While i can not confirm nor deny anyones experience with Pathway Homes, I will say that I have had nothing but positive and meaningful interactions with the Counselors and employees with this Organization. I am a resident and very happy and grateful that this resource exists in my community because without them I wouldnt have very many prospects for housing and finding the mental health help that benefits me so greatly. I ALWAYS recommend them to people like myself with homeless and mental health issues and take advantage of every chance to speak about them to friends and family who are curious as to who they are and what they accomplish.

Pathway Homes provides caring, professional services and housing for adults with mental illness. During the COVID crisis, they are going above and beyond to be sure that their consumers are taken care of when they are not able to go out. I have volunteered in computer classes and am always impressed by Pathways commitment to serve.

Pathway Homes has an amazing mission of providing affordable supportive housing to individuals with mental illnesses. I am proud to work there and honored to serve the consumers we house with supportive services.

Been awhile since I even thought about this place, but I recently got a surge of emails from them so I thought Id leave my thoughts. This is one of the shadiest charities I have donated to, and I do regret donating. Donated because I was acquaintanced with someone who partook in their services and wanted to support them, but after seeing how they were treated, I do deeply regret it. One of the home mechanics (Diego? Diaz?) would stop by, do a clearly thoughtless job of repair, and then steal things from the residents, or ask them if he could have things of theirs. Considering that these are extremely vulnerable people that this charity is supposed to be helping, I found this extremely inappropriate. I specifically recall an experience I was told about where he was sent to repaint some steps, splattered paint all over the walkway and did a sloppy job, and then asked an older resident if he could have some of his things. These are the kinds of people that this charity employs? It appears to be a trend that they only hire people who are in this for the paycheck and not to actually help a group of vulnerable people. I have heard stories of office staff behaving dismissively towards residents concerns, not helping or caring about their needs. I put it out of my head because my acquaintance has since gotten real help and moved on from them. But their slew of emails has brought all this back, and I think that people should know what kind of employees this charity hires.

As a resident I can speak up for the poor services I have received during my time here. Lack of support, horrible housing, my personal concerns with property management/residents/relapse dismissed as seemingly unimportant by staff.Basically left to figure out how to fix the world by myself. The counselors are a non-entity. Offering little counsel and more about filing paperwork to get paid.

I applied to volunteer a couple of years ago. When I went for the interview, the volunteer coordinator was very rude and never responded to any of my inquiries or emails. I wish theyd say they did not want me to volunteer for them instead of ghosting me. I could have invested my time and energy and adjusted my plans accordingly. Instead, I was left with nothing. This organization is doing good things, but I was very disappointed in its implementation.
