I just had my truck in there to be worked on. They did great work and did it pretty quickly. However, their prices were way too high for my liking. What they charged me 240 for best buy said 130. Then I needed to go back to get an add on. They quoted me 90 bucks then 50 to install. I got the piece for $45 and it snapped into the back of my radio. Smh

Got 4 speakers, 2 tweeters and a stereo installed. Stereo was installed great but one tweeter cover was left with a side unlatched and door handle rod on front drivers side door was broken after getting speakers installed leaving me unable to open my door from the inside. Speaker on the same door was also cutting out when closing the door due to not being fully connected. Was going to call back but it was the weekend and they were closed so ended up getting it fixed myself. The workers are really nice and I hate to have to give a bad review and hope this doesn’t usually happen but it unfortunately did to me. Looking forward to getting subs installed next and if I bring it back I’m hoping to get a better outcome. No hate

Ed is a guy who cares more about matching you with the best suited equipment for your needs than he is what will make him the most money. He spent as much time finding out what I wanted from the system in my jeep as he did installing it. The results were obviously terrific. clean install, attention to detail, safe, and very linear, smooth sound from the finished product. You would be nuts to go anywhere else. There is a very good reason he has all 5 star reviews.

Ed, who runs Audiowerks, gave me an indepth explanation of the problem, quoted me a very fair price. Work completed in short period of time & very well done. Issue involved the front speaker in the dash. There was no indication hed even been working on that area (great expertise).Id HIGHLY recommend this business for any audio work!!

They installed a 4 channel amp for me.Normally I do my own installs but dont have the time anymore. I expected to have to do some touch-up work but they did the whole job BETTER than I could ever hope to do myself. The power wire on the battery is hidden so well that if it werent for the fuse it would be hard to find. When I got my car back I couldnt tell that anybody else had been inside it let alone dragged 18 wires around. They tuned the amplifier just right also. Absolutely 9.9/10. Im an engineer which makes me hard to impress but they definitely did!PS: Rockford Fosgate or nothing!

This was my first visit and first experience with AudioWerks of Cincinnati. I know what I want but Im not always the best at articulating those thoughts. One sign of a good salesman is listening to the customer. Ed (the owner) did just that. He was completely professional and made me feel at ease from the start. Many businesses will make you feel inferior if you do not know as much as they do. Most of those businesses I have turned around and walked out of! Ed helped me select a system that would work best for my application. There is no one size fits all sound system, at least that I have experienced. Beto (the installer) did great work on my 99 Navigator. His work was clean and he explained every detail. Ed fine tuned my system to the music I listen to the most and equipped me with a basic understanding of the system so I can make the adjustments needed when listening to other genres of music. Going forward, I would trust no one else for my car audio requirements. I work hard for my money and could spend it anywhere. I am sure you reading this are the same way. Very satisfied with the new speakers I purchased. the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. They made sure that I got what I wanted rather than just try to make sure they got done as quickly as possible. One of the staff members noticed I had low air pressure in a tire and put air into it for me- talk about going above and beyond the normal customer service.

This was my first time in to Audio Werks and I felt like I was part of the family. Ed and the guys are truly experts at what they do. I came in late in the day and they stayed late to finish my installing my gear. When they were done they walked me through every thing so that i knew how to use the stuff. Had stereo replaced due to factory six cd changer crapping out. I was passing through town, they took me as a walk in, were creative, friendly, like long lost cousins, they let me watch and kept me informed of the surgical process...might be buying a new car in desperate need of new sound, Im looking forward to driving four states to get the work done and see what creative wonders the gang can install.

These guys put in a okay stereo for me. Its just not very user friendly and the backup camera was a PITA. You will get what you want here but it adds up fast. Overall decent experience.

This review is long overdue, but not too long I had bought an audio system that I wanted installed in my car. 4 speakers, 1 sub, 2 amps. I had just bought a brand new car at the time that I was very hesitant about. I brought it in and told them what I wanted, and Ed and his team made me feel right at home and comfortable with the installation. The install only took a day! My car still looked like it was fresh off the line. After installation, I had brought it back just to get the amps tweaked to my liking and it was free of charge! Great quality work. Great family business. Ed is a hilarious guy to talk to, and wants what is best for the customer. Hes not trying to rip you off. He even suggested options to me that kept the price down. Some say its overpriced but honestly these guys KNOW audio. They do it everyday. Theyre so much more reliable than going to a retail store that doesnt specialize in audio and end up really screwing up your car. If youre looking for an installation, including audio, push to start, GPS, and window tinting, look no further...you have found your place!Word to the wise: Take your car in BEFORE buying an audio system. Its all in house hardware, so no need to worry about buying speaker wire beforehand...plus they cant even use it anyways so save your money. I had also bought smaller speakers than what my car was capable of fitting before getting my car checked out at AudioWerks and Ed ended up getting me hooked up with bigger ones. So take it in before to see exactly what your car is capable of fitting.OVERALL: What are you waiting for? GO!

Ed treated me with courtesy and went the extra mile to engage in conversation. I didnt feel like he was hard-selling me anything. All of the employees I interacted with were polite and friendly. The installer, Arthur, did a fine job and took the time to go over how to use the new stereo and bluetooth. He encountered a problem with the bluetooth installation and promptly worked it out to my satisfaction.

They do decent work, but charge WAY too much. also we dropped of a car at around 11AM. we where told they would start in about 2 hours. the work we got done could take up to 3 hours to do. they never called us and we where getting worried, so at 5:30 PM we called them and they have not even started. we called again at 7:30 PM and they just started and where no where near done. they close at 8:00 PM. they told us to head up anyway. we got there to pick up the car at 8:30 PM at which we waited an hour for them to finish. they made us pay in full. even for the installation fee of the things they installed while we where waiting on them. They made us pay for our own time essentially. I really do like the people themselves. they owner has some really good analogies, but as far as business goes they are unprofessional.Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere.also owner of the store was playing with his handgun showing it to his buddy while we where in his shop after hours, honestly just really bad at how they treat customers.

I felt they really wanted my business and they didn’t treat me like I was bothering them or that my job didn’t matter because it wasn’t as big as others. I wish I could give them more than five stars. If you want it done right call Audio Werks, if you want the cheapest in town go to Craigslist... you might have to smack the radio a few times before it’ll work after the cheap guy is done.

After a horrible experience with a different shop I came to Audiowerks. Ed was extremely knowledgeable, he listened to what I was looking for, took my budget into considerations, and put together a package that had everything I wanted. Being a small business owner myself I very much appreciated the customer service and Eds ability to answer any question I had. The head unit and subs I purchased were being installed in a 2015 Silverado which is my work truck so I needed a Saturday appointment. Ed let me drop it off Friday night and parked my truck inside overnight. He said they would have my truck finished at 6. I showed up at 530 Ed said give me about thirty minutes and it will be finished. At 6 I was back and it was finished. I inspected the work and it was performed extremely well with no shortcuts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Audiowerks, you cannot go wrong here.

Audiowerks did a great job installing my stereo, a USB cable/port in my glove box and the phone mic. I was a little nervous about letting anyone work on my SLK230 Mercedes, but after reading the reviews here, I gave it a shot. The customer service was great, the workmanship was top notch, and I would recommend these guys to anyone with any type vehicle. They got the work done when they said they would, and their installation price was very reasonable.

Kind, and most of all very knowledgeable staff!

AudioWerks and Ed were fantastic at installing my radio and doing several custom additions, such as a new pocket, adding onboard usb and aux switches and a custom place for the garage door opener and the bluetooth microphone. I was amazed at the many pounds of wiring and old equipment that came out of the car. Ed was careful and wouldnt yank anything just on my say so, but traced all wires and cords prior to removal. Three speakers worked prior to Eds installation, now all six work well. I was concerned about how the radio would look, initially, but Ed just happened to have another Porsche in his shop with similar work being done. The work took 2 days, and the price was unbeatable! Ed was very patient with me, and allowed me to stay and watch. Ed also was creative about navigation. Apple said that navigation was not possible to view on the radio screen, but Ed made it happen with an HDMI cord and charging cable. I now have navigation with my phone on the radio screen. No other audio shop came anywhere close to Eds ability to think outside the box and be creative in the installation or price. It is a superb job.

Theses guys are pros. Audio Werks has experienced technicians that know much more than radios. I work at a local bodyshop and Audio Werks does all our electronic work and has been able to trouble shoot problems and resolve the issues quickly and cost effectively. I recommend them to all my customers and have never been disappointed.

Audio Werks of Cincinnati is the only place I trust with my ride. Went to several other places before I pulled the trigger on a new car audio system and all other shops pale in comparison. Big Ed, Ray and Beto were all very helpful and friendly to say the least. I stopped in AWofC several times and watched these guys fix other shops work, build a custom box in a Nissan 350z (used the rear strut in the cars interior that was integrated so well that you couldnt tell where the box started and the car ended), multiple head unit installs, and a remote start install to mention a few. So after I decided to make my purchase, I sat down with Ed and he took the time to help build an efficient sound system that runs cool, sounds great and he was careful not to use too much of my vehicles electrical supply which could otherwise lead to problems down the road. With their over the counter warranty, friendly service, clean atmosphere and all the years of combined experience that these guys have. My only regret is that I dont have a third hand so that I could give these guys THREE THUMBS UP! Thank you AudioWerks of Cincinnati! I will be coming back for a remote start soon. I dropped my vehicle off the morning of the 31st and Big Ed offered to drive me back to work and picked me up when the install was finished.
