Purchased a dish for a person out in Beaver Alaska On August 23rd, asked to chat about technical specs and to establish a working relationship with this company. No call back or e-mail. Their salesman Dan isnt proactive, asked for a Pole and shipping to be taken off the quote ( was told this is a package deal. ) Ive had to poke and prod Dan for updates. I didnt invent this wheel I just get paid to turn the gears the way Im told to, this is the way our process works. Its been over 3 weeks and I still dont have an install date.Im not asking for special treatment, Im asking for it to get scheduled and get installed. When all is said and done Ive spent more than 5k on trying to get a dish installed out in Beaver.

Not true to their word and have been unprofessional. Very slow to act. Spent almost $700.00 to buy and have dish unit installed. They could not get line of site to the satellite so service was not available. Requested a refund a few weeks ago and I am still fighting with them to get back my refund. They just give one excuse after another and make promises that never come to fruition. Use caution. Very poor business practices.

A very pleasant experience.

No help from the staff trying to replace 2 Dish Network receivers. Only response to me was to call Dish Network back (a third time). Already called twice - Dish Network instructed me to go to Microcom to set up install. When I asked to speak with manager, I was told they dont have one. Maybe the staff are also the owners so I was speaking to them.... I guess since they have a captive market, they can act this way. Plan to put the same basic review on Dish Networks site.

Experienced excellent installation service of our DIRECTV and would recommend your installer Matt to anyone having one of the services your provide installation work for. He is very informative and has an excellent knowledge of what he does.

DirectTV is the best provider Ive ever used and I have had cable and DishNetwork in the past,costumer service is far greater than others. Installer was very professional, clean and courteous. Anyone else is a waste of time unless you like aggravation and disappointment. Almost forgot about picture quality, its amazing.

This company is a joke! As an ex-Directv and Dish network Installer I am appauled at the service of this company and very surprised they are even in business in Fairbanks

Terrible customer service who refused to help after one of their technicians knocked out of houses service one would think they would treat service complaints here more seriously I definitely plan to complain to the housing office here on base about this if this is how they are going to deal with people on base
