It took almost two weeks to get someone out to look at my washer that broke and flooded my laundry room. Through Sears home warranty they Initally contacted a company that was not available for three weeks then another company they set me up with no called no showed to the appointment made. Finally I had to cancel the request and make a new one and Sears sent A&E out a week later. unfortunately it was difficult to tell where and why the washer was leaking when the service guy arrive because the floor and washer were no longer wet due to the delay in getting service out here. I was very disappointed with Sears for such a long delay in getting service out here through our home warranty plan.
This service guy was great. He explained to me what was going on with my refrigerator and why it had stopped working. He then explained how he would repair it and he had the parts to do it. Very happy with my fridge guy!
Tech explained what was done, very courteous and knowledgeable left work area clean
Very nice technicianReplacement of both refrigerator handle
Advance payment taken. No repair was made. Repairman gave estimate on repair and ordered part. The part was not received and appeared lost in transit. No further service was provided. I learned the part they ordered would not have repaired the unit. I ordered the proper part and repaired it myself. I attempted to contact a member of management to no avail. They basically have no customer service department that can handle this type of problem. I disputed the advance payment charged to my credit card. The refused to credit me back despite tons of backup documentation. Im out $354 because I foolishly trusted this company.
Could not get past the warantee part..kept giving me a 800 phone number
Two different techs, two different days, more than 10 hours waiting for service because of the 5 hour arrival window. I don’t think either one of them knows what’s wrong with my oven and they didn’t check any sensors. Just adjusted the cook temp. One put it -12 and the other zeroed it out then put it at +10. Oven still seems off to me. I would not recommend their service.
It was very difficult to schedule a appointment but once that was arranged everything was excellent. Very pleased with everything. The technician was the best I have ever encountered
I have had my appliances covered through the Sears appliance repair coverage for 8 or 9 years now. Appliances are not made to last these days. For example if your heating element goes out in your dryer all you have to do is call get an appointment they come out and replace the part no charge for parts or labor. They will also come and do a maintenance check like vacume all the lint from your dryer protecting you from a possible fire. I feel the service is well worth the cost it pays for itself with one service call.
They made an appointment to come out out two days after I submitted the request online. They gave a 1300-1700 arrival window and arrived close to the end but stayed to complete the job. They had parts on hand in the truck to repair my combo washer/dryers failed drain pump. Very professional.
I had trouble with the refresher valve on my dryer. One service man came and thought that he had fixed it, but then it leaked right away. The second service guy came and fixed it...it works fine. Im pleased with the promptness of the fix.
Technician came to my new home to inspect my front load washer/dryer combo, 15 years old, checked both machines out, also checked the water filter on my Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. All was done for $129, on my credit card. The technician was friendly, pleasant, on time, and gave lots of helpful advice about my Kenmore Appliances. Excellent service. Will call them, again!
Waited a week and two days to get refrigerator repaired Phone appt reps were rude and not helpful. They changed my apt twice. Once was the excuse that the tech,s vehicle broke down.that was interesting because I got the e mail at 438 am. Don’t think the techs are working that early or they got a long commute. The second time they rescheduled they said the person I talked to messed up and they didn’t have an available tech that day . When I asked to talk to a supervisor he refused to let me talk to one and said they do not report to anyone when I asked him who does he report to. That was interesting. The tech that came out new his stuff and fixed it. He was truthful that they had problems after they repaired them That is the only reason for the three stars.
Great service
With some delay the part was delivered, and my oven was able to be repaired.
Repair man was thorough, courteous, and did both repairs at one visit. He trouble-shot the issue to find the most reasonably priced solution. Clean and quick. However, the total cost to replace the light socket and adjust the door hinges was $300. Ouch - but still not as bad as having to buy a new refrigerator!
The Technician was very efficient and helpful. Checked my dishwasher and washing machine and showed me where I had some soap buildup in my washing machine, which caused some soap spots. On my clothes. He gave me some good tips on how to keep my machines clean with running 2 cups of vinegar through there. Very helpful. Other then that had a machine that testier the performance and they checked out fine. Good preventive maintenance.
Remarkable service experience!! Love the appointment process and continual updates re: the window when the service person would arrive. Once he did (several minutes early!), Stephen had a lot of experience and expertise, was very professional, efficient, and creative in fixing a problem he had rarely seen. He gets an A+ for sure!! The whole process was painless from start to finish, cost was transparent and reasonable, and my washing machine is once again working great. Thank you!!
I had a complete Carrier heating and cooling system installed in June 2013. June 2015 my thermostat cooling button broke. I researched the thermostat and found it to cost well over $450.00, way more than I could afford being on Social Security. I attempted to buy a less expensive thermostat to no avail. I called Sears and they scheduled me with Eric. He was very profession, informative, personable and helpful. He made a few phone calls and long story short he had my old thermostat swapped for a new one. It would have cost me $600.00. THAT is what I call good customer service. When the customer is happy. Thank you again Eric for going the extra mile and ensuring that my cooling system was functional.
AV was great and waiting for the grills for the stove He adjusted the stove parts and explained it all to my husband--673095 AV Did part by himself. He is the best!!!
Did not fix my refrigerator the first service it’s still not cooling very unsatisfied with Sears to begin with if this is the best that they can do then they are done for bought a French door fridge less than five years it stop calling I don’t want to spend a lot of money on parts to try to get it fixed so I hope they will fix it the second time around their service is very very horrible
The service people are great, but sears does not honor the promise, If after 5 times of trying to fix your appliance we will give you $500 toward a new one! one woman told me on the phone that they would give me a completely new comparable dryer. They have been out way more than 5 times and continued to come out and have not been able to fix the problem and will not honor the $500 promise in the care contract.
Leroy was wonderful. polite, knew what he was doing and stayed until the job was done.
Service was excellent. Technician was on time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable. He quickly determined what the problem with the washing machine was and fixed it. He performed some additional routine maintenance that will likely prevent a further service call. Highly recommended (and economical).
The technician was very knowledgeable and repaired our washer in a short amount of time. He was very friendly and helpful too!
Technician did not inform us that he had ordered parts, ice maker, for our refrigerator. Technician adjusted the water level on the ice maker and said to call back if it still doesnt produce any ice. It was still not making ice after the 2nd day. I called repair service to let them know what was happening. I was told that technician had ordered parts and to wait for it in the mail. Technician did not mention anything about ordering parts. Still have not receive parts.
The technician was pleasant and friendly. He only needed to adjust the belt, but after few days the dryer is not spinning again ?So i would have the technician to do trouble shoot or come by to check it out whats goingto iT,We do appreciated his Service Everytime he comes and thankful.
I was charged 346.00 for having a thermostat put in, and would have been charged 191.00 more if I would have agreed to having the dryer vent cleaned.
Awful customer service. After patiently waiting 12 days without a washing machine, the technician did come and quickly figured out why the washer was not draining and cleaned out the pump. However, upon doing laundry right after, the machine was leaking all over the floor. I immediately called, was told he would come back that day. After waiting at home all day, I again phoned and was told no, he was too busy and would instead be able to come the next day. After waiting again all day, I phoned again and was told he would not be able to come until the next available date, 12 MORE DAYS!! That will be 4 weeks without a washing machine. I will definitely NOT be renewing the service contract I have paid for all these years. The phone customer service is far, far below expectation. I was forced to give it one star in order to post this but in reality, I would give it zero stars.
Wanted a new range counter top; sears sent one person to look at my current range and then left without performing any labor or replacement part. Had to wait over another 30 days for the replacement part and a repair person to install the new replacement part and then attempted to double charge me again with another labor charge. A much better circumstance would have been for sears to ship the part to me and coordinate it with the arrival of the sears person to install it in less than 30 days and with only one labor charge. No wonder Sears is going out of business!
We called to schedule, and were placed two weeks out. We waited for our repair person on the established date, and once they were 3 hours late, we finally got a call at 8:30 at NIGHT finally telling us they were not going to be able to make it. Did they come the next day? NOPE. We had to wait another 2 weeks. They did show up, but did not have the parts, which they ordered to direct ship to our house. 9 days later, they came back, and installed the parts. They left this horrible grease all over the washer, thick and black and nearly impossible to remove, and also left the old parts and the shipping boxes laying on our floor to discard. So, 5+ weeks, the washer was finally fixed, and a nasty mess left behind. I had to buy Goof Off to remove the grease residue.I am giving 2 stars because the repair person was nice enough, and our washer now works. I would never choose Sears Repair of my own volition; we have a warranty, and are stuck with them. To that end, I will never buy another appliance from Sears, because I could only get their extended warranty, and I refuse to use them if I have a choice.
It was not the dryer but the washer. The repairman was very good and efficient. It needed a new transmission and he had the part so was able to fix it in about an hour. It works great now.
Awesome service from Sears technician! I will never hesitate to call again. Great service...honest work...I even bought extended warranty...now have peace of mind on my appliances!
Josh (Technician ID #0005322) was extremely professional. He was on time, courteous, repaired my washer diligently, and was respectful to my home and family. His service certainly stood out, and has helped earned my trust for Sears Appliance Repair.
Scott was outstanding. He knows his stuff. Friendly guy. Very thorough with his work. Takes pride in what he does. The first time he came out. Trouble shot it. Ordered parts. They were delivered in about 10 days. Scott returned. Knocked it out. Everything works great. Recommend Scott for a huge bonus.Ron G.Benicia CA
The service man Johnny was the best. Knowledgeable and helpful. The previous serviceman ordered a part that came not working. This is after waiting five weeks to get ma nine fixed! I will not buy a kenmore again and tell others the same.Sears was awful in getting appointments correct. And in a timely manner.
When the Technician checked the cooling problem inside of the refrigerator, on his initial visit, he stated that it was cooling properly. He proceeded to remove and change the filter, and immediately after finishing, he closed the refrigerator door, and the refrigerator began making a very loud noise, which I had not experienced in the past. The loud noise, as though it may have been a motor problem, caused me to notify the Service dept. The Technician returned the next day. I demonstrated the loud noise and the area in which the noise was coming from. He removed a white foam part that was rubbing against the motor, and afterwards, the high noise was eliminated. After asking, what he did, he explained, that the white foam piece was rubbing against the motor, which he adjusted, which resolved the loud noise. Since then I have not experienced any other problems. Appreciate your sending the same technician back to correct to resolve the problem. He appeared interested in doing a quality job. Thanks for your service and the Technicians understanding in resolving the issue. (Lavada)
The problem still exists. This was the third time they have not fixed the problem. I want a new washer.
This call was simply the general checkup Im contracted to receive each year. I have had no problems or breakdowns with my Frigidaire washer. The serviceman was working very late but looked over my machine thoroughly and complimented me on taking good care of it.
They did an inspection found a couple of things that needed repair and completely the job. they were very well informed and were very polite.
Terrible, I have asked twice for someone to contact me and now one has responded. The service was terrible and I demand a response!
It was easy to make the appointment. The maintenance man arrived during the time window, which was updated as he got closer. He was knowledgeable and polite.
They repair people are great, the call center and scheduling people are complete screw ups. They scheduled HVAC repair, then cancelled it, then rescheduled it, then the technician said they dont service that brand (sold on Sears website but provided by another vendor). I called and said whats up, person who said she did the routing and shed send someone that day. Never showed up. The next day, they said I cancelled the appointment. They cant transfer me to anyone in the US. I waited 4 days for appointment, waited all day for a tech and got NOTHING.
Our dryer which developed a habit of strangling straps to the point of tearing them required a replacement part. The technician provided lots of information and options. He ordered parts and came to fix it. But I wished he had allowed me to vacuum the inside (or done it himself) as it was full of lint plus tons of buttons (so this is where they go!!). I wish I had been given the time as the chances of opening the machine apart is no likely to happen. But seems like no one expects you to fix things--just buy a new one.
Repairman was on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable about my dryer. The repair was done in a short time and I am very satisfied with the results.
Jason was very efficient and awesome as my technician servicing my washing machine appliance! Thanks for accommodating me and making my appliance run smoothly again like brand new!
Be careful they keep bugging you for a home warranty and want you to pay for the expensive home warranty or be prepared for the expensive repair. Going somewhere else would be cheaper and easier
The repair man was efficient and pleasant. He fixed my dryer in a short time. Since my dryer is on warranty, there was no fee. The extra warrantee has been worth it as this is the second repair that has had to be made on the LG dryer.
The Rep was excellent in handling all 3 of my items. He had a great demeanor sharing information to keep me on track of caring for my items.
Leroy diagnosed the problem correctly and told me to call and electrician to resolve the problem, which I did. There was nothing wrong with the stove.
After initial misdiagnosis and long wait for un-needed part, they really made up for it by sending a second tech who identified the problem, got the right part and fixed it with no charge. They were all courteous all the way. They saved me from buying a new washer for only $150. Thank you
After having to wait 28 days to get an appointment, 5 times at the laundromat, 4 times with 4 different techs, we finally get our washer back to working. Thank you! Everyone who came here were professional & courteous. I do have to say that Sears needs to get MORE Techs though.
The third technician was the one we were looking for! He was the only guy who really did anything. The other two just scratched their head and ordered stuff (some of which turned out to be wrong).Everything works beautifully now, but BEWARE. This process takes FOREVER. Honestly I would plan on two months - I am not kidding - to get anything but the most simple problem fixed if you use Sears Home Services.
Matt, Scott and Kevin were all fantastic...on time, got it done right and are great guys too. Thanks so much.
The repairman called before arriving, quickly assessed the situation, ordered the part and returned 2 days later to install it. He was did a great job and was a very fast worker.
This was our 5th call on the same problem. The first diagnostic call went according to schedule and was 2 hours to find the problem. The second service, when parts arrived was cancelled by Sears hours before the technicians service window was to close. The third, the tech said it was an electrical problem. When it was verified that no electrical problem existed, the fourth call was scheduled and motor and stater replaced. Washer passed short wash test. The same error popped up when clothes were added to washer. This FIFTH call on the same problem the tech never bothered to show up. We got a text half an our before our time window closed and I was the one calling Sears to find out when our service was going to happen. Why text tech on the way if he was supposedly in Napa 2 hours later. Yes-- it took 2 hours: 4 phone calls, 2 computer chats, and one SUPERVISOR to figure out the tech was NEVER on his way. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The next available appointment? Four days later. Worst experience ever.
Technician was professional and helpful. This call was for first year of 5 year warranty. He checked the door gaskets. He explained and adjusted temperature settings. He was on time and courteous.
The repair techs are great — competent, friendly, neat and efficient — but the management and scheduling is horrendous. We were without our dishwasher for a whole month, but even worse was the time Sears left us without a working refrigerator for a whole month when we had houseguests and a 6-month-old. I would not recommend this to anybody.
Your service has been the worst experience ever! I can not express how upset I am. I have just written an email to your company explaining how outrageous your response has been! The washer was repaired last week and broke again this time with wet close inside the locked door of the washer and the repair is scheduled for one month from now. the representatives of your company were aggressively rude to me on thee phone and absolutely hopelessly clueless about customer service.
The repair man arrived during the specified window time. He explained what needed to be repaired when I told him what was the problem with the washer. He also gave me preventive maintenance for my washer and dryer. He also told me that my washer drain hose was too far into the drainage pipe and needed to be pulled back so the dirty drainage water does not get sucked back in during drainage from the washer. He was very knowledgeable about the washer and dryers their make and model. I thought his preventive maintenance tips were so helpful. I will continue to use Kenmore products and down the road. I just need to wait till my stove, oven, and microwave take a dive so I can purchase Kenmore.
As of today, the 30th of May- there is no sign of cooling inside our refrigerator. Imagine the inconvenience this problem is giving us. is it fair to just replace it with a new one since obviously you sold us a LEMON fridge?
Im very happy with the service done on my washer, the technician is an expert working on washer he did and excellent clean job!
I can not believe I received this email to rate their service on a job they have yet to complete. I’ve had three appointments so far and some how two of those appointments have been cancel for no reason. I’ve called Sears and they can’t given me a reason why all they say is we can give you another appointment. I have been without a washer for 3 weeks because of their lack of accountability. This is the worst service ever.
Having the warranty is great. Getting a repair appointment is the reason why I’m giving it 3 stars. There’s always weeks of waiting for them to come. I had to wait almost a month for the appt. The most recent appt I had the guy comes he’s great. But something breaks during the repair so he has to order a part. And now we can’t use the dryer at all.
Our latest Sears service call was much more positive than a previous experience and seems to indicate Sears is serious about improving service. Non functioning range top and range computer were efficiently replaced by knowledgeable repairman after ordering correct parts.
Refrigerator stopped working, was given the date for repair, repair tech punctual and was at my place on time. Replaced bad compressor 4/16/15. Was happy and thumbs up to Robert M. ( Sears Repairman/Tech ) Refrig. working like new.
Still waiting for repair on a dryer which was initially called in at the end of December 2016. Technicians have failed to arrive and didnt bother to call to cancel or reschedule. When technicians did arrived, they supposedly ordered parts which never came. The latest technician left stating the machine was fixed which it was not. At the cost of the laundry mat, and the cost of the parts (which thank goodness are under warranty), I could have purchased a brand new dryer AND washer. As I write this I am still awaiting repair.VERY UNSATISFIED.
The service technician Russell did a great job finding the water leak and replacing the part. If needed I hope to have the same tech in the future.Art
The Technician was on time, very professional and did a very thorough maintenance on my LG refrigerator. Very satisfied!
Second time answering this survey. Excellent service
I am very satisfied with the service I recently received from Sears. Scott, the technician, explained everything to me. He was polite, efficient & I am very satisfied.
You replaced a control knob on our cooktop. The technician was fantastic. He was polite, thourogh, knew what he was doing and did the job in a timely manner. I would recommend him any time. the cost of the part was ridiculous, however that was not Sears doings. Thanks for a job well done.
My Kenmore french door bottom freezer/refrigerator is horrible! Im not saying all of them are horrible, mine just might be a defected one. However, I have no idea what the heck to do (other than writing letters and/or calling Kenmore) to replace it. The water line from filter to freezer and ice maker continues to freeze up and will not produce ice or water. Ive noticed that if we use the ice maker everyday, it doesnt happen. But its not used everyday, so the problem continues to happen. Ive called Sears numerous times. The first technician, who had no knowledge of my refrigerator and spent most of his time on the phone, did nothing other than have me miss a day of work to tell me that its caused by placing hot foods in the refrigerator (what idiot places HOT food in frig?!?) and he needed to order a new ice maker; which I requested when I scheduled the service appointment. The next 4-5 service appointments consisted of either installing a new ice maker or melting the frozen build-up to allow the ice maker to function. During this time, the ice maker would work for short periods. I would sometimes delay scheduling a service appt if I knew I wasnt going to use the ice maker. But this last service call was thee worse. After taking a day from work, the technician calls me at approximately 4:45pm to inform me that he needed to reschedule due to heavy traffic. I totally understood and was OK with that. The technician then rescheduled me for the following morning, only for that appointment to be cancelled and I received an automated message instructing me to call a number to reschedule the appointment. I did just that. This time, they actually had a Saturday appointment available from 3-6, GREAT!!! On the day of the appointment, the technician called at 9:02am to inform me that hed be arriving around 4. At 4:04pm, the technician calls to inform me that he was running an hour behind and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. NO!!! I was frustrated and told him that was unacceptable. He then proceeded to tell me that he had spoken to my husband earlier in the day and according to the technician, my husband told him it would be OK to reschedule the appointment. Mind you...there is no way he was told that because there is no man to answer my phone. I informed him that he must have me confused with another customer and I expected him to be arriving that day. He arrived and appeared to be irritated. Oh well! He inspects the refrigerator and proceeds to ask if the refrigerator was purchased from an outlet store or display. I told him no, it was purchased brand new. He claims the new ice maker is not needed, saw the hard water stains on the tray under water dispenser and stated that the problem is due to hard water in my area. OK...so what needs to be done? According to him, I need to purchase a bypass line for my refrigerator and was clueless on how to order it. I have contacted customer service several times with no positive results. At this point, I think my only option is to continue trying to get results from Kenmore. Sears is a joke!
The repairman was so helpful and efficient but the time I had to wait for an appointment is way to long
Knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the task in a reasonably short length of time.
From beginning to end, just an outstanding service. Totally professional. Thank you and until next time.
Great work, very efficient.
Annual MAINTENANCE of Washer and Drier.
Absolutely horrible. I had a dryer fixed after waiting for two weeks out. It was not fixed correctly and have to be rescheduled for another two weeks. I am waiting for my next appointment and all the while i have no dryer. Nobody seems to be able to help, no matter who i talk to the sears service line. Good luck...
Alex was the absolute BEST. Hyper-professional, gentlemanly, and completely set me at ease with his ability to take care of my refrigerator and answered all my questions thoroughly. He gets an A++++++++++++I really had my doubts about Sears as a big corporation, but Id hire them again in a heartbeat.
Excellent job of repairing our washer. Repair technician went the extra mile to explain the falt and give us perventive maintenance ideas. Well use this service in the future.
TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE SEARS! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. Sears requested our review of their Technician visit on 19 July:Our 40-gallon, gas fired water heater would not keep the pilot light lit. Sears Tech #1 replaced the thermocouple and pilot assembly and vacuumed under the tank. As soon as he completed his work, he left. He did not verify the water was hot nor did he wait for the unit to cycle through. Within a 1/2 hour, the pilot light was out again. So, we called again and were scheduled for Tech #2 to arrive on 20 July. No, we are NOT happy with Sears.(As of 22 July, we still have a broken water heater.)**Interesting to note that in order to post this review, I had to give atleast one star before it would post. Otherwise there would be no star.**)
I had the worst experience one could have with your repair service. Not with the technicians, they were all very nice and professional, but the system is not working at all.In March I scheduled a repair service, the technician came, ordered the part and once the part arrives, they would install it. The part was a glass range cooktop. The part arrived broken and had to be send back. The second time the part arrived, it was the wrong part, the third time it was the right part but broken again. The fourth appointment was set, the technicians arrived, but the part has not been delivered yet. Fortunately the technician was able to call his coworker who was at the warehouse at that time and was able to bring an intact cooktop with him. Finally the repair was was done. They did a great job.The time I spent on the phone with the automated system and than with the incompetent representatives was just to much to handle. I will never, ever buy another appliance from Sears.
On the 27th Sept. 2015, my wife washed some clothes and when she put everything in the dryer, the dryer would not start so I called Sears to have someone come out to check the dryer and one person come to my house and checked the dryer and he asked me if a package come with a timer I said no not yet so the next day I did received a small box so I called Sears and told them, so another man (Don) come out and checked the dryer and Don said they sent the wrong part so Don had another part and this seem to last 3 days for the parts and then it turn out to be the control board went out so another few days the board come and Don, come back and installed the board and the dryer started to run. So far the dryer is working so we well see if it stays working for 90 days. I think it would have been better to have some one come out and check the dryer before sending parts instead of some one on the phone deciding what was wrong with the dryer. I think Don did a good job and clean up after words and it was no fault of him that made such a delay in getting the dryer working again.
Repairman came out in March, ordered part, and replaced it the following week. Within an hr my microwave was not working and it was going to be May before they could get to it. I was offered a 50$ credit to my account for my trouble and have yet to receive it. Spoke with Brian who sent me to billing who sent me to scheduling. It took three more appointments to fix my microwave. The fourth man told us to slam the door harder!
Believe it or not I bought this Kenmore Elite refrigerator a little over a year ago for my newly built house and last April it stopped working. On July 10, 2017 I got this appointment for the 4th time for a repair man to come to my house !!!! Almost 4 months now & they cant still fix it I am very furious for I paid extra for warranty. I need a new refrigerator by this time. I got this ran around & Im about to make a drastic move !!!! No one can help me with their Customer Escalation & at this time Im being put on hold for Protection agreement after being disconnected twice !!! I was promised this morning that they were sending me an email for Reimbursement form to get a Local repair man & up to now after 4 hrs. NO EMAIL !!!
Repairman was prompt, took care of installing the new part, checked out the rest of the refer, and was gone within 30 minutes. We thought that was very good service
Your technician showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part in his truck. We were back in business in no time. Very pleased.
Two calls made and neither technician listened when I tried to explain that there was a problem with the drum and something was broke inside. After the second tech left, telling me it is ok to use the washer because it just needed cleaning. I cleaned as instructed and started a new load of clothes and mid cycle the machine just stopped all together and when I call back Im told I have to wait until the 28th because there are no appointments available, a total of 10 more days without my washer. I told the customer service rep that the top was locked shut and I could not get the wet clothes out and she stated that I will have to wait for a technician because there is nothing she could do. Have you been to a laundromat lately? They are not nice places. I am truly disappointed.
It was pretty much basic with the exception the water filter needed to be replaced but other than that the service people went about their business and took care of my fridge with expert knowledge
The technician was wonderful. Thought the price for what was done was a little steep, but booking the appointment was very easy.
He was very professional, informative, personable and very helpful. My washer was fixed and running within a week.
Had 2 different tech show up. First tech didnt know what he was coming for. Over charged my husband. Took 5 min and 2 screws to fix but charged an extra $10.00. Been trying to fix it but been giving the run around. Husband does not want to deal with Sears anymore.
Sears rep was great solved my issues and replaced a part. Would use them again.
Our repair man, was early, efficient & knowledagble! We were very pleased.
Service was good, dishwasher and laundry washer working OK now. Tech was nice and answered ?s. Unfortunately had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, going on priority list did not speed up appt date. cost was high $470 for Duet MCU replacement. but after 5 weeks without family laundry, one will pay anything. Disappointed on life expectancy of these appliances. should get 9-10 years from a dishwasher but this ones pump is near failing per tech and it is only 4 years old. Likely will replace rather than pay for cost prohibitive repair. Sears Whirlpool duet Laundry Washer and Kenmore Elite Dishwasher
The technicians (once they finally arrived) were very good. The scheduling and customer support on the phone I would rate a ZERO, if I could
Tech was helpful and knew exactly what needed to be done.
Guy was get diagnosed the issue and fix a few minor ones I ordered the board and fixed it myself.
Our technician was on time and our repair was completed. He was friendly and gave us good information about the repair being done.
