I recently purchased a super fun 2.0T, 6sp manual 2010 Volkswagen GTI, one-owner with low mileage. Prior to my purchase, the car sat outside for the better half of a year and had significant oxidation of the exterior. Leaves and years of dirt and debris were in the door jams and the engine compartment hadnt been attended to (most likely) since it was driven off the lot in 2010.Dean took my car and transformed it! He brought the paint back to life with a heavy clay bar treatment, then a one step machine polish, and coated with a 1 year ceramic coating. All of the door jams and interior were meticulously cleaned and I was completely surprised at the level of detail in the engine and compartment.My GTI was a great buy; Dean made my purchase into a beautiful car!

Dean did a great job on our GMC Sierra. Its black and hard to keep clean on the inside and outside but he made it shine and look brand new inside. We have had such a good experience he has cleaned the truck twice now! Dean is a perfectionist and that plays into his quality of work. Would for sure recommend! 5/5 stars!!

Excellent experience and products - the clay bar and ceramic coating treatments have prolonged the life of my car’s paint and helped a ton during rainy season and ash from the fires. Interior techniques helped keep the inside nice and clean. Was blown away to see the difference on the headlights and brightness/visibility as well. Bithell’s also lets you know if a product has changed or doesn’t work - they don’t keep using something just because it’s hyped up if it doesn’t truly work for the car. Highly recommend a detail or ceramic coating here!

Dean worked on my 1962 Chevy Impala after a new paint job. My painter is a painter, not a polisher, so I went to Dean to finish the job.Dean cut and polished the paint and did an amazing job! Got rid of orange peel and swirls and made the paint shiny and clean. This guy is good! We picked up our truck in better condition than when we bought it! We have 2 husky mixes so there was plenty of fur and drool stains that needed to be removed and there was absolutely no trace of either. He gave us photo updates throughout the day and was not stingy about sharing information on products that would help us maintain the cleanliness of our vehicle. Coming from a sales background, I never felt like he was just trying to up sell but was genuinely educating us on something he is clearly passionate about. I was always skeptical about paying for a full detail because Im the type of person to go in with a toothbrush and what not to get all the nooks and crannies so I was ecstatic that he had done all that plus more without even knowing my concerns. 110% recommend taking your vehicle to him. It will be in amazing care and you wont be disappointed!

My car looks amazing. Windows have never looked so clear! And the paint looks better than the day I bought my car. So clean it sparkles inside and out. I’m almost afraid to drive it and get it dirty again. But I know who to call when it does! He also comes to your house so you’re not stuck someplace waiting.

This is by far the best detailer I have ever seen, this is not you average drive up pay 50$ and 20 minutes drive away kind of details, he comes out to you, and will work non stop until he is satisfied with the job. Certain people are born to do certain jobs. My man Dean was born to be a car detailer! I was referred to him by a coworker of mine who has gotten her car detailed several times. Shes raved about how good of a job Dean does so I had to check it out for myself.What first left an impression on me were the type of questions asked up front in regards to the condition of my car. All very thought out questions that gave him the best idea of the condition of my car so he can give me an as accurate quote as possible. Many times with detailing services, Ive experienced that they draw you in with low quotes, but they expect your car to be in a near mint condition. So they tack on several hundred dollars later. Dean makes sure he knows what he is getting into and is upfront with his pricing. Next, something that is huge in todays world, is responsive communication. Dean is one of the fastest texters I have ever corresponded with. If you have a question or request, hes replying within minutes. Easy to talk to and communicate with.Now getting into the quality of the work... Its difficult to put it into words, other than, I feel like I have a brand new car. The level of attention to detail amazed me. Not a single crumb, spec of dust, drop of liquid to be found anywhere in this car. Seat cushions, floor mats, compartments, cracks, crevices, all of it... clean and clear of any and all debris. Door jambs cleaned, floor mats de-greased and washed, all scuff marks, small scratches, etc. were buffed out to seem non-existent. Amazing! Now in regards to the exterior of the car... my coworker kept telling me over and over that once Dean is done with the car, if you run your fingers over your paint it is going to feel like glass! Sure enough you can FEEL the difference once he was done. The paint was so smooth and glossy I couldnt believe it. All road tar build up, brake dust on the rims, completely gone.Overall I am SUPER impressed with the quality of work that Dean was able to provide while at the same time NOT breaking the bank. Before Dean even saw my car he told me that he was going to EXCEED my expectations. He definitely exceeded ALL my expectations. I will definitely be a return customer, and Ill be referring him to my friends for all their detailing needs.
