Decent customer service and quality service for my remote area.

One of the few places that supply internet to remote locations. Ive used many others but this one is the fastest, most reliable, and cost efficient that I have found. I even gave away my $3000 satellite system from a different company, I like them so much!

At a time when we need internet for going to school due to the virus, they wouldnt come out to fix the modem that is outside the house. Weve been out for over 2 weeks. They dont even need to come into contact with us to do the repair. We can even bring them the modem and huck it from 6 feet away to be safe. But they wont call back and they wont fix it for weeks. Other companies are going above and beyond...but not this one.

Interesting building. Everyone was friendly and the place was well designed for the purpose.

Had the service from 2010, ran great up until the last year, no one seemed concerned or willing to check the equipment or do a new survey of my area. Wont ever recommend them for anything again except a waste of money.

Live less than five mins from the college and less than 15 mins from their offices and they said they cant provide service to my location? Lame .
