Orders are always wrong items, damaged or delayed shipping. They also like to over charge you or take your card information then send you a bill anyway. They refuse to give you a tracking number which I suspect is just to cover up their mistakes. When they mess up your order, damage it or mess up shipping so badly that you end up getting the item weeks later than youre told (if it even arrives at all), they do not assist you in any way, nor discount items etc. You will only hear Oops, sorry it is our fault. It will arrive when it arrives. If you ask for a manager call, you will definitely not receive a call. Absolute WORST customer service. I highly recommend using another supplier

I hope their products are better than there services. They waited 2 weeks to ship my products. Ive had to track 3 deliverys for 1 shipment. It will be over a month by the time my final package arrives. Never gave me a tracking number until I called and asked for one. I called the company delivering packages and I was told there partner company would get ahold of me. This experience has been the biggest pain. Probably the last time I deal with this disorganized company.

Not a company that I would trust. They are very disorganized and each employee provides you with a different answer each time you call in.I have been promised a fireplace that I have paid for in full. Every two weeks I get a different answer when it will arrive. My existing fireplace was removed the first week of Nov and I am sitting with a hole in my wall and no fireplace. It’s now the middle of January and yet again I get another excuse from this company as to why it has yet to be delivered.Look elsewhere...this company is a joke.I have requested Tony Smith to contact me and he has yet to make a phone call....yet he is the Rep?I wouldn’t even give this company one star but I had to in order to post a review.
