero did a phenomenal job on my nails!! She got everything down to the T. I’m so picky about nail salons but this nail place is the place to go to get your nails done!!!! Perfffff

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They do not sanitize their stuff correctly. After the girl cut my cuticles she took the towel and shook it on the floor and put it back to use for someone else. Then she took the cuticle cutter and just sprinkled alcohol on it and put it back in the bag. The girl that did my nails did a rushed job. I had gotten done SNS and didn’t even take 15 mins. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. When I went up to go pay at the reception desk the girl that did my nails stood right beside the receptionist with her hands on her hips and the receptionist asked right in front of her if I wanted to tip and how much? I am going to tell everyone and their mother to not go here!

Never have I had a better pedicure any where else. Patience and true Professional abound at Leilass Nails and Spa since day one!!!

The staff was kind and funny! I went with my mom and two sisters and Christina and her sister and friends had us laughing and talking the whole time. I only come in town so often and these girls made it one for the books. Can’t wait to come back...though it may be sooner than later since I might have scuffed my toe!

I sat there a whole hour before I even got to a chair. I paid 35 dollars for uneven nails. It was a rush job. It was overall a total waste of my time and money. Never will I ever go there again.
