Oil change was done on my Dodge caravan im usually happy with their service but they put my life in danger today ive never had a problem with the hood of my car unlocking my car isnt old either. After todays oil change I got onto the freeway and it turns out the assistant that closed my hood didnt close it right and the hood of my car was flopping up and down and almost and could have broke my windshield while I was in the fast lane. Very disappointed that they didnt own up to it. But it is what it is. Double check your hood after leaving this place.

This was my first time here. The employee at the beginning told me $40 for outside and a few things inside and $100 for everything inside and out. I paid the $100 because I needed my seat steam cleaned. I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes. When I got in my car the plastic on the inside of my doors and my floormats were still filthy. I was then told that those things are only included if you get your carpets steam cleaned also. Excuse me?!?! What part about EVERYTHING INSIDE AND OUT would let me know that was a separate service....on top of that shouldnt floormats and inside door panels just be a given if youre paying $100 🤬...also, there was smear and spray left at the bottom inside of my front windshield.I do not recommend this place nor will I ever go there again. Ill just drive to Vacaville as usual.

Had the full details service done to my wifes car and was really impressed. Car had a few missed water spots but they addressed them quickly. Car came back looking like it came off showroom floor. Highly recommend their services

I just moved to a new house and I got a letter from this company for a free car wash and oil and lube filter change for free the letter said guarantee it’s free no gimmicks no nothing well with that gift certificate they they wanted to charge me $140 so I will not be bringing my company my personal cars or anything to this company very sad one I think I’ll just go to quick quack for my company trucks and cars Washing he offered me six months free for my company anyway not happy

I just moved to the area recently and I needed to find a new place I could trust with my oil change and a great car wash place! I certainly am happy so many recommended 7 Flags! First off - when you get in line at the oil change station (where you want to start to get a great deal) they come over and greet you very friendly and ask if you would like coffee or a water while you wait!! WOW!! Talk about excellent customer service! Then when you pull in the guys and gals who do the work while you sit in the car are also friendly and courteous!! You drive over the bay - they are under your car doing the oil change while the other tech checks things under your hood and shows you. My air filter was filthy !! Then when they are done - you go get in line for the full service car wash! The car wash itself is a super nice one - and then with the oil change you get the interior all done also. They did an excellent job on the windows and vacuuming on the interior. Last time I tried a different car wash here and they did a horrible job on the windows 😕I have found my new favorite place !! Thank you 7 Flags - you are doing it right!!

If you need a place to wash your this is the place to go. You could have them wash your car depending on like what type of package you want them to detail your vehicle or you can do it yourself and be in control of the cleaning. Reasonably priced and you can get your oil change after or before you get your car washed. Tends to get crowded on both sides. Its tight so be careful entering and exiting.

Was there between 4:30 and 5:00 the Thursday before mothers Day and the cars were double-lined and out into the street. they were packed. And yet,they ran it smoothly and politely and efficiently. I really like that place.

I just paid $20 for a car wash and I still have bird poop on my trunk. I drove from the car wash onto base and asked the gate guards how it looked and they said decent. When I got to David Grant and looked I have a streak down the center of my windshield, spots on my hood, and bird poop still on my trunk.After getting a reply from the owner I went back and had my car rewashed no problem. The fact that the owner replied shows they care for their customers and their business.

Drive up pay, put the car in neutral and enjoy the experience. Little people enjoy the lights and suds going through. I subscribe month to month and keep all my vehicles fresh looking. No excuse for a dirty car. Love it

We took our 2019 Tacoma in for a oil change.7 flags recommended changing the differential oil per the manufactures recommendation at 38,423 miles. Our technician approved the service based on 7 flags recommendation. Toyota recommends changing the differential oil at 60,000 miles.When I reached out to the Manager Christina, She explained that 7 flags service recommendations our based on software which corresponds with the Vehicle manufactures maintenance recommendations. The software she was referring to is not accurate. I validated this with Toyota before writing this review.Christinas commented that our driver approved the work, therefore 7 flags essentially assumes responsibility.7 Flags software most certainly increases revenue for the company however, its dishonest and deceives their customers.

I went there for the first time with a promotion to see how it is. I just PCS over here and I need to find a place to wash my car weekly. With so many good reviews I thought I couldn’t gowrong. I was wrong :(. I left with A car left decently clean, just like any other car washing station could do. I was hoping my rims and tires would be shiny. Was I wrong... Out of the four tires, once they were somewhat shiny, the rest were not at all. And the tires were just touched... To be more exact, half of one tire was shiny, the great was not at all.I still have the one month promotion, so Ill use it... But I am not purchasing the monthly service.

Pretty good manual wash, and a very good drive thru wash. Manual wash says for $5 you can wash as long as you want. This is true... If as long as you want is no longer than 15 minutes. Pretty silly and blatantly misleading.

Car wash was very fast. If you dont want to get out of your car, it is great.. Also they give a military discount.

Most of the time its too crowded. Cars backed out in the street. And this place scratches your paint. Go to the new one opened down the street across from Daves hamburger.

Im in disbelief at the incredible customer service by the manager and team. They were super busy and unable to do a full tar removal so the manager came over and took care of it himself. I headed on over to their express lube for an oil change and was completely taken care of there. This is a well run organization with fantastic quality and service excellence! Showed me the dirty stuff and then the clean stuff going in. Gave me a water while waiting. They will be my new go to for wash and service. Amazing job by everyone 🏆🎉👍....! Garrett was awesome!

I went through the car wash and my windshield still had dead bugs on it.

They are very polite first of all. I never have to leave my car. Its extremely convenient especially if you have kids with you. They check everything and theres never pressure to upsell anything. They are honest and not to mention you get a free car wash. Why go anywhere else?

I paid $18 to drive thru with the wheel cleaning and I get home to see my wheels look like I hadnt even gone thru the wash and the guy at the entrance scrub the windows didnt touch them!Very disappointing!

Dropped off my vehicle for a full detail and when i returned was not told my car had been ran into by another customer..Got home saw the damage I returned and asked to see the camera footage. Employee Manager Thomas (saw it happen on Camera)tried to conceal in and not tell me. So dishonest!! I been going here for over 10 yrs..Dont bring your car here!! I will be seeking legal matters against them because they refuse to repair or give me the guy(friend of theirs) info!! Crooks!!! Advise you to spread the word..Your car is not safe here and they dont except responsibility for damages!!!

This is one of the best car wash in town. The prices are competitive and definitely justified if thinking about choosing the more expensive options. The process starts by going through a machine which is well maintained. Afterwards, you are directed to a station where a couple individuals will vacuum and wipe down the interior and exterior. What I like about this car wash is they actually take their time compared to other places that rush you in and out to get more customers. I highly recommend this place!

Today I drove through the car wash to have exterior only done. I was very impressed with Kyra who scrubbed my front & rear windshields. She put lots of muscle into the scrubbing which I appreciated. Hard worker!!

Not enough time when on the soap/brush and water pressure in rinse mode sucked. Plus, one vending machine took my money without dispensing product!

Came in for an oil change and the service was extremely professional and informative. Russ did an amazing job explaining the service as it went along.

1st time using a car wash/detail center in some time. Although the staff was friendly, I was treated as if I should know how their facility operates. I paid extra for the interior wipe down, the vehicle looked great upon my re-entry. Further scrutiny the center console appeared to have been untouched with any sort of wiping. I will try the facility again, some time in the future to see if this may have been just a mistake.

Make it more special here by visiting 7 flags website (Google it) for that one coupon. Five dollars off manager special which to me is the eighteen dollar lava tunnel of suds... Thirteen bucks will make your vehicle looking wet, I mean juicy wet, just shining all week long...

People dont pay attention and go when its their turn. Lines were crazy long. Otherwise the service was good and it didnt take too long ( 15 minutes )

Depending on what time of the day you go, it can be packed. Soap for pressure washer has been out the last two times i went. Also, for $2 the vacuum should last at least another minute or so.

I had the basic car wash plus a clean and polish on the leather dashboard. They did a great job to have given the car a thorough wash and vacuum inside. The car was sparkling when they finished. Nice people, professional operations and quality work.

I did the full service wash. They did a nice job. Alittle pricy but once a month is good. This is a drive thru car wash. You stay in the car then get out for them to do full vacuum. Drove away with my car dry, shiny n clean. I will return.

I love love love this place. They are honest people and very very helpful. Getting your car wash here is awesome because they are hands on and very detailed. They offer water while you wait and have a place to buy scents for your car, snacks, drinks, and little souvenirs.

Outside car wash is ok, however each & EVERY time i come to this location the interior care is just inexcusable, especially considering i was LITERALLY the only car there, I’m not going to bother to tell management because there is never any improvement good thing it’s free with the oil bc I wouldn’t pay for this disappointing service

I drove all the way from San Diego to Fairfield for work porpuse, I had not idea where to take my car for an oil change, I asked one of my company co worker for a place to take my car and she recommended this particular one.And now I know why she has been an loyal customer with them for years. Best customer service I had experience. The employees are super nice and professional, sadly I am really bad a names if not I would mention them all and thank them again here. Also I guess it was the manager that while I was waiting for my oil change, he offers me a beverage as he was buying for his co-workers from the next door business. That was super cool, as I was dealing with all the power outage situation in Cordelia and They closed the hotel I was staying at making everyone to evacuated, that simple detail from him change my all day from a negative one to a positive one.Thank you!. I would give you a 10 stars if I could.

My car looked like new after my car wash at 7 Flags. It was unbelievable the tires were nice and shiny and the interior smelled great. They also have a waiting area with free coffee and other beverages available so you can read a paper, use the clean restroom or just surf the Internet. They provided two complementary deodorizers for your vehicle and the customer service was outstanding.

One of the cleanest, friendliest place to wash your car. They do get a little backed up from New comers who seem to have alot of questions about the service. When they open up the express down the street will make the whole process even more efficient. Woo hoo

Very pleasant customer service although they need to watch the space between cars when filtering them through the self-serve wash machine I have seen Vehicles bump into one another because they were too close and the other driver was not aware that they needed to put their car in drive and go ...other than that its a terrific addition to Fairfield

Got new brakes and rotors (NISSAN). Lowest price of anyone else I called by far. Got it done as a walk in fast. They went above and beyond and even included parts I needed for free. Highly recommend. The service is excellent and the work is first class.

They are very good with their internal work on the car but the outside wash is not always the best. They have a sign that says you can go through again if not clean but when there is a line of 6+ cars I not going to wait just to get a few bug spots you missed. Just wish they took more time in the beginning to hand wipe your car to bugs would be off and would not have to run through it again.

I went for the oil change and that plus 22 checks that come with it. The person who serviced my car, was chatting with other workers in the nearby office all through my service and working on the bolts at the same time and then she said one of the screws is stripped so she cannot check the air filter. I think she stripped it not giving her full attention and chatting. She also didnt check cabin air filter and just wrote N/A. There are other N/As as well but I dont know if they are really not available.

Very nice facility, many options for taking care of your car. From a simple wash to a inside and out detailing. If you like to wash it yourself, they have self wash,vac dry etc. Need an oil change? They have that too!The drying towels are linty and I often come home and hit the whole car with a micro fibre cloth. If you are not happy with the wash, they will either redo it or touch it up till you are happy.Best spot in town to get a wash!

This is where we get our oil changes on all of our vehicles. The staff is always tentative and friendly, no matter who it is. They always offer my family and I a cold water. They engage with us and do effective and efficient work.They make it a point to ensure the experience is personal and the oil change comes with a free car wash. Great place!
