They have come to my office and Ive also dropped off a personal laptop and they always are so helpful and work with me to resolve my issues for a really good price. I had an issue with my laptop. Malware had been installed on my computer by a scammer and being unexperienced and unknowledgeable as to the impact this has on me personally I was left trying to determine what steps to take and possibly consequences that I might face in the future. I needed advice and guidance from an expert. I contacted Superior Computer and discussed my issue with Joe. I didnt know if my iPhone, Modem or other devices had been compromised. Joe answered my questions, put my situation into a more positive perspective and requested that I drop my laptop off at his office the next business day which was a Monday. After talking to him my stress was reduced and I was able to get through the next days feeling confident. Joe performed diagnostics and determined that I had several viruses, He removed the viruses for far less than the price I had been quoted by a nationally known computer service company that had left me feeling helpless. I highly recommend Superior Computer and know that the staff there will alleviate your stress and provide you with exceptional service. Joe thanks for your assistance with my issue. Again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUPERIOR!!

Joe and his team have been fantastic IT support for my chiropractic office. They take care of problems that pop up quickly and effectively. I appreciate their recommendations for replacing old equipment when necessary. They recently completed a new server installation seamlessly.
