I rent quite regularly. Once a month up to every weekend if Im training for competitions. I have never had issues with with staff. Cars are clean, gassed and ready for me to just get in and go where I need to go. Any times I have had an issue, it was resolved. Antonio has been very accommodating each time. I havent had issue with the car I reserved suddenly not being there as I have had with enterprise. The rates are competitive as well. He helps makes my constant traveling for training possible. I will absolutely continue to rent from and refer folks to Premier unless given a solid reason to not.

Was with out our car for about 3 weeks while it was with the mechanic waiting for parts. Antonio and his crew kept us in a car the whole time and with affordable fair rates. Was a great experience over all, Antonio and his staff are great, good customer service and always helpful when you have questions or need to extend your rental agreement. Have and would recommend Premier car rental to anyone and will definitely go here again when ever I am in need a of a rental car.

I had a rental car through Premier because of an accident that I had and my insurance was covering a rental. Since Premier was located close to my work and had a vehicle they are who I was able to get a rental from. All went really well and they even brought me the car at my work and showed me before I signed the papers scratches and an acid spill on the hood from previous renters. A few days later I had went up to Iowa City for a DR appointment and had parked in one of the hospital ramps and came out of my appointment to find someone had hit the rear end of the driver side behind the wheel of the rental car and had left several scratches (either pulling into a parking space or pulling out). I immediately called Premier and let them know what happened and was told to bring it over to their shop to have someone look at it which I did when I got back into town from my appointment. When I got there they took a look at it and took a few pictures of the scratches that was left. There really wasnt alot of damage but I figured Id be a good person and not try to hide it. After a few days they gave me a quote to get this plastic part fixed and told me it would be $600! To fix plastic!? They couldnt buffer it out or something?? They didnt have any of the other scratches or the acid spill on the hood fixed but they wanted to charge me $600 to paint plastic! Long story short when my husband went to talk with them and see if there was something we could work out the owner stated that I got into an accident and had to pay for the damages. I will never rent from them again EVER and I will make sure to let all my friends and family know what happened and how they handled the situation. Worst way to lose $600.

I’ve had my truck detailed 3 to 4 times a year for the past 5yrs by the same guy but I have to find someone else to do it now. So I thought I would try premier 🤦‍♀️ Well I paid $144 for the worst detailing I have ever seen!!! If I could show you the pictures... I think they used a swifer in the dark to clean it cause the dust and crumbs are still there!!!

This was the first time I used Premier Car Rental and it couldnt have been better. My own elderly car was resting with my mechanic until parts could come in, etc. I had several urgent appointments to get to around SE Iowa, so I went online, found Premier and spoke with Antonio, who could not have been more helpful. He drove the rental car to my home, I dropped him off back at Premier and I was on my way to the first appointment. All the paperwork was ready for me to sign & credit card info already exchanged. It turned out I needed the rental for a few extra days, so I just phoned Antonio, he texted the confirmation and new receipt and once again I was on my way.Im happy to say that I emphatically recommend Premier Car Rental.

Van was clean and ran fine, We had to add break fluid whe we reached our destination but I am not sure that there is anything the business could have done to predict that. Over all great people to work with and Iwould not hesitate to use them again.

I have rented cars twice now and had a wonderful overall experience. The cars were clean, very well taken care of, and great customer service. I had rented from Enterprise in the past and found Premier Car Rental to be much better to work with and plan to continue using Premier Car Rental for any future car rentals.
