My tech was super. He diagnosed the problem, found the part, changed my filter in a timely and cost effective manor. He wore a mask and coverups over his shoes. I’ve used them before and will definitely use them again.

Clover Services was great. They were referred to me by a neighbor who had used them before several times. The plumber, German, was timely and professional, patient in answering my questions, was able to diagnose the source of the leak quickly, and efficiently repair the issue. He also was able to take care of a few other minor plumbing tasks that I have been waiting to do during this same visit. I especially liked that the company sent me a picture of the plumber that was arriving so I knew who to expect. I will most definitely call Clover again for any future plumbing needs.

Ryan came out for a free estimate on zoning the HVAC on my floor so that I could have my own thermostat to control my suite independent from the rest of the floor. He took a generous amount of time diagnosing the problem, including climbing up a ladder and getting up on the roof to inspect the system in place. He diagnosed the problem and instead of pushing a much more costly, found the least expensive and most cost effective solution. Clover Services is a local Fairfax company, small enough to be responsive and large enough to be able to cover every aspect of HVAC that I have needed. Their prices are fair, and theyve stood behind work, coming back to check and fix things when original work needed it. Their technicians are polite, clean/tidy, and willing to explain the repairs at the level I need. Ive had entire systems installed by them, and many small repairs. The annual HVAC contract has been worthwhile for getting the service we need prior to the cold and the heat.

I had a couple of issues with the AC and Plumbing at our Condo in Reston. I have used Kiddco Plumbing in the past and was very disappointed with their service. Luckily I noticed the bright green Clover Truck in the community parking lot. When the AC went out yesterday, I called Clover and I was quickly able to get an appointment for the AC. I was impressed with the technicians and I signed up for the Gold service package. The AC was serviced, lines cleared, a new circuit board installed and the thermostat replaced. I then had the Clover Plumbing Specialist do a plumbing assessment for the condo and recommended new fixtures and even proposed design suggestions. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Clover.

I called to get an estimate on new HVAC system. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time and were professional while in the house. They clearly know their craft and were solution oriented without upsell pressure.

Clover is our go to plumber. Many years ago they solved a plumbing / water issue numerous other plumbers couldn’t figure out. In this case they quickly and efficiently fixed a faucet for us.

Clover was recommended by a neighbor, and I was surprised that our technician Ryan new them by name, including what type of heating system they had. Our appointment was for second estimate, as another contractor recommended that we replace our furnace and hot water heater (turns out out water heater wasn’t permitted and wasn’t to code fir the space). Ryan corroborated the recommended water heater diagnosis, but reassured us that furnace was fine and likely to have more life in it. He explained things clearly, listened to us, and unlike our other estimate, wasn’t a hard sell.

Ryan was most professional. He made a quick diagnostic of the problem and gave me options to consider. He talked through his process and made sure that I understood the corrections and the expense. I will be calling Ryan from clover services again. Thank you!

We have used Clover for numerous different plumbing services in Virginia and DC. They are an honest company. They are on time, transparent, fair priced, and get the job done. We highly recommend.

I had Clover come out last spring before I bought my fixer upper and they were upfront that I might need to replace my system this winter, so they didnt try to get me to invest a lot in it at that time. Fast forward to winter and my heat didnt come on. I had them come out for a second opinion on my home warranty claim. The technician helped me understand what was wrong with my system so I could better communicate with the warranty company and get what I needed from them.

This company was contacted regarding the installation of a pressure control valve per the requirements from the Fairfax County water pressure system upgrade. I asked for an estimate regarding the cost of the work to be done given that I have an older house with potentially old pipes. The technician who came out was very polite and took a look at the existing piping system, informing me that some of the pipes would need to be replaced and that the pressure valve could not be installed without repiping the entire house. I asked him for an estimate of what that would cost and he said he would send it, but its been a week and I have not received anything other than the invoice for the house call/consultation service that he provided. Given that I wanted to get this work completed sooner rather than later, I ended up using the services of another company.

Technician arrived when promised, and worked quickly and quietly. He explained what he had done clearly. Completely satisfied with the service we received.

I have used Clover Services a number of times for repairs and other services on my heating and air conditioning units. The latest service Clover performed for me was upgrade of both heating and AC units to the modern ones. Ryan Kibler came out to provide the estimate, which was competitive compared to the other estimates I got. Ryan came out to perform the installation. He was right on time, took care of the installation from start to finish, and provided the overview of the new system and additional tips on the maintenance once was done.Edit: We had a little hick-up with the new system. Ryan has returned to troubleshoot the issue and did phenomenal work yet again!

Terrible company. I have had the unfortunate experience of crossing paths with these folks and they are not only unprofessional, but only out for a sale. There are many other companies you can reach out to for your Heating & Air needs, but Clover Services should be a last resort.

Bradley was on time and quickly diagnosed the root cause and fixed the issue. Very professional. Price was a little steep, but quick response and high quality fix was worth it.

We have had 4 technicians come to give us an estimate on installing A/C and ducts in our home. Three of them gave us a quote. The Clover technician showed up late (after rescheduling from him missing a prior appointment) and said we’d have to pay $750 for someone else to give a quote. Not very helpful in the estimating process - can’t speak to their quality of work.

We had a noon to 4 PM window and repair man missed that by a few minutes, but once here got right to work and repaired 2 bathroom sinks in just 30 minutes. He then worked on a leaky kitchen sink that was a bear. He had to go to Home Depot for a part but worked diligently and with much effort. The work was done completely and expertly and the repair man was pleasant and professional. Overall, great satisfaction with the job. Would use again for future needs.

Clover is a great service provider! They remind me to make my biannual appointments for routine maintenance and scheduling the appointment over the phone, with a human, is very convenient. They send appointment reminders via text, and also let me know when the tech is on his way. Ryan is always on time, is a great communicator and is always happy to educate me about my HVAC system and any trends he’s seeing with systems in the building. Great service!

Update: Clover reached out to me to hear about my experience with them and, in doing so, realized that I should be refunded for the first visit which mitigates most of my complaints.Pros:The issue was fixed and the (2nd) plumber was friendly and professional. He did a good job of diagnosing the issue and dicussing it with me before doing anything and he also gave me general tips for my hot water heater.Cons:First plumber misdiagnosed the issue.Clover did not get back to me after I followed up.The whole thing cost me more than it should and took 2 extra weeks to be fixed.See details below:Was having an issue with noises coming from the pipes connected to the water heater and my neighbors had the same issue and said it was related to the check valve. So i scheduled an appointment and let Clover know what the likely cause was, plumber came in but seemed in a rush to go. Insisted that the solution would require opening up my walls and would require several hours worth of labor so he left because he didnt have the necessary tools and blueprints. I still got charged the fee even though he only spent 5 minutes diagnosing and did nothing else. I called again to follow up and to ask again if it could be just related to the check valve since that was the case for my neighbors and Clover did the work for them. They told me that theyd talk to the plumber and get back to me but they never did. I followed up again a week later and they sent a different plumber and he ended up finding that it was probably the check valve so he removed it and my problem seems to be fixed now.

After getting my hardwood floors re-finished, we discovered that the toilet in the powder room had been improperly installed and the PVC flange connection on the floor was broken. It was a tough project that involved a lot of problem solving - but Abdul from Clover was wonderful to work with. He took the time to make sure the repair was done right!

Replaced valve in unused gas pipe that had been leaking gas. (The gas had been turned off before he came.) The service man form Clover was completely competent in knowing what needed to be done and in safety features to be followed. He was friendly and courteous and took care of the job without any fuss.

After a floor replacement project Josh Sims from Clover came to replace a pedestal bathroom sink that would no longer fit due to the change in the floor level. Josh was efficient, professionally competent and a pleasure to deal with.  He has an excellent understanding of issues related to plumbing and fixtures. His suggestions related to new fixtures were most helpful. A minor issue occurred that night when there was a very slow leak from one of the hoses. He went out of his way to return the next day and correct the problem. In the event that we have other plumbing issues in the future, we would not hesitate to call Clover and ask for Josh again.

Had a great experience with Clover! Sent a request through Angie’s List on a Saturday, got a note same day and follow up call on Monday. Our technician Joshua Sims came out on Tuesday and fixed our leaky shower in less than an hour. He was also working with an unknown system and parts because we saved money during a remodel and went with an unknown brand (not doing that again!). He figured it out really quickly and now shower is good as new. I wish I had called Clover months ago. Would definitely recommend.

This company gave us the best service we have had in a vendor in quite some time. Our AC had been down for 6 days so we were desperate.We currently have a maintenance agreement with American Home Shield, which was quick to provide a diagnosis that we needed a new unit at $5,000 and then never called back to schedule the install.We then contacted Clover, who sent a very pleasant technition who determined we only had a clogged pipe which took 10 minutes and $89 for the service call. He was there for a good hour checking the unit for other issues.Clover is a pleasant and most importantly, honest company.

The companys tracking system to let you know when a technician was scheduled to arrive and then tracking info to you phone to show you where the technician was was extremely impressive!

Fantastic place. I met a law enforcement person there. He had a weapon. We did not buy anything, just used a table to go over some papers for about 10 minutes and use their bathroom. This is much more than a coffee shop, its also a great community meeting place. I will buy my coffee there in the future!!!!

I called Clover mid June to discuss installing a water filtration system in my house. They took all my info over the phone and promised to get back to me with a quote. I didnt hear from them, so I called back a week later and spoke with the same person, (Lisa Lavis) and she promised again that she would have the quote/proposal sent to me. I followed up again a week later with an email and never got a response back to date ( we are late August now). Needless to say, after my last email to them, I contacted another plumbing company and within a couple of days, my water filter was installed.

Wanting a new sink and disposal installed in our kitchen, we turned to Clover to handle the job.
