I began working for this company on Monday. I completed my first week of work yesterday. So far I feel like I fit right in as a member a solid team of knowledgable Plumbing & Heating Specialists. I am looking forward to continuing my career here.

Our gas furnace stopped working in the middle of a snow storm. Todd came out on short notice and did his magic. Very professional, reasonable rates, and most of all - honest. Highly recommend!

No details given no calls back. Called for the owner to talk about unprofessional plumber sent who just wanted to sell a new boiler instead of fix what was wrong with the boiler to begin with. He was angry the guy that cane out Friday didn’t fix the problem Friday. No communication about the bill every time plumber talked to me he told me about another problem with the boiler still wanting to sell a new one !!

Todd Flanagan now owns and runs this company. They are local in Fairfield and do quality work. Ive been using them for 20 years and they always come through in a pinch. Jason and the office staff are very easy to work with. Crews work neatly and are capable. They not afraid to consult with the senior players if they get stumped. I like that they dont spin their wheels.Prices are not cheap but you get what you pay for. When it comes to plumbing and electrical work I dont fool around with the low cost provider.

Came out to do an AC system check as one room was not cooling. Technician was very chummy, telling me dampers were working fine and that really we just need a new air filter. Took about a half hour. Told me hed bring one by in the morning because he didnt have one on the truck and made it seem like he was doing me a favor/went on at length about how he doesnt like to put the screws to people. Next day I was at work when he dropped by with the filter. He took 10 minutes to install the filter, then handed my wife a bill for $379. Invoice said he spent two hours at our house at $150/hr. Called them to complain that this was nonsense. Was told theyd look into, never got a call back. Will never use them again.

We have had three different service calls with Ray Flanagan on our fixer upper, one on a weekend!They have always been on time, super informative, kind to our individual situation and really professional. I know when I call them our Home is in great hands!

Excellent customer service.We had a water pipe burst last week, in less than 5 minutes they had someone at our house to turn off the water. Within the next hour they had come up with a solution to get water on in the rest of the house as they know we have 3 young children.I would highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you for taking such good care of our home and family.

I had a warranty issue with a State Select water heater. Ray Flanagan is listed as a warranty service provider. Initially they came out and said the unit needed new gas valve and thermocouple. Made me call the manufacturer to order parts because they did not want to be involved and they complained to me that they dont get fully paid by the manufacturer for their time. Really? Then get off the list of service providers. Thats not the end users issue. Anyway, they replaced the parts that i got for them and the water heater pilot is still going out like before. i call them and they say they dont want to be involved anymore. Now they are making up a story that it is the fault of the original installer. Really? Why didnt you say that in the first place. Ill tell you why, because they dont care. i called manufacturer and they apologized for my having to deal with this type of attitude and to try someone else on the list. After reading some of the other reviews i see there is a common theme with Ray Flanagan of helping themselves, but not other people if things get too tough to figure out. Dont use Ray Flanagan because you might end up with a bigger problem than you bargained for and then have to get another company to actually solve the problem for you. Hope this helps somebody find a plumber who actually wants to help the customer.

Terrible. Stay AWAY.They gave me a 2 hour window for a quote, and showed up late. I should have known that this was a bad start.I had one of their people tell me that they can do the work prior to a holiday weekend, only to cancel try and reschedule for two weeks out.There are a lot of great companies out there to choose from, this is not one of them.

I have to keep calling since they changed me and they didn’t fix Sump pump they came again but still did not working but they took money and still I have to call different people they are below 00000

Ive used them twice, once for an HWH replacement, and once for furnace repair. They called back right away, scheduled the guys to come out, and fixed the problem. Eric and Joe were very professional. Price was fair for the amount of work done, and the timeliness. I will continue to use them.

I had a very postive experinece with Ray Flanagan Plumbing and Heating. Spoke to the owner and he was very professional. I would highly recomend them to everyone I know.

4 days now with no hot water.Company never came back to finish the job at my apartment complex.Then they yelled at my maintenance guy not to text them.1 star is too much if you ask me.
