Working with Ryan at Pine Creek Associates made our renovation dreams a reality. We had a three season porch renovated into a dining room and made the single large room on the top floor of our cape a full master bedroom complete with new closets and bathroom. Ryan was easy to work with, punctual, and very flexible. We had a very busy summer and he worked around our schedule to make life much easier. He walked us through every step of the process and made us feel very comfortable with the direction we wanted to go in. His creativity and vision made the final product even better than we could have thought. Pine Creek Associates is an honest company who I would recommend to anyone doing a project small or big.

Working with Tom, Ryan and Mark was a very pleasant experience. We completely renovated two bathrooms and their attention to detail was wonderful. Every step of both projects was handled in a very professional manner from the planning stages until the final certificate of occupancy from the building inspector. They were on time, within budget and very thoughtful while dealing with the extra stress of the Covid situation. Everyone of their subcontractors were excellent. We are planning some future projects and we are going to use them again for sure. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!👍🏼

We have used the Pine Creek team twice. Our first project was a major renovation a number of years ago in which we remodeled our kitchen, raised the family room ceiling to a cathedral ceiling, bumped out the front door and added a front porch. I have used Pine Creek Builders (also known as Pine Creek Associates, Inc) for the last 32 years for various housing projects and remodeling jobs in Fairfield and New Haven and I can truly vouch for the quality of the work and the affordability that Tom Wrabel and his team put into every job they take on. In Fairfield, Tom built me a large garden shed for my backyard more than 30 years ago and its still in amazing shape because Tom took the necessary time and effort to build it with a solid foundation with quality materials at a great price. With a house I owned in Woodbridge ten years ago, Tom replaced all of my old windows with new double pane ones and completed the job in record time. He then insulated the house from top to bottom, and both actions (new windows and insulation) reduced my winter heating bills by 50%. I then asked him to build a new deck for me and he took the time to meet with me and go over the entire deck layout, and once again he finished the construction on time and at a reasonable price. The biggest remodeling job that I asked Tom to do was to update my condo near the beach in Fairfield. Tom personally supervised the construction on-site every day, and was responsible for coordinating plumbing and electrical needs necessary for completely re-doing 3 bathrooms from top to bottom. Tom and his team put in new crown molding and trim work, installed a large fan in the Master bedroom, supervised new hardwood floors and a new wooden staircase, put in a new luxury bathtub and beautiful walk-in shower and counter space in the Master bathroom, updated the fireplace with new tiles and features, and overall helped transform our outdated1983 condo to a modern and contemporary cozy home which is the envy of all. In all of my dealings with Pine Creek Builders over the years, Tom has been honest and dependable and his prices for all jobs, big or small, have always been reasonable and fair. Over the years I have recommended Mr Wrabels company to many, many friends, and they also have been very pleased with the quality and commitment Tom puts into every job.
