I have been attending lectures by Dr. Song and Dr. Cho since March and I must say that they are excellent!! They are very energetic. They help us understand principles of psychology and leadership. It is a great pleasure to learn from them.
My daughter participated WMI summer camp this year. Since she had experienced Bullying in Korea, we have tried to provide her an environment with caring and supporting. Professional staff and teachers have met our expectation. My daughter said she has gained confidence over the summer camp experiences. We look forward to attending WMI summer camp next year!
May is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month. If you bring up an immigrant family or you are immigrated from Asian countries and struggling with anxiety and depression (and other personal problems). I will give you a call or text. I talked to Dr. Cho on the phone for about 10 minutes and he seems like a thoughtful and considerate psychologist. I hope my family and I can meet him in the near future. We recommend this service to Korean residents in Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Merrill Lund. I often see people who are mentally ill during immigration or studying abroad. Unlike the hospital, psychiatric counseling and treatment is a place for middle-aged people who have serious problems in mind, but I know that stress, depression and trauma are mental and psychological hurts. It is a place where you are going to take your mental and psychological health rather than going to a weak place. The doctor here is kind, and I think the story makes it easy to understand.
