Dont walk in expecting great services snot nose girl gave me attitude because I wanted highlights without an appointment she almost started cutting my hair without consulting me about her not doing them and acted like it was just common sense that she was not going to do it with out one .. NO COMMUNICATION SOOOOO guess what i walked in to a shop in the mall and I got great service and served quickly GOT MY HIGHLIGHTS WITH NO APPOINTMENT my days off are not set and they change midweek sometimes so it is hard to make appointments I like to have a place that can accommodate any one and THIS COMPANY DOES NOT AND THE TALENT IS MINIMAL CONSIDERING THE ATTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEES

Who you get to cut your hair here is very important. Normally, Id give this SC a 4.Today, had a barber who straight ignored what I asked for and just buzzed my beard off to get me out as fast as possible. Really got the I cant be bothered vibe from her.

This location is normally not crowded but a word of caution. I frequented this shop for about 2 years and was pleased with the results when Sterling was there . The other stylists did not have his following and as a result, when I would call to make an appointment I was frequently told he was not in that day. When I drove to the shop he would be working away and may even have clients waiting while the other employees had none. The tension was obvious toward the end and he left their employ. Im not sure if it his decision or the owners.I just never felt the others there could be trusted to be respectful of their own co-workers so I have never been back.It may be true that success breeds envy but seems a shame that the management either was unaware or simply failed to discourage some of their own employees from the practice of decieving customers to boost their own productivity.

You get what you pay for. They dont get very close to the skin if your looking for a fade. I would try a barber. The price is pretty steep for the quality of the haircut. At least for a standard fade. But if you forget to make an appointment with a barber and you need something done quickly, they do take walk ins.

Always get a good haircut there. Even after my husband cut my hair and well lets say it wasnt the best job. They made it look wonderful after they dealt with the damage my husband had done. They can always fit me in whenever I call. Ive been going there for years and highly recommend it.

Cuts are nice, but I got quite some skin ripped off from a wax job. I wouldnt complain as much if I wasnt a mechanic where sweat was always a problem.

They let go of their only good barber. So I stopped going there and deleted their app. Buh bye!

Kristyn is amazing- she did a wonderful cut and actually corrected mistakes my prior stylist made!She is very knowledgeable and cuts impeccably.I will return for a color and highlights.

First time I have come here in years. My sons barber moved so we are in the middle of searching.Reluctantly I MADE AN APPOINTMENT for 330, upon coming in greeted to have a seat. Once finished with customer she took the names of who was here. When it came to my turn to check in I showed my email stating I had a 330 appt. Sat down and these people took 2 WALK INS before my SCHEDULED appt. It was the time for my appt. And still here waiti g. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO SEVICE LIKE THIS. GET RID OF THE Attitude that your entitled just because you cut hair. Customer service is customer service. DONT OFFER APPOINTMENTS IF YOU DONT EVEN FOLLOW THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The workers are the worst sometimes! I walk in and barely anyone is there so people are doing their makeup and stuff. When I sit in the chair the lady gave me a simple buzz cut for $20! Outrageous! I couldve done that myself! Not worth the money I paid whatsoever!

This location is ok. Staff dont smile much and it was almost like the customer was an inconvenience to their day. However, the hair cuts were good for the whole family.

Unbelievable! My hair is completely botched. My hairstylist showed very little confedence when I requested for her to use shears to thin my hair vs clippers! That should have been my first clue, now I’m waiting at a nearby salon to hopefully salvage what is left. Perfect please if your looking to have your hair buzzed!

While the haircut might not have been completed, the stylist was amazing. She took care of my autistic son and was so patient and kind. In fact, all stylists there were. He couldnt stand the sound of even scissors this day, and she was so very understanding and sweet. We just didnt get sideburns done. All in all, great service. :) Thank you!!

The place is not well managed, my appointment was for 3:30, and well after that time I was still waiting and for some reason walk-ins were taken ahead of me. Some of the barbers were polite, but others were slamming stuff and acting annoyed to their clientele. Not professional at all. And not nearly cheap enough to warrant it.

Sign light was burned out and hard to find in the rain. But they did an excellent job on the kids haircut.

Got there 10 minutes before closing with one person in front of me and she still took me. She had a wonderful attitude and gave me by far the best haircut Ive gotten in a while too!

I would give this zero stars if possible. I experienced the worst customer service. We put my husbands name down for a walk in with 1 person in front. We encountered the slowest employees. Not at all friendly, took over 40 mins while chit chatting at the register with a guess about baseball tickets (she wasnt even interested just curious), meanwhile another lady finished with a customer, swept her area for 5 mins then disappeared. The manager was just casually hanging around not seeming too busy while the waiting area grew larger. We didnt get a single acknowledgement or apology for the extreme wait. Another customer grew impatient and left as we tried to stick it out since we waited so long already. Then eventually left without a word from any employee. The slow pace from the other employees drove me nuts. I dont expect them to rush with a customer, however stopping, pausing and talking about nails seems unfair. I will never be returning there again. SC are supposed to have some sore of standards, in which this location clearly does not.

I went for a pedicure on a walk in apt. Was extremely impressed with quality and quantity of service for the price. I had Kim who gave me one of the best pedicures Ive had to include massage and moisturizing. Lots of attention 2 detail, water temp, massage pressure, length of nails, etc. and making sure I liked the color I chose. Ive had a ton of pedis and this one was 1st class. I had a chance to observe other patron reactions and everyone else seemed pleased with their manis n pedis as well. Very clean with throw away plastic liners for foot soak tubs. Im over 60 and have travelled the U.S. for years. This place is a winner.

Ok haircut for the price, I guess. I went in Sunday late afternoon to get a trim because my hair was getting unmanageable and I just needed the ends trimmed and my layers evened out. I walked in and there were only 2 stylists that looked completely unhappy to see me. The stylist that cut my hair was extremely rude to me and thought I was incompetent. She asked if my previous hair style was a bob or A-line because I told her it had been really short, and before I could even answer her she bluntly said do you even know what an A-line is? I shouldve left after that, but I really needed a hair cut....And the kicker - she missed some strands because she went so fast and I ended up fixing it at home. Overall not worth it for a quick cut. I wish I got her name.

I have been here many times and most of the stylists are very good but my last visit was a disaster. I got a lady who went to Rodriquez high school and had hair extensions (so you know who she is) and she graduated in 2009. She gave me a haircut and when I got home I realized hardly any was taken off so I had to cut it myself. I was also charged for a tea tree shampoo when I only got a regular shampoo. I have had the tea tree shampoo there and I also own the shampoo and it feels different and has a distinct smell. Before one of the ladies who did do the shampoo also heated a towel and put it around my face. I did not in any way get a tea tree shampoo nor did she ask me if I wanted it. I will not be coming back to this saloon and if anyone asks I will tell them to go elsewhere. It makes me mad as I left her a good tip too....

Got. There 45 minutes before closing only 2 people in shop and told me th jey were full for the night. Guess they dont need the business. Girl was rather put out I wanted a haircut
