I called and spoke to a man by the name of Johnny on the phone Who help me out very much and answer all my questions about my Dell laptop that I had to askhe even recommended some things that I should do To save me money . He was very honest From the start which I like. I would Recommend this company Based on his honesty from the start and i would do Business with them in the future if I need it. Very professional gentlemen, called on a Saturday evening and he set an appt for Sunday morning and was on time, fixed my phone in 30min or less minus our small talk. Would recommend ushatter, good luck with the business!!!

Terrible experience. Way to over priced, and the guy dropped my phone when I was coming to pick it up. He didnt even offer to fix it again.

I showed up without an appointment on a busy day and he made the repairs quickly.
