With pandemic protocols in place and having to wait in your car till called, you walk into a beautiful, clean bright dental office. I liked the clock with the dentistry tools for hours and a positive message on Team Work. Staff was timely and professional.

Yesterday I had a 1pm appointment and they promptly got me in the system and gave me the paperwork to fill out. No more than 10 minutes after filling out the paperwork I was called for my xrays. After this I was taken into an room, blood pressure and oxygen were checked and the doctor came in shortly. She spoke with me, we joked for a bit and she made me feel very comfortable about the procedure.Everyone there made me feel at peace. A lot of times we are self conscious about our looks, health, body, etc but the staff here made me feel comfortable and I actually look forward to the treatment!!!

I had an appointment for a consultation, for xrays to be taken. First off, i should not have been forced to drive over two hours from my home for something as simple as xrays, when i JUST had them taken by my local dentist in late July. The office flat out refused to allow my dentist to fax the xrays over, forcing me to borrow money to get gas to make it to my appointment. A drive without air conditioning, i remind you, due to the fact my cars ac is broken it was miserable. Upon arriving to Fairfield Oral Surgery and Implantation, i was not greeted. i was stared down with judgement and rudely asked why i was there. no hello, how can we help you? just why are you in here as if they were already judging me before i even spoke, probably because i was sweaty and distraught and in pain because i have 4 wisdom teeth in need of extraction as well as 20 cavities currently. i told them i have an appointment at 2 (current time is 1:40) and id like to fill out any required paperwork while i wait for my appointment time. they flat out said no, come back at the actual time of your appointment not 20 minutes before, we have other people to take care of instead. when everyone else that was present already had their paperwork, and was working on it. i asked why can everyone else fill theirs out early but not me? that seems pretty unfair, i dont understandthe receptionist deemed my tone (which was merely distraught, tired, and due to being in pain, my responses were short) as rude, and IMMEDIATELY threatened me with not being seen or treated ever again at this office, which would make a consultation for surgery pointless, so she was threatening to make the entire 3 months i waited for my appointment and the 2 hour drive a total waste, simply because she didnt like my tone? what kind of power does a receptionist or a dental assistant have that they can DENY PEOPLE TREATMENT? this is absurd, dont go here. garbage receptionists who treat you like sub-human trash.

I live about 5 hours away and I was a bit nervous about how well everything would go, but I’m glad to report that everything went smoothly, I was able to get seen pretty quickly and I felt like everyone was confident with what they were doing. Dr Keyhani made me feel safe for my first procedure going under and did a great job. I did feel like there was a bit of a rush or something with the people there. When I was dismissed, I wasn’t really told anything about how to take care of myself after the procedure. I had to ask a lot of questions on my own and I still ended up googling a bunch of my concerns. Also, I’m not sure if this was just my case, but they never asked me about my pharmacy and just handed me my written prescription to take in on my own. Given that I had a 5 hour drive, I was in a lot of pain after about 3 hours and had to wait for my prescription to be filled. It wasn’t pleasant and I feel like if they’d faxed it over to my Pharmacy, I could’ve saved myself maybe an extra hour of pain.. Besides that, I really feel confident about recommending Fairfield Oral Surgery to anyone who needs something done, just be sure to ask questions and voice your concerns *Beforehand* .

Although they got me in quickly. The staff was okay but the surgeon was rude didnt really seem to care. As soon as I got home later that day (2hr drive) I was rushed by ambulance to the hospital. The doctors were shocked that I was let go while still under. I spent 4 days in the hospital. I understand that the work I had done was a lot. But the amount of brusing and placement of them leaves me with a lot of questions. I wish I could upload a pic. Its been 8 days I have bruises on my neck that look like someone was strangling me Im glad Ill never need to go here again

Dr. Keyhani did an amazing job with my 4 extractions. 6 hours later and a long (300 mile) ride home and I feel SO much better than I had anticipated. I was a nervous, anxious wreck going in and the staff were so attentive and accomodating. After reading some of the other reviews, I am shocked there are so many bad ones. Sure, its a no frills building and some of the staff arent *overly* friendly as other reviewers have pointed out, but they were all professional, prompt, and efficient.

Despite giving me all of their names twice, I have twice misplaced the paper with their names TWICE. Dr. Keyhani is brilliant. I’m guessing on names but Veronica, Mae and all of the other incredible women who worked with me (front office definitely included) were amazing. I’m anxious when it comes to anything dental but I promise you there is NO need to be with this group of professionals. I’ve read some of the negative feedback and it must have been another group. The team that worked with me were easily some of the top in their field. ❤️❤️❤️Thank you for such a positive experience❤️❤️❤️

This nasty place gets ZERO stars. DO NOT come to this office for quality service. My full story is pretty epic and long. Suffice it to say, I am an easy going, extremely polite and friendly person. I came to Fairfield Oral Surgery from OVER 2 HOURS away because they were the only Oral Surgeon that accepted my insurance. I was suffering( and when I say suffering, I mean, I wanted to die, anything to end the pain) with an deep abscessed molar. 1 of THREE MOST painful things a person can experience! Remember the movie Cast Away? Ya, THATs where I was. I was STILL polite and kind to everyone at the office. The nurses were lovely. Upon my first attempt to have the tooth extracted, under the influence of Nitrous, I was still so uncomfortable and panicked, that I could not proceed and had to reschedule the surgery so that I could be under general anesthesia. Unfortunately, the earliest they could get me to operate was more than a week away. I had to undergo 3 rounds of antibiotics and the infection had become resistant to all kinds. So I was in extreme mortal danger(infection of the heart/and or brain.) AND the pain was UNBEARABLE. I have a high tolerance for pain and for pain meds. It was an unfortunate and fortunate gift of genetics from my mothers side. I eventually could NOT TAKE ANY MORE. I have two small children and could not care for them, I have 3 jobs and could not work. In total despair I called the office and begged for help. Either to get in for the surgery sooner, or help with controlling the pain by use of narcotics. I am not a drug seeker, and anyone simply looking at me could see the agony I was in...my blood pressure, which they had taken at my consultation was pure proof that this was no joke and the pain was extreme. I even had my primary care physician call Dr. Kehani to vouch for my stability and sobriety. By the time they had spoken, my surgery was only ONE DAY AWAY! It was at that time that Dr. Kehani decided that I was too complex a case to be handled under her care, and they cancelled my surgery leaving me with no referral, no solutions, no help with the pain, and no care for the danger to my life! A stable father of 2. The emotional and mental stress that this added to this ALREADY horrific episode is NEARLY non-quantifiable...its beyond the pale. Im sure I dont need to go into how difficult it was to completely START OVER with my search for critical emergency care during a Pandemic...you can imagine just how stressful this was, all while STILL in UNBEARABLE pain.I DONT KNOW HOW YOU CAN DO THIS TO A PERSON AND CONTINUE TO CALL YOURSELF A DOCTOR. I very much hope that anyone with an emergency OR NOT will have a chance to see and read my review so that they are aware of the complete and total lack of empathy, compassion, and ACCOUNTABILITY with this surgeon. I have written this review, and I will be writing as many reviews about her on as many public spaces as I can; AS WELL AS lodging a formal complaint with the Dental Association and any/all other agencies that I can involve in order to make sure that this doesnt happen to ANYONE ELSE! I am also considering the pursuit of a civil case against her based on the overwhelming ADDITIONAL physical, mental, and emotional pain that this woman caused me. I have ALREADY scheduled an appt with a lawyer. Please for your own safety, do not seek care from this office. Thank you for your time and attention to my review, I hope it helps to save others from an experience like mine.

They were quick and really nice. Clean facility and great people. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because the scheduling was long I waited 2 months for a 20 minute x-ray and after that they had to wait for approval from my ins which wasnt an issue but when they did call to get me scheduled to come in they had an opening that same Saturday. So i took it got the day off work and got a ride. They called me on FRIDAY to tell me they wouldnt have a doctor for that Saturday and the next Saturday theyd have would be a month out. Definitely a pain lost a day of work and inconvenienced my ride. The front desk rep on the phone was definitely rude but in person they were a lot nicer. But other than that great doctors friendly techs and clean fast office

It can be a little confusing with a tiny waiting room for patients. I found the office staff to be professional, courteous, as well as the nurses, physician assistance, and the oral surgeon himself. They are very busy, for sure, but I would definitely recommend their services to new patients. Expect late appointments, for the surgeon that I have seen does his work duringbusiness hours, and regular appointments come after 5 pm. I think they are worth it.

Had another shattered tooth with mild complications and got into to see the new surgeon immediately. Doctor Tina quickly took care of things and am back at home and comfortably resting an hour later. Shout out to Teresa who placed the IV with the most skill Ive ever experienced and Ive suffered through many where they kept hitting the back of my vein and trying again. Teresa took her time and placed it perfectly the first time with such a light touch it was hardly perceptible.---- Prior review still stands ---I went in anticipating a painful experience and was quite pleasantly surprised. Clearly, Doctor Pietrowski and his staff are used to dealing with stressed out patients. They seemed uniformly patient and pleasant to everyone, including patients having problems getting insurance and credit card approvals. They took their own scan of my teeth and Doctor Pietrowski evaluated everything for himself before concurring with the Endodontist that referred me. He was prepared for any eventuality but efficiently had the procedure done in just a few minutes to my great relief.(If youre considering taking the 1 star ratings seriously, go check out the other irrational complaints those people have posted ...)This practice is made up of very nice and competent people and I would not hesitate to take my grandchildren there should the need arise.

After much suffering my wisdom teeth are out. Everything seemed fine to me at first, but not at the review appointment. It seemed like everyone was either angry or ready to go. They lack tact and kindness. Apart from being their work, many of us leave our children in charge to go, we travel for more than an hour, we ask permission in our jobs and what to say about the pain / trauma that we carry. They speak tactlessly, the doctor didnt even say goodbye when she attended to me, and she was very rude when she checked me out. With an attitude of I should be hurting you, He left me talking to the nurse / assistant. Which was not at all friendly, too rude I would say. It made me wonder if thats how they treat when one goes to check-up, what will it be when we are anesthetized? If I had had another option I would not have gone there. They dont treat you humanely.
