I called Jeremy Monday just to see if he could come unclog our drains in the basement and outdoors due to flooding. He said no problem and he could probably come Wednesday. Called again Tuesday because we decided to go with his service. He said it wouldn’t be until Thursday now (today), which was totally fine! He gave us an estimated time between 8am-10am today. My boyfriend took off work (a half day) just for him to come out. I call Jeremy at 9:36 today just to see if he was on his way. He asks me what time he told me again and said, “oh yeah I’m backed up from this current job and I’ll be there right after”. Then he asks if he has my address?! Then says he wrote it down somewhere. No problem, I understand it cannot be timed. I don’t hear back so I call again at 11:39am - no answer. So I leave a voicemail saying I am on a time limit and asked when he thought he would be here. I call again at 12:24 - no answer. I then message their Facebook page asking if they can return my calls. I finally decided to call another company and go with them instead. He just called me back at 12:35 and I was so frustrated I told him I’m just going with another company because he gave me an estimated time of 8a-10a and didn’t answer any of my phone calls. I went off of these reviews and how good they were and I wish I didn’t. I would give zero stars if I could. Unprofessional and horrible communication/time management.

My main line was clogged with a root and some buildup from years of use. Jeremy fit me into an already full day and took the time to hydrojet my line. Problem solved! The root is gone, my line is now clean, and no more worries about my drain backing up. Jeremy and Mike were respectful, professional, and charged a fair price for their work. If you need hydrojetting done give them a call!

The brothers at True Plumbing are amazing! I bought my house in April and not a month in, my drain in my utilities closet started backing up. Thinking it was a drain clog they came and cleaned it out for me to find out I had a root problem as well. They gave me a quick cleaning for that too that lasted me about 2 months. When it started backing up again they came with their more powerful equipment and cleaned everything for me. It’s been 4 months and no issues since! They are very nice and they even impressed my parents who were at my house for the second time around. Impressing them is hard to do so great job Tru Plumbing Bros! You accomplished the impossible 😂😉 Also my dogs loved them which was also a plus! 😂 I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs!

Jeremy answered my call right away. He quickly responded to my home, diagnosed the issues with a loose toilet. The job became bigger than expected and he stayed past normal operating hours to make sure it was repaired right. Jeremy and his crew were polite, professional, knowledgeable and did an awesome job with my elderly mother, two dogs and attack cat. Very honest and trustworthy! I called True Plumbing and Drain Cleaning to completely redo my bathroom. They put a brand new tub and shower in. Also new sink and flooring. When I called they came the same day to give free estimate. The next morning they were fixing my bathroom. They were done the same day. They were professional prompt and had reasonable prices. Jeremy did great work. He arrived exactly when he said he would (5pm). He was polite and courteous, very friendly from the start.We had a clogged drain which we were unable to clear using a snake on our own. He had our drain clogged in a short amount of time. He also replaced our broken garbage disposal. He had everything done in an hour. He double checked to make sure everything was working as it should before leaving. He cleaned up and left things in much better shape than how he found them.I strongly recommend Jeremy. He will be my first phone call for any and all plumbing issues moving forward.

They installed a new bathtub and did an excellent job. Their workmanship and scheduling were great. There was a little issue connecting the new plumbing to the old (50+ years old) plumbing, but they were able to get it done very well. I recommend them very highly.

They came the same day I called and did a great job. My bathroom was backed up and if you flush toilet it backed up into tub. A Mess. The main clean out drain outside had to be cleaned out. GREAT JOB GUYS and Thank You so much. They are reasonable also. Not rip offs like everyone else

Our main sewer line was clooged and were not able to flush toilets. They Hydorjet it and cleaned our sewer lines 95%. It only took two hours. We would recommed true plumbing to all our friends and family, Jeremy and Josh were great.

We came home one evening to find a flood under the kitchen sink. Called True Plumbing the next morning. I was told he has two big jobs that day but he could come between 4-5. He called again in the afternoon to let me know he was still coming. Work was done that evening at a reasonable charge. Bonus, his crew shoveled the snow off the drive while he assessed the problem. Will definitely use again.

I called True Plumbing and Drain Cleaning because my sewer was backing up in my basement. They told me they could fit me in the same day, but due to the amount of work they had scheduled, it would be later in the evening. It didnt matter to me, as long as they could help me. Which they did! They showed up just as they said they would. Im sure Jeremy had other things he could have been doing, but he went above and beyond to gain a customer. I really appreciated that they came out the same day. I would recommend them to everyone!

Finally!!! A Plumbing Company that didnt break the bank!I had a total reconstruction of my kitchen and had the entire water system moved to the other side of the kitchen, not to mention I kept having a drainage issue in the basement which they fixed once they found the problem!Something I thought was going to take a couple days was done while I was at work.The people were very courteous, clean and efficient! I now have a plumber that will take care of it all and I would highly recommend to anyone who has issues!The estimate was free and was well worth it TRUST ME!Thanks again guys I appreciate it!

True plumbing arrived within the range that was given. They were able to spot a draining problem that had been missed by previous visits from other companies. The work was done in an expert manner, and left very clean.
