4th Corral Ive been to during the reopening. This is the cleanest and has the friendliest staff yet. I will be back to this one again. All I can say is this gets my you gotta go here if you can go out and eat. If not, remember it when you go again. Really good food. Super clean. Really impressed with the staff.

Slightly disappointing as they dont have all the varieties they once had, however, the food may be better for it! Lol as in quality control. Wanted to leave when it wasnt enforced that masks be worn when approaching the buffet!!...and there was clear signage, but of course some people have no respect for others and want to claim they cant wear a thin surgical mask but can clearly wolf down gobs of food without taking a breath!! Seriously!!??😡

I used to love this place! This is the first time I have visited, since the COVID stuff. They serve you now, and it takes sooooooo long to get your food. The cooks speak more Spanish than English, so good luck there!! The food was very old, and dry. There were several tables occupied, so it wasnt like we were the only people there. Hopefully things get better as they are open longer.

To be honest I was prepared to be disappointed but went there anyways because my mom wanted to go. To my surprise it was the total opposite. Extremely great service throughout and great food. I would highly recommend it 👌

Their buffet was really good.. for 4 adults with drinks it was $46.Lunch starts at 11 and they do a brunch from 9:30-2. Plenty of hot food and options. Dessert is out in the morning too.Good family place to dine at, something for everyone!

My 3 sisters and I along with our husbands meet at this Golden Corral location for a sister breakfast once a month. Its a great morning catching up with one another. The one person who makes our gathering so much fun is Nita! She takes such good care of our group. She refills coffee cups without being asked, clears away dishes, and chit chats with us. Nita really seems to enjoy her work. The restaurant is fully stocked with great selections of hot and cold breakfast foods, fresh fruit, yogurt, and a grill for cooked to order omelettes or eggs. Theres such a huge variety for every appetite! It would take up way too much space to list all the different foods on the buffet stations! The restaurant and restrooms are clean with the employees diligently working with friendly smiles, making sure guests are being served. This is a very large restaurant with many employees to cover all the many stations. Kids and adults alike all seemed to be enjoying their breakfast. We choose to eat here because of the great selection and Nita. You will not leave hungry. You will leave very satisfied and happy, even more so if you are fortunate enough to have Nita take care of you!

Usually great food but was disappointed with the quality and taste at this particular restaurant this time. Selections were not good and staff seemed to be preoccupied with other issues. Will give them another chance when life gets back to normal

I fully realize the restaurant industry has been hard hit by the Covid pandemic and therefore things in these businesses are not what they once were. I visited this location earlier this week and found out exactly how bad business is for this restaurant chain, which was formerly one of my favorites, due to the variety of food they have. As has been mentioned previously, they are now required to serve your food to you---no touching of serving utensils. But, at this location, I had to wait several minutes for someone to serve me a salad as there was no one behind the salad bar. Then, attempting to find a spoon to eat chili with was an exercise in futility. On top of this, it seems that they are being quite stingy with the food they do have ( I had meatloaf, mashed potatoes and black-eyed peas along with the chili). It is my understanding that most----if not all---of the company locations of Golden Corral are now closed and all that remain are some franchised locations. I was told this one had recently re-opened. It should have remained closed.

Its used to be one of my favorite restaurants the servers dont do there jobs when it comes to keeping the tables clean off

Its a little weird now with their Covid-19 setup; however, I didnt not like the service too much. The language barrier may have been a problem but they should really check their attitudes towards non spanish speaking customers(🤨). The food was enjoyable and all Covid-19 protocols that they had set up made me feel comfortable while dinning.

Food and service good, I was unable to communicate with the people trying to serve the food and not enough people in the stations

The food was cold dry and hard as a rock not to mention the cake was hard like it has been sitting out all night and day and when you do finally say something nothing gets done about it. The only thing that was decent there was the chicken and mash potatoes those were the only two things there that was fresh and hot everything was just really bad and my 2 year old wouldnt even eat I wasted $19 there for cold food when I couldve just stayed home and ate something cold I normally dont complain about them but this one really upset me and my family I wasted my money and time coming there. I will not eat back there at that one ever again.!!!!!

First time since Covid, and first time at this location. Food was fresh and very tasty, and the staff were friendly and very focused on the safety of the guests!

We love golden corral! Meatloaf and mashed potatoes are my favorite one of the first plates I make when I go there. Food is always good and fresh.

We ordered the Pot Roast dinner for two - the portion was huge: it was the size of a full roast, with a good portion of carrots, potatoes and onions. We also got a large sized mashed potato, and large macaroni n cheese, a large salad for two (it came with a huge portion of lettuce, tomatoes and the fixins. Also, a small portion of potato salad & coleslaw. About 6 large rolls with that delicious honey butter. All of this for $25 and there was plenty left over, even after we stuffed ourselves. Everything was hot, fresh and seasoned well. Very satisfied with this carry out experience. Dave took great care of us from start to finish.

For starters the waitress or lack there of was horrible. Asked for kids refills, instead of bringing a pitcher she filled 2 glasses up and left them for us to pour. She never cleared the table even after 3 separate trips. Were a party of 7. 5 children you could imagine how pailed the tables got. The food was decent just not hot. We came for Lunch time 2-3:30 never again

At the first moment you enter this restaurant team give you a good feeling. Very courteous stuff, it is a nice place to enjoy with friends and colleagues or with your date. Excellent meals, specialist chef de cuisine, honest price and courteous service. Warmly recommended.

I like this place a lot. there is a different feeling. The meals are superb. the service is efficient and the waiters are polite. The pay is honest. profoundly recommend.

Me and my little family love coming here to eat. I guess the main reason is because we can eat anything and as much as we like. We always fill up our plates thinking we R really gonna eat all of it. Never do we I must add. But this last time we went it was pretty packed and I guess thats why there was like NO CLEAN plates. And the bathrooms were horrible smelled so bad and all. They also had ran out of alot of stuff too.

So Golden Corral does not advertise shell fish being in certain dishes. I have a severe allergy to shellfish and due to the lack of allergy alerts I unknowingly ate from a dish that had shrimp in it. I began to get hives, my chest constricted, tongue swelled and I started to struggle to breathe. I reached out to a manager and he informed me that the shrimp was advertised on tv. I don’t have cable. I was lucky that I was able to obtain allergy medicine very quickly.Multiple restaurants advertise for allergies such as soy, dairy and peanuts but not for shellfish? I’m not even sure if there were any allergy alerts at all. There was a complete lack of oversight and safety prevention by Golden Corral. I’d like to see this problem rectified in the future.

Unimpressed. Torn seats, matted and ripped carpet. Food was hot, but if youve never been you dont know how the steak bar works and good luck finding the shrimp. Staff was disinterested and disengaged. Empty whip cream bin at dessert bar...? How? It holds a gallon. Refill it.

I took a friend the other day up to Forest Fair Mall and we stopped at the Golden Corral for lunch. Had a great meal everything was excellent. Just wish I could have took home a doggy bag

This place has a lot of food to choose from. Always fresh and refilled. Convenient set up. They get packed with people very quickly so go a bit earlier for dinner. Not too expensive for the options they have. I dont care too much for chocolate and their dessert buffet has a lot of non-chocolate things.

Good food most of the time. Usually well stocked. Restaurant clean enough. Bathrooms also. Still over priced.

Golden Coral is pretty good. Hadnt been for a few yrs; they have added some things and taken away a few things. Went after 12:00 pm on a weekday and they have a senior discount. Food is great. That time of day is almost all seniors with a few grandchildren. It is a family restaurant.

Its the good old American fare buffet. It was good for the kids since they could pick out their favorite food as well as desserts. We enjoyed the grill and different cut of meats as well as fresh vegetable selection. This particular location always seems to be crowded on the weekends so expect some waiting and service delays.

I had a horrible experience. They were not equipped to satisfy the guest safely with a clean and environmentally sanitized atmosphere. As a guest I was frustrated with the wait times on food items to be restocked . Overall I was extremely disappointed and personally I will not be returning to this location or any other after this experience. For, this was a tradition for our family to come together every New Year to celebrate as a family.

Went today. It was extra busy. Every other plate I picked up off the food rack had food still on it. Same with the silverware. Hard to find a spoon. Food was alright. Not worth they price they charge. Nice friendly staff. Tho not all spoke English. Wont be going back.

Based on my expectations of a buffet, Golden Corral easily earns 5 stars. Ive always felt they were a step above in terms of variety and quality. I dont see filler items, everything looks good. But this time I felt they really stepped up their game. The chicken wings, and the smoked meats were great. The white fish I had was tender and perfectly cooked, which is hard to believe considering it was sitting out over heat. The vegetables were tender but not overcooked. Everything really hit the spot. Job well done.

Great scrambled eggs. Hash browns..deserts. The chocolate fountain very good, but they only had small rice cakes to dip in the Chocolate fondue..and marshmallows. Wishing that had strawberries, like the one in Middletown..and bourbon chicken. Only one minor complaint. Ordered coffee..they had no cream for it the waitress said.

Wow, we went Sunday and everything was really good. I never used to like it, but the quality tasted so much better! Maybe because it was Sunday I dont know. But everything was really good, and it was clean :)

Good food, short on staff. Those working were multi-tasking.

First, I do the exit surveys there for a company called bare international, and everyone from Kevin, the general manager, Dave, kitchen manager, to Todd, the front house manager, has done nothing but welcome me with open arms....also the servers are amazing, and have become like family to me. What is a huge encouragement to me is you see teamwork, not bickering or fighting. Plus, I love peach cobbler!!! Please keep the good work, and cant wait to do more surveys there! Its been a while since Ive gone to this location. The only bad that I can say is that there werent plates at every plate stand. Otherwise the food was very hot. And our server was awesome. Her name was I believe Veronica.

Good clean place to eat, few customers.

Most things on the buffet were old or cold or both. No steak past eight apparently and getting someone to come cut the ham (cold, of course) took forever. Maybe its better earlier in the day (we didnt get there till eight and they close at nine), but I doubt well be back to find out.

Their website said they were open until 9:00 P.M. I get there at 7:30 P.M thinking I have 90 minutes to eat. I get there and there is a big sign that says winter hours closing at 8:30 P.M. If that isnt bad enough I am told that they dont serve bar-bq ribs on Thursday nights like other locations because they were franchise.Um.......OK? The cooks were mopping the floor when I was waiting to get a steak. The ice cream machine was empty and they would not refill it. Most of the staff barely spoke english.

Food was awesome! Steak was delicious and tender. Service could have been a bit better we had no silverware had to wait for them to wash some and the waitress only came by 2 times right when we first got there and right before we were leaving.

Not very good today. Salad bar was half empty. Hamburgers were way over over cooked. The guy on grill was slow and rude. Aster, our server, was the only bright spot. Always smiling and so friendly ?

The food was great server was very poor...couldnt even get drink refills without flagging down a different server. They were very busy. Took a bit of time to find a seat s the tables that were not occupied were dirty. There was a big party and there were people standing up eating their food. Maybe next time i should try not going on a Sunday afternoon.

A favorite of the kids for the desert bar. Favorite for the Mr. for the selection of meats. I love the salad bar & the salmon. Reasonably priced. Above average for buffet.

I take my grandkids here usually once a week. They love this place, he loves the mac and cheese and she loves the chili. Besides the dessert bar that is ALL they eat there!! My dad is living with me and in hospice care and I usually pick up dinner for him and I once a week (he loves the fried catfish. I think the price for eating inside is fair but the carry out is way over priced. I believe the per lb.. price should be cut in half of what it is right now. Two meals for us is over $40.00 to carry it out. I cant take him there so I have to carry out for.him. $40. 2 meals carried out vs. $20 something for 2 people to eat.there. other than.that I have no complaints.

Most of the food we had was either room temperature or cold. Out of every item I had only 1 was warm. Way overpriced for old food. Also the men that were cutting the meat were not very attentive. I waited several minutes just standing there waiting for the turkey to be carved (they were out of steak at the time) finally I asked the guy that was talking to another worker if they were available and they went ahead and gave me a piece while making themselves a plate also. I guess maybe they were going on a break. Not impressed wont be going back. The waitress however was good she refilled our drinks and cleared our plates well.

It was not what I expected. They way they had it set up was BS. You had to wait in a line for we whatever you wanted and wait for the employee to server it to you. It took forever by the time you get your food to sit down and eat. I hated it.

Food was good but some of the food was not labeled properly and my son ended up eating carrot cake that was labeled karats carrot cake that was actually pineapple carrot cake and hes allergic to pineapple. So if you children have any food allergies I would recommend double-checking before they ate. Other than that everything was great.

The food was delicious and the service was good but there were a lot of tables that were in need of attention very dishes stacked on top of each other and just setting there not very appetizing to look at and the chocolate fountain was not running at all and the guy in back couldnt speak English to answer my question about what was on the chicken what kind of glaze it had on it.

The Family use to like to go to a nice buffet. It was Golden Corral. For a year we go less an less. The food is ok. The staff are nice but it would be nice if they could take their private conversations away from the public. A couple months ago I complained to the manager about the restrooms. Oh my goodness horrible. We went last night restrooms horrible, I didnt want to put the baby on the changing table it was horrible but what are you to do when its a dirty one. Took him home cleaned him better all I wanted to do was get out of there. Not a comfortable place to eat at any more.

Yesterday was my first visit in a long while. The food was delicious. They had some new items on the menu such as cheddar potatoes and cheddar biscuits. However, the roast taste different from what I remember.

Better than it had been in the pastThey need to train whoever is suppose to be cutting the meat. She did an awful job. The mushroom steak was tough and over cooked, however the mushroom sauce was wonderful. The prime rib was good, she could have cut it better. Wait staff was top of it. We had fresh drinks every time we went to the buffet.

My family and I love eating here. The food is always delicious and the service is always top notch! Im a big fan of their Bourbon street chicken! If you like chicken you should definitely try it. And my wife just loves their sesame seed chicken I think its called.

Cleaning constantly, tables,floors etc.!Foods are kept fresh; salad fixings, hot foods were kept hot or warm which ever is desired!All food counters were kept neat,clean, and well organized!! Employees were dressed in neat and clean uniforms and hair short or netted l! Friendly and helpful! Overall we were very impressed with the everything!We hadnt been there in years because all of the above was just the opposite!Thank you for your service!

Way too much money nowadays food is really not all that good to be honest

The food was wonderful, the staff was amazing, and the cook even delivered an item they were out of to the table for my god daughter. An amazing experience. The waitresses were so polite and the place was very well kept clean. A pleasant visit all in all.

Food is always luke warm or cold. This is 1st thing in the morning on Sundays. My husband and I have given them several chances over the last few months and they still cant get it together. Most times, we have to wait for someone to fix the juice machine or to just get it started for the morning. The manager doesnt really seem to care. Theres a huge language barrier with the folks working on the food line. 2 weeks ago, my hubby and I finally pushed our plates aside and I told the manager we are done coming here. Never again and that I wanted my money back. I got it and we left. This place doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Paid found seat, wiat 15 min. Just to get plate. Salad bar half empty . Potato salad had been sitting so long it was crusted over. Soup no bowls taco area beans crusted over . Half vegetable empty, fish empty, shrimp empty, dessert bar discussing no ice cream only pumpkin pie carrot cake 1 of two kinds cookies just nasty horrible its no wonder my stomach in knots now.

Prices were a bit high 16.00 plus 2.50 drinks and service wasnt all that good because the place was short staffed, especially when the people cooking are serving the food at the buffet

Went at 10am on Sunday. Food was hot, but much of it was overcooked. Burnt hash browns, smoked sausage, rubber eggs,dry biscuts......The omelette guy was great and nailed my order spot on. Sausage burrito with cheese was worth the time. Fruit was fresh and dessert bar was fine.Brunch/lunch rolled out at 11am. That was much better an well worth the wait. Pulled pork and Cajun chicken were very good. Fried shrimp and dirty rice were a win. Steak was medium and up, no MR or rare.

I was one of the first ones to ask for steak but it was going to be a minute because it was still cooking. I was on the phone because my grandparents could not find my dog that they were dog sitting. The gentleman serving the steak served everyone, even the people that got there way after me, first because I was on the phone. He said I should not eat and talk. I was not eating, I was trying to get food! He said if he saw me do it again, I was going to have to wash dishes. What? I will not be back.

I like Golden Corral because the food has a Country taste like it came from the South which is where I was born. It is delicious and their Cook is very good!

It is Friday night. Do not go there on this night! It was 90 degrees inside and 98 degrees outside. It was hot! Very crowded. It took 10 mins to get though the check in line because soda machine is not working properly. It was very unclean there. Pretty sure I sat in something. Bathrooms were not clean. Husband asked for a medium well steak and got medium rare. The good part was our waitress and the rest of the food was still good and looked good.

I love Golden Corral, especially this Golden Corral in particular. They always seem to have the best dishes available and you never run out of food. The honey butter is to die for. I would put that on everything if I could. My wife makes me take her there and I think honestly its just before the honey butter. Even the kids like it. The waitresses and servers are all kind and help you out in any way that they can.

Really enjoy going here. I go for an early lunch around 2 and its not very crowded however at dinner around 4 it really gets crowded. The one thing that I like is that theres something there for everyone. So far all the servers were very very helpful and nice. I will be going back hopefully soon.

Found this location to have not as much selection and it was dirty. The washrooms were disgusting.

Food didnt taste right. Needed flavor or something. Service was poor at best. Dessert were off or missing something. Will not return .

I had a better experience than at any other location. There was plenty of fresh food out and it all tasted great! Also our waitress Rhonda was a doll. Didnt want for any drinks and our table stayed clear of dirty plates.

The this is my second time down there and it was the office most grotesque food Ive ever had dessert was fine because it comes in froze you major in kept pool somewhere else and brought in here and I just noticed a lot more of the Box stuff nothing homemade so thats my opinion they could do so much better but I will not be going back there very very disappointed

We go (5-6 walking club members) after our Sunday morning walks. Food is always good and fresh. Place is clean and table buss service prompt/courteous.

One of the worst visits ever. First, my husband got a rare steak. I said no I will hold out for med-rare. Five min later I said I would take whatever. The cook refused. Twice I requested whatever he had. Twice he refused. I wasnt alone. There were no less than 5 other people waiting, declaring they would take w/e. The waitress didnt offer a drink refill at all. My husband had coffee which was not fresh. The whole time we were there she never did brew a fresh pot. I went to get desert most of what was offered was dried out. Clearly the bar needed fresh food set out. No clean silverware. There were no spoons to be found. I took silverware from carry out. Plastic utensils seemed better than nothing. Needless to say we will not be returning to that location.

The people here are wonderful the food is great I never seem to have a problem with this goldencorral I recommend it highly

One heck of meal available. Must of it is incredibly with out taste. A little salt and pepper maybe some steak sauce. I love the salad bar. I can go there and not have to eat for 2 days. That is me. I would not suggest any one does that.

Golden Corral in general brings nice memories to me.Not only for the yummy buffet they serve, but for the great time I have had any time I go with family and/or friends to eat.I have always had very nice customer service from all staff.

Food was great today; chicken was hot and very juicy, everything tasted great. We come here as often as possible, maybe once a month or so, and usually have zero complaints. This visit was very good.

I have 2 favorite servers Neda and joyce, we will only sit in their sections. They have the best customer service skills. The manager in training Lenny was awesome! He went out of his way to make sure my elderly mother was happy with her meal! Its people like these that make customers want to come back over and over.

Dont go around 4 pm. They wont hesitate to charge you $18 for a buffet with scraps from lunch only available.

Absolutely delicious food with a tantalizing variety on array at the buffet. Steak cooked to order and it was mouth wateringly tender. I definitely recommend joining the birthday club because youll get a free buffet as a birthday present.

Always good the price is going up but as senior citizen we get a discount which helps greatly. Food is always fresh out. Never dry. Something for everyone every age

We went for Thanksgiving dinner and it was delicious. The only disappointing thing was no pumpkin pie. They had already run out. Poor planning in my opinion. We were there before 1 p.m. so it was relatively early and already gone. Pumpkin pie is a staple for Thanksgiving. Maybe next time cook a few more pies so you dont run out so early in the day.

The place used to be amazing, the food was great and the waiters were good too but theyve gone down hill. The food isnt nearly as good as it used to be but the waiters are still good. Its just the quality of the food isnt good anymore it seems more fake where as before it seemed genuine. Not just another fast food place. My guess is it just got popular and the people started rushing on the food or they just started hiring people that dont care. All in all the waiters are great and the way they treat the people is amazing but the food is bad not nearly as good as it used to be. I hope I was helpful in some way with this rating.

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30 or 2 and the line was practically out the door. However, they got us through pretty fast we were seated within 10 minutes. Great selection of food. Everything was hot and there was really nothing missing from the buffet. Everything seem to be stopped quite well. Service was good plates were cleared as soon as they were empty drinks were refilled at our request. The place was clean and we really had no problems. We will be back again.

Not clean bathrooms very dirty...food cantalope had no flavor and rock hard food wasnt very warm.. refills for drinks was not good and getting old plates from table was not good...for the price I would expect better..

I feel like this place is a nice place to eat and enjoy your time. Let me cut to the chase, I think that any restaurant should have wifi but for some reason, a strange reason, they dont. The first time I ever came here I asked a worker if they had wifi. The worker said they werent sure, so that worker asked another worker and that worker said they did not have wifi because they didnt know. So no one take this review personally, this is just my job because Im a critic. So they need wifi for people who do not have cellular data. Thank you for everyones time with reading this.

Had no plates clean had to Wait just to get a clean plate. The waitress didnt care to notice my drink needed a refill. I got her attention she nodded her head. Yet 15 mins later she still didnt being my drink. So I just got up and left.
