I took my 2019 F150 to this Ziebart and am very pleased. I bought a Decked drawer system for them. They charged the same price as the Decked website. When they were installing it, they noticed I had a drop in liner which cannot be used with the Decked system. They had to remove both the drop in liner and my tonneau cover in order to install the decked system. Then they reinstalled my tonneau afterwards. A lot of extra labor in this case was no problem.I also got the rust proofing and under body protection, ceramic coating for the paint, full detailing, waterproof coating on windshield, extra soundproofing underneath in a package deal that I think was a good value since I intend to keep the truck for at least 8-10 years.Overall it was a good experience here, good customer service, good value.I’d definitely go back.

Mr Ron and the crew were GREAT. I had them perform the premium rust prevention and paint sealant services and the van is IMMACULATE and looks GREAT. I just purchased a truck from Columbia Chevrolet. Ziebart came the same day picked it up, tinted the windows and had it back in a matter of hours! They were very kind and professional answering all of my questions. They did an excellent job and were very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again!

I got the Ceramic Z-Gloss and Z-Shied with Protection Film, and other services. The Z-Shield that they put on my car has small bubbles all through the hood of my car. It absolutely looks horrible. I was told that in the sun that the bubbles would work its way out. All lies. A year later I can still see the bubbles, and wish I never got the film. They told me that they need my car for 2 days. They had it for a week. When the assistant manager dropped the car off to me she told me that this was completely unacceptable. When speaking to the manager he said that he personally inspected the vehicle and it looked fine. I wish I would have taken my vehicle to a local Body Shop. It was a horrible experience and it cost me over $3000.

Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They did an outstanding job on my 2021 Ram TRX. Some places charge three times or more for the same product they use for ceramic coating. I got underbody protection and ceramic coating for almost half the cost of ceramic coating alone at other places. If you want to protect your vehicle from the elements it’s one of the best things you can purchase. Well worth the money to know my ride is protected. I ended up getting a spray in bedliner and window rain guards from them as well. They have it all and at a very competitive price. I highly recommend Fairfield Ziebart! Also, my truck is black with metallic flakes so it shows everything. It was spotless when they were done. Perfect.

I have unsubscribed from all marketing emails and other emails sent by Ziebart MULTIPLE times, and I continue getting emails. The email service confirms that I have been unsubscribed from all emails, but I continue to receive them. I was also dissatisfied with the outcome of my service. They did a great job of cleaning the interior of the car, but I was primarily concerned about getting all of the windows and windshields cleaned inside and out. The salesperson made note of this on the work order but Im basically fully confident that they were NOT cleaned at all. I later took it to the handwash car wash in Sharonville, and they were able to get them perfectly clean for the standard full service wash, which cost about $30 as opposed to Ziebarts detailing service, which was over $100 even when on sale. Very disappointed.

I drove to Ohio for the wknd and decided to put tint on my windows., Matt asked what kind of tint I wanted? Smoke or ceramic he showed me the difference and I went w ceramic. It is UV protected. Let the pictures speak for themselves. Would you be pleased taking your $100K Escalade here for this and paying them $700? Overspray all over 22inch chrome wheels! Areas missed! I requested a partial refund and that was Declined by Zeibart.I would NEVER take my vehicle back to them as I have zero trust. They rush through every job and got mad when I noticed and pointed out their poor work quality. Go to a family body shop and pay them for undercoating if you want it done.PICTURES ARE FROM 2 DAYS AFTER SERVICE.DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I had a car detailing service, but car was not cleaned at all. There are still stains on the seats, papers from my dashboard were not even touched, spots on rear view mirror, etc. My car was obviously not cleaned and when I complained the manager was rude and condescending. He tried to convince me that it was cleaned, when it was obvious that in some places it wasnt even vacuumed. I was planning to get the windows tinted on my new car, but I will never go back there again. The service was not provided, they are rude, disrespectful, condescending and I think I will rather spend my money elsewhere. I paid for this service in full 164 doll, and they did not even vacuum the car properly.

Do not take your vehicle here. My sister was quoted a price of $599 for a new truck bed liner.She showed up to pay, and they padded out her bill to $766.49. No explanation, and it damn sure isnt sales tax.Very deceptive and lying business.

Had a spray liner installed at Ziebarts Cincinnati in August on 2019 F150. This job is 4 months old and falling apart. Liner is very thin and is flaking off. I am able to peel it off with my fingers. Pictures attached. Buyer Beware

I paid an extra three hundred and something dollars for the diamond coat they were supposed to wash the truck Play Bar it and wash it again they didnt claybar it because I still have bug guts baked on it water spots on the roof and if they put the diamond coat on afternoon the water spots then theres a problem its sealed and so is the bug guts I picked it up when it was dark cloudy so I didnt see the spotting on the paint so the next day after it was in the sun I wiped it down and buffed out the spot thats when I seen the water spots and the bug guts. Well took my truck back I said they would redo it went picked it up and all they did was the spots that they left the first time not sure if they applied any diamond coat to the spots they redone not happy will not go there again Ill find another Ziebart to take it to when I have to have the diamond kote reapply next year

I told him my schedule does not allow me to bring my car back right away but I can the following week. He told me how would they know it wasnt new dirt then... I went into to Zeibart to get some pricing on auto detailing inside and out for my mother n laws car and also my wifes jeep I was given a price of 279.00 for my mother n laws car.and 324.00 for my wifes a.few days later my wife called to make the.appt for her moms car and the guy she talked to told her that the quote.was wrong and they could do it for 350 so she made the appointment and then called me I called them back and I was told that I probably had the quote wrong and they would do it for 324 well I didnt have the quote wrong I had wrote it down when I was given the price we went ahead and dropped the car off in the night drop my wife wrote exactly what we wanted done and Josh had also told her he would vacuum out the trunk but to remind him so she also wrote it on the drop off envelope so someone called my mother n law and sold her some expensive wax treatment that she thought was only going to change the price by 100 dollars so that made the price 424 well we went to pick up the car the first thing that stands out was something black on the side of the blue car and then the waterspots I walked around the whole car the gas door wasnt done and when my mother n law came back out she told me it was over 600 dollars she misunderstood what the price was it was an extra 450 with100 dollars off not an extra 100 dollars noone should have called her they new what she wanted and it should of been left at that and for 600 plus dollars there should of been nothing that was missed they did come out and wipe everything off and Matt said if we come back again he will take off 20 % I felt like she was taken advantage of and to top it all off the trunk wasnt swept out and all the windows look like they have a haze over the inside of them so she paid extra and we dont feel like she.got what.she.paid.for.very disappointing

Dropped off my vehicle at 8:45am. When I arrived at 5:00pm still was not ready. Cleaning interior only was completed at 6:05, upon inspection they did not clean under/behind of my trucks rear seat. Also rear cup holder and arm rest not cleaned.Rear floor mats were missing as well. I called next day to speak to manager and let him know my concerns. He did tell me to bring the vehicle up when available to finish cleaning. Rear floor mats were returned, I will review after I have time bring vehicle back for touch up cleaning.

Took my wifes suv there and they totally ripped us off... gave me one price on the phone, but it ended up being way more. My wife dropped it off and had her sign what she thought was a form for any dents or scratches but underneath was a higher estimate. When I returned to pick it up after work to pick up the car, the work was not done. They didnt vacuum, left a residue on the windows, and the seats still had sticky from the kids on it. They knew I would complain so they left it in the bay locked up. When I refused to pay since the work wasnt done, he then told me he was keeping my vehicle and wouldnt release it to me and told me to leave. I had to call the police to get my vehicle, which they made me pay for and said I would need to take care if it thru civil court - that I will do. These people are crooks and do a bad job. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here.

My Ziebart experience in Fairfield OH was horrible. They were less than honest on the procedure & process for Rustcoating & Undercoating. I asked to see the work done when picking up vehicle. I was told by the technician (Josh) who did the work thatthe entire process for both procedures combined only took 20 minutes. That was alarming enough realizing I was about to pay $550.00. In the old days in Michigan at least Ziebart was more of a reputable company & the finished product was more assured and well thought of. It seems that today its just a quick money-making gimmick & too expensive for what you get.

Paid for interior and exterior detail ($300). Noticed the damage done to the dash and the missing vent piece. First, immediately contacted Ziebart through FaceBook messaging where they said to contact corporate. Corporate said to contact the location. I expressed my concern and had photos as proof but they side-stepped responsibility for the damage saying, You would have had to contact them either via phone or in person to show the damage {...} after further review of your photos and your last email response, we still cannot accept responsibility. I also mentioned that while outside, I along with two other customers, witnessed loud profanity from the detail bay. My car was in the bay at the time. They responded, If you had the conscious thought of hoping that is wasn’t your son’s car involved, we are sure you would have inspected the vehicle extra carefully before leaving.This was my first and definitely my LAST use of this service and will share my experience of (not just poor, but) NO CUSTOMER SERVICE with whomever will listen.

Having been a 30+ year faithful customer of Ziebart, I expected a quality product with professional sales and service. Unfortunately, what I received since November, 2019 has been anything but that!There are many problems I have experienced and sadly the service recovery has been worse than the job itself! I would not recommend this product or Ziebart in Fairfield, OH to anyone. Here are the details as to why:In November, 2019 I took my brand new 2019 Sprinter van to Ziebart in Fairfield, OH to discuss having the Rhino Liner system installed on the interior floor of the cargo area. I was assured that they would properly prepare and place it, including the application of a primer coating for proper adhesion. Also, I was told they would spray the same thickness of coating as what is in pickup truck bed liners (.125 or 1/8 inch thick).To my dismay, when picking up my van, the sloppy application was oversprayed on the walls of the van and the application was not placed where I specifically instructed it to be done.I was informed to bring it back and they would clean the overspray and discuss repairing the areas they forgot. When picking up the van for the second time, the cleanup job of the overspray had removed the powder coating on the metal Easy Track inside the van, which to fix that, I was told to fix it myself and just file a claim with them.To spray the areas they forgot the first time, I was to bring it back, but then COVID hit and everything was put on hold. In August, I was vacuuming the cargo area that had the Rhino Liner applied in November 2019 and it started to bubble up and peel off. I soon realized there was an adhesion failure with the Rhino Liner and upon measuring its thickness, instead of being .125 or 1/8 thick, it was a quarter of that thickness according to a digital caliper measurement, measuring only .035 in thickness.When I brought it to Ziebart to have these problems addressed and for them to remove it in preparation for re-application, all the caulking I had placed at the seams came off with the Rhino liner. The caulking was the only material the Rhino Liner stuck to! I would have to reapply this caulking at my own expense (polyurethane auto body caulk at $26/tube x3) and spend my own time before they could re-apply the Rhino Liner.At this point I was also informed that the primer was mistakenly not applied and there was no reason as to why it wasnt the proper thickness.After these next failures on Zeibarts part and after spending 4 trips there and still being unsatisfied with an incomplete job, I have lost all faith in the Ziebart product and service. As a business owner, I cannot afford to make multiple long trips to their shop for continued disappointing and poor service.I have asked for a complete refund and was told that the product has a lifetime warranty and that all they would do was reapply the product and offer no refund. This is not acceptable to me and I would like to voice my great dissatisfaction of service on every level of the Ziebart franchise in Fairfield, OH.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Warning for those who come here for window tint. You are taking a risk of them ruining your rear window defrost system and anything else they touch. They have damaged my defrost in my back window when removing messed up tint that they originally installed incorrectly and are refusing to take responsibility. Please read other bad reviews from other customers who say the same thing happened to them. The refuse to be held accountable.

Got my 2020 Toyota Supra back from getting window tint, and my passenger airbag light is on. They got water behind the little window on the passenger side. So now I have to pay Toyota for a new sensor and labor. And still have to take back a third time to fix the window tint.

In July 2019, I purchased a new F150 and brought it here for the full works including undercoating, Rhino Liner bed lining, window sealer, and Fabric Protector. I also got a folding bed cover.Even though the F150 has an aluminum body and will not develop red rust, it will oxidize and develop “white rust”. The frame and fasteners are made from steel and they will rust. This is why I had that done.I brought the truck in on July 22, 2020 for an annual check. They pressure washed the underside for examination. There were some areas that needed touch-up and they took care of that. (I drive this truck down some gravel and dirt roads)I was happy with the prompt service, the time taken to explain the services being done and other services available. I did not feel pressure to buy additional services.The Rhino Liner din’t have any damage after a year of homeowner-type use.While I was there, a college student came in to get his windows tinted. He was relocating to Florida, and the manager took the time to look up the Florida regulations so he would be able to stay in compliance.Bottom line: I recommend Ziebart of Fairfield.Keith.

I will begin by saying the manager of this location, Matt, was great and did his best to do right by us.Overview: The best I can figure, we paid over $150 for a spot check and vacuuming and it took an entire day, including my husband missing about an hour of work, for it to happen. The seats of our car do look cleaner, but overall I certainly dont think the money paid and time spent were worth the service we received. Considering the cleaning job we ended up with, after Matt having his cleaning team go over/re clean our car multiple times and then Matt going over things to clean himself, we could have cleaned it ourselves, saved $170, and done a much more thorough job.Detailed Experience: We bought a used car via a private owner and wanted to get it professionally cleaned inside. The main thing I was looking to be cleaned was the upholstery as it looked like someone had used the car to haul things around, and all of the seats had many dirt spots. Nevertheless, I was looking for a general over all wipe down of all surfaces as well as a thorough vacuuming.I called this Ziebart location ahead of time and received an estimate/description of what would be cleaned. I was happy with the description of the cleaning and scheduled an appointment. This is the description of cleaning I received:They will vacuum, shampoo, apply fabric protection, clean all nooks and crannies. It was estimated that it would take 2-4 hours to clean the inside of our car.We dropped the car off at 8am. Around 6 hours later (close to 2pm), my husband called for a status update. The car was deemed clean by the workers, but the manager (Matt) was not satisfied with the cleaning and asked them to go over some things and clean again. A little after that, I received a call that our car was finished. My husband leaves work to pick it up.Upon arrival, the manager gives our car a final look over and finds that his workers still did not clean where he asked (the back of the back seat) so he asked them yet again to clean it. My husband waited another 45 minutes while they cleaned (Mind you, my husband is missing work.) The cleaning is deemed complete again, yet Matt looks it over and begins to wipe down and go over spots and areas himself. He asks my husband to look it over one last time before taking the car. At that moment, my husband thought everything looked alright (he was in a rush, needed to get back to work), but as he drove back to work he began noticing many things that looked virtually untouched (cupholders, the steering wheel. My husband was finding things down in the seats, including a comb and chewed gum. Matt said the comb and the chewed gum were not included in the cleaning because it is something the vacuum cleaner could not get to).My husband calls them when he gets back to work explaining the things he found. The receptionist said that he could bring it in again on the following business day (Monday) for them to further clean it.My husband called them Monday asking to speak with Matt. The receptionist said the manager (Matt) would call him back. He did not receive a call back. He called them again today (Tuesday) and spoke with Matt asking for a credit because he did not want to have to take the car in again because this would require him to miss more work. Matt said the only thing he could do is offer to clean it again. Giving a credit was not an option.The end result is a shoddily cleaned car, a frustrated husband and wife, and me (the wife) writing this review.Final thoughts: If it looks like something you could clean yourself, do it! Dont waste your time and money.

It’s great that Ziebart in Fairfield is an equal opportunity employer, because the blind guy that detailed my car did a great job...NOT!!!! Where do I start...only one tire got tire shine. The trim was half done on one side, totally missed the front, rear and other side. There was still wax on the vehicle. Didn’t even seem like anyone checked it, unless it was the blind guy! I just wanted a detailed, clean job...goes to show you a God has a sense of humor because this place is a joke!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, I unfortunately did!

Took my 2004 f250 to have them undercoat it and do the rust prevention. Got it back and it is coated but they sprayed over my brand new expensive shocks and missed the cab mounts underneath which is a problem area with these. Not happy with the quality of work at all

The customer service was great however the work was not. Purchased the protect a shine and interior detailing. At first glance looked good, but after closer inspection dirt still remained under seat, in door molding, back seat arm rest, etc. There was finger/palm prints on the molding on the outside of the car. This was my first time getting my vehicle done (gift to myself) but made mistake by using this company.

I have gone here for all my ziebart needs. Ive gotten windows tinted, bed liner, bed cover, amp running boards, and getting it all cleaned and detailed. I love their work so much I took my wifes 2014 fusion down to get cleaned and detailed. They did such a good job it looks like a brand new car like we just pulled it off the car lot. They do great work and the customer service is amazing. They always work out a great deal and if I had any problems they always find a way to fix it. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to get their car and tuck needs meet.

These guys are Absolutely Amazing!! Went in for work downtown tinting and from the time you walk in you feel comfortable in the shop and they make sure you have all information you need to make an informed decision on what you want on your vehicle. Complete detail of my car inside and out today, wax and shampoo of the carpet as well. Looks better than the day I drove off the car lot with it! Fantastic service, extremely friendly folks at the counter. Appreciate Rons help ordering a cargo mat too. Did not perform the service. Truck was returned to have it redone in which the rust proofing was not performed the second time. Multiple calls and emails with no returned calls and generic emails. They are Crooks do not use.

Window tint was perfect. No bubbles and perfect match to my rear Windows.The Rhino lining application seems great. There was, however, overspray at the point where my bed and cab meet, about 12-18 inches each direction. I was able to use soapy water and a sponge to remove it. Additionally, when I got home the lining over one of the drain hole covers was laying in the bed. I recommend removing them for application.

Good service at the front counter, they do great work for body and undercoat but I would go elsewhere for interior cleaning. They cleaned my interior as part of a package that left a strong odor of turpentine behind. Went back and forth and they offered to redo it without using any chemicals. I thought I would try steam cleaning it myself before taking them up on it, they are out of the way for me to drop my car off. I did, and pulled a whole lot of dirt out of the upholstery. I don’t know what process they use, but I was really surprised at how much I was able to pull out with the cleaner. The steam cleaning greatly reduced the smell of turpentine. I just don’t know what to say. Their work on the interior was not commensurate with the rest of their services, so I figure this is a fair rating.

Found this store on the ARE website. Staff seemed to have no idea of basic questions on ARE toppers. The self proclaimed ARE person proceeded to tell me to go to the website to get more information on the topper? And enter the quote on the website? Store lost an easy sale today! Don’t waste your time going there. Staff seem to be clueless and not driven to make sales.

Just got my minivans clear bra install by them and before it was instal they told me it will cost 649$, and one piece clear bra for front bumper, hood and one piece each fender and lifetime warranty, but-when my wife pickup it cost additional $19+Tax to have car wash front before install, front bumper come in 4 piece instead of one like I was told by there employee, and on paper it show only one year warranty instead lifetime .I spoke with the general manager and he act like it was all my fault for his employees misinformed me about the bumper come in Multiple pieces, pice change and warranty, and he told me he could take it all off and I have to remove the glue by myself. I have more than one car done with clear bra on and they all been one piece for bumper, not by this company’s and I will never come back or referring it to any of families or friends and my clients to them. They need to own up to the clients and do what is right and not crewing there clients . Never been given a review so you have been warn .

Had under coating, spray in bed liner, and windows tinted. The window tint turned out good. The truck had over spray from both under coating and bed liner. Took it back twice to have cleaned up. The second I showed them where it needed cleaned up. Some how between me showing them where to clean and them cleaning it it got a big nick in the paint where they cleaned it. The manager looked at it and walked away. They did a horrible job and would not recommend them. Its the store in Fairfield ohio.
