I think this was the best car rental experience Ive ever had. They consciously declined to charge me for everything they could fairly have charged me for — totally new experience for me at a car rental agency. They do a video walkaround of the car beforehand and send you the video, which I think is a wonderful idea. Everything felt like dealing with a real person and not with a programmed corporate automaton. Highly recommend.

**THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE HOWEVER IT IS NOW 09/07/2021 AND NO ONE HAS FIXED THE ISSUE OR REACHED BACK OUT TO ME.REVIEW: After returning rented vehicle to Mike Albert (MA) in Fairfield Ohio with vehicle in immaculate condition inside and out on a full tank of gas. The following day a MAemployee made a very false allegation of smelling smoke in the returned vehicle. Which DID NOT HAPPEN NOT ONE SINGLE TIME!! Management has been ignoring my messages regarding this matter and they lillegally took $200 & another $97 without permission out of my checking account and I have been unable to get a response from MA regarding my complaint and the reimbursement of the money that was stolen!!

Rented a 9 passenger conversion van — took 7 people to St Louis for a reunion - worked out great. Wish we could have returned it Sunday so would’ve only had to pay for 3 nights but they are closed. Still a great value.

Spoke with both Tammy and Jacob over the phone and they were both extremely helpful in finding the information I needed regarding a rental van. While the availability wasnt there (poor planning on my part) Ill be sure to recommend this company in the future for its great customer service.

Clean vehicle, but not many bells and whistles on it. Their rates are a little cheaper than others, but their security deposit is $100 more. I would spend a little extra for a nice vehicle elsewhere.

Fast and friendly service. Was in and out the door within 20-30 min tops. Overall great service. Would definitely rent from Mike Albert again!
