I have to say I am impressed with the customer service and specifically employee Dawn, she was very specific and personal. I was addressed as soon as I walked in the door and all of my questions and concerns were answered positively.

The new manager Nolan is friendly and helpful. He explained why propane tanks expire and offered me a water. The lady in the office was also friendly and helpful.

Polite employees, willing to bend over backwards to help you out. Understanding and considerate if youre having financial hardships and they are willing to work with you.

Great customer service

We rented a unit from this facility thinking our valuables would be safe and secure. We went to put more stuff in our unit and found that the back corner of the roof had been leaking into the unit soaking and destroying our items, some of which were extremely sentimental and cannot be replaced. When we went to tell the manager she said oh it looks like you have been on the list to be repaired since before you rented the unit. We obviously would not have rented a unit we knew had to be repaired. She then went on to say that we should have packaged our things in plastic to avoid this problem. So upset and disappointed in this storage facility. DO NOT USE THEM!

Do not go through these people. The lady I was on the phone was rude and hung up on me all because I wanted to look something up real quick. Not sure what is so wrong with your life, but when youre at work lose the attitude... ESPECIALLY when in a customer service position.

I waited over three hours for the employees to feel like fixing the door to my storage unit so that I could secure my management just sat in the office, had to call corporate office to get the ball moving then it rolled like greesed lightning.
