This was a great company. They were able to work with my child in pretty much any capacity we needed. The assessment aspect of the job was a little odd because the Supervisor was on a screen but she was very engaged and allowed my daughter to take place in the meeting as well. Services began instantly and now I have two technicians assigned to my child which I believe is great because if one ever calls out the other backs them up and we really needed the consistent support. If it was not for me having to leave for a new job, I would have loved for our daughter to keep getting services. Also their diversity is a plus as well.
It was a shock to me that they had immediate opening when I called but was happy to start my son somewhere. I took my son off school and took a day off. The location was a bit difficult to find. One minute after my scheduled appointment I got a call luckily I was at the door. I walked in and the office girl took me and my son to a room to meet the assessor . … well she was at the comfort of her home with her family in the background. My son doesn’t sit still and she started asking about my ID nb etc… it was awkward and uncomfortable and my son started taking off. When I expressed my concern to office manager and that I wasn’t told she won’t be onsite. He told me for HIPAA purposes I was supposed to come to the office ??? Wait and the provider collecting my information with God knows where and who is listening !!’ I thought it should be the other way around when telehealth. I couldn’t contain my son in a room and the manager said well kids normally sit down . Excuse have you seen all the kids on the spectrum. I left with no services. If they can’t communicate correctly and care for patients how are they going to prove services, terrible company
They are very unprofessional when answering the phone. if Working with parents that already having a difficult time trying to help their children with autism or other delays they should have some empathy. I didn’t even started services with them but just by the two calls I’ve made I feel they are not well trained when gathering information, they sound rude.
Very unprofessional her name is Leticia Pasauri.. They schedule interviews and they never show up. How they are supposed to provide care to others if they cant keep their own schedules straight. Runaway dont work here, and avoid business with them!!
I sign up my son here first time in June never got a call back went there in person they said they lost the file and I had to fill up the paperwork again. Michelle is very nice but there processing time takes for ever. And they dont keep you updated you have to keep following up on them . If your son need early intervention . Here they offer intervention NOT EARLY they take well over 6 month . Go somewhere else if you need to help you kid.Research them. this transcultural is bad very bad
Very unorganized and unprofessional from the start. Unanswered phone calls, late to the appointment, no scheduling reminder etc. Communication(both phone conversation and email) was rough too.
VTCC is an incredible company. The owners are passionate and caring about the community and providing excellent services to all of the clients. I have witnessed firsthand the caring and compassion that everyone in this company possesses. They sincerely care about the population they service and about their employees. They are well known around the Northern Virginia area and I hear various people speaking about this company and how they have helped them in so many aspects. Their contributions to this community are amazing, five stars!
Wonderful company indeed serving a peculiar population of clients within the Northern Virginia area. Had the opportunity to meet the owner on several occasions, truly a zealot with a deep purpose to serve. The office is a warm environment where customer service is priority!
Very bad service
1 years ago before covid-19 insurance was approved but service not started yet
Victoria Transcultural Clinical Center goes the extra mile to provide their clients with the best care possible. They are continuously trying to improve their processes to better serve those in need. Their trainings are intensive and the owner is always one of the first people to respond if there is an issue. Parents know her by name and she and her husband have been providing support to the community for over 30 years. I urge anyone in need of service to speak to her and the team at VTCC and judge the services firsthand.
So sad to read the negative reviews! However, I have experienced a completely different side on the professional side! I have observed a team that is completely supportive of creating measurable goals to assist people with disabilities! And an organization dedicated to make a difference depite of the challenges families, communities and the country may face assisting individuals with disabilities. It all boils down to how much you care about helping INDIVIDUALS with disabilities and wanting to educate yourself everyday to help them prosper and be the best they can be!!! I love Victoria Transcultural Clinical Center for giving me the opportunity to do so!!!!!!
Great company!
The worst service !
Started out ok then declined tremendously!!! Became very unprofessional, incompetent and inconsiderate of my child’s wants and needs. STAY AWAY!!!
Stay away...
It is a lousy clinic. Does not have. The right people dont give you the right information they should. Train people better. You ask for a paper and it takes more than 1 week. But when they ask for something if they want fast, they dont have the childrens papers. They have to have more Ethics. In helping clients. My son was there for 1 year. And nothing better hire people to give correct information and not lie to customers 😡😡
