A fun indoor trampoline park. I really enjoy their regularly scheduled toddler time, that lets the little kids run around in a safer environment, and allows adults in for a lower cost in order to watch them.Generally a friendly atmosphere and nice environment.

This place is great! We came for a birthday day party and just to jump. They had so much for the kiddos to do! The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a great deal if you decide you want to come frequently. I love that they respect people’s rights and choices. This place is great and a wonderful place to come burn off some energy!

Although this place is a bit on the expensive side, it’s a lot of fun for the family, young kids can enjoy just as much as adults. This place is spacious and clean. They put a lot of emphasis on safety, specially around little ones. The staff is always friendly and nice. This place has a little arcade with about two or three games and a dance machine. There is a laser room when you have to avoid the lasers. This is a lot of fun for young kids as well. On Monday’s military has a 50% discount.

A great addition to our home town for our precious youth. A healthy fun exercise to play, hang out in a fun environment with smiles, laughter, and a sense of achievement in completing obstacles. Definitely recommend this as a family event.

My 9 year old loved this place. He loved the virtual reality on top of all the jumping spots.

WOW such an awesome place for kids. I saw little kids around 5 years old to early teens and everyone was really happy and having fun. Also the fit dads and moms were working hard to see if they could accomplish the challenges. Be warned that your kids will want you to bring them back again and again.There are plenty of places to sit and watch the fun stuff and it’s fine not to participate in the activity going on all around you. I had fun with my grandson.... he was a super acrobat.

Great place to take your kids or go jump yourself. Military discount on Mondays half off. A fun place to jump, play dodge ball, ninja warrior style course, warped wall, laser tag, arcade games. Its fun, clean and well run.

Super fun place wore me and my boys out and the fortnite tournament was super cool, went from 4 stars to 1 (none if possiable) rude staff wont be back:( did enjoy the place but cant deal with the rudeness again

This place is fun for the whole family, so much to do and a two-hour timeframe! Not only is there an obstacle course but there is a wipe out style arm that swings as well. We really enjoyed all of the trampoline amenities as well as the virtual reality and arcade games. The blinking bracelets and toys are extremely cheap! Nothing but good times when we come here! Especially Friday or Saturday night when its glow jump!

Pretty cool place. Like anything in Fairbanks, its a bit pricey. There are a bunch of different activities to spend your money on; jumping, video games, food, etc. They have a little ninja warrior setup, a joust pool, various trampolines, and two foam block pools to get crazy in. Neat idea.

We love this place! Staff & management are super friendly and welcoming every time we visit. We definitely will be spending a lot more time here ESPECIALLY during winter months. :p They also offer 50% off for Military on Monday’s which is SO AWESOME and affordable. Can’t wait to come back!

After just moving here it was great to find a trampoline park for my son. Except it seems like a lot of toys are meant for bigger kids with the height requirements. That and the pricing was just expensive. Paying 18 dollars for me, my wife, and my son is just ridiculous (66 total with socks included). Back home its 14 for adults and 10 for kids. Hopefully we can find coupons or something to help with pricing.

When we go youre really enjoy your time there is a few things why its only three stars 1 is the price another one on the plus side theres only very few people that are in there given the prices High which is good for playtime so negative is that some of the lockers are broken so after trying several different lockers I found one 15 minutes later I was going to the park I told the manager to see if they could adjust their time which they did not I feel that spending nearly a dollar a minute is pretty high I dont like the situation but more than likely Ill be coming back.One year later still a scam $68 for two adults 1 youth and a toddler House of a baby being under 1 years old Walkers still dont work draining time out of your enjoyment and thats $68 pretty much for one kid to play

Our baby who is almost 2 years old loves toddler time there is a lot for the little one to do from jumping playing in the foam pit and even a blazer maze lots of fun always thanks for toddler time we love it

My kids love this place! It is also great they have a toddler time so I can take my youngest without worrying about older kids knocking her down!

Clean. Awesome staff. Family night is great if youre on a budget. You can jump and have dinner all in one fun run.

I love it, but it cost quite a bit. There is a gym and swimming pool too, cant wait to try those out! The cafe is nice, though I didnt try any thing on the menu.

We came for toddler time since I have little ones. My 3 year old had a great time and was able to do most everything. I will advise parents if you allow your little one to jump into the foam pit off the high dive & you also have a baby...come with help as you will be fishing your oldest child out because they are not physically strong enough to crawl out! I as a grown person had a hard time!

Perfect place to go on cold winter days to get the kids out and have a blast! Highy recommended for anyone in town!

Very fun and very big place.The rules are super extensive and kind of silly... But Im an 80s kid and Im used to common sense. I get why they have them in place to avoid lawsuits. Youll want to do the waiver online before attending because it takes quite a while to fill out, and it has videos for you to watch. But otherwise its fun. At night they do black lights. Our kids loved it.

Took my little brother during opening weekend. He had an absolute blast. Prices were fair. 16 for the first hour plus 8 for each additional hour. Lots of things to do for the kids. The ninja course wasn’t up yet but you could see they were working on it. All in all it was a good time. 5/5 Would recommend to a friend.

A bit on the dirty side but good exercise

My kids had a great time. It was more then what we were expecting to pay, but that’s just Fairbanks. What was really upsetting and why don’t know if we will go back was the staff. They came off as extremely miserable and that they did not want to be there. Not one of them smiled the entire time we were there or spoke. They all moped around as if being there was the worst place in the world. It made my husband and I very uncomfortable and so we actually left before our time was up. I thought it was just because it was New Years Day, and maybe staff was just tired but then other friends of mine said they had the same issues just in this last week. Still think the park itself is great for kids though.

Very fun and tiring place.. its one hell of a work out if your jumping... i heard and seen some people get hurt but all mine and my family experience was great every time.

Very fun.The trampolines are very brightly coloured and fun to jump around on. There are lots of areas to sit when you get tired.Great for kids and adults!(The Ninja Warrior obstacle course is a great challenge for adults.)Only complaint is the price - which is rather expensive.

Great facility. Perfect for families on cold days. It may seem pricey at first, but the kids loved it and where else can they play for an hour or two and get tired and sweaty in the middle of winter? Prices are in line with the Anchorage trampoline parks, with the advantage of comfortable seating for non jumpers.

My boys and I love going here! So many trampolines to bounce on and different activities to try. We never get bored and are always up for some fun at Fly!

The facility is unique and (based on the size of the crowd) a needed opportunity for physical activity in the middle of winter. I agree with a previous review that they should give you a buffer for the start time (10-15 minutes would be enough) rather than clocking you from when they run your card.The price is excessive for children under 48 inches. Two of the courses are inaccessible to smaller kids, but they get to pay full price without anything designed for their size.Great for older kids (7 and up). Even when theyre waiting in line, theyre chatting and having fun. Its probably a rare occurrence, but most teenagers dont have their phones out. The older kids are mostly respectful and careful of smaller kids.We may come once or twice a year. Due to the amount of waiting on a busy day and fewer options for littles who pay the same price, the overall value for the $$ is questionable.

Visited the trampoline park for the first time. It was a great facility for the gran-kids to enjoy. They had a blast! I think that paying $16.00 for an hour per person is really too much for just an hour. I think that children 3 - 5 & under should be $8.00 - $10.00 with socks included!I think the time limit should be 1 1/2 half hours minimum. Lets break it down...By the time staff swipes your credit card the clock starts, then it takes a minute for the staff to get you the socks that you have to purchase, then you coral the kiddos to take coats off, shoes off, put on the socks and secure your belongings in the cubbies that are provided, place a name tag on them (which by the way should be a band that goes on the wrist, cause the stickers come off from rolling around in the pits). Well if you do the math, thats ten - fifteen minutes already gone! Wheww...tired already!!! I also, think that if youre a parent for toddler(s)and have to be there of course, you should not have to pay the full $16.00 fee. I did participate very minimally, but what about the parents with toddlers that dont or the elderly grandparents????The gran-kids had a wonderful time and of course cried when the 45 minutes were up! Id be open to bring the kiddos back some time in the future, but only if the time was longer and parents of toddler(s) didnt have to purchase a full ticket to just stand there and watch or if I just had extra cash to blow!!

Great place for the kiddos to expend all their worked up energy. Kind of small and not as fun for the adults as it is for the kids. I think once they add more onto the park Ill give it 5 stars

What a wonderful place to bring the kiddos in the winter. They go nuts all cooped up at home. This place really helps Fairbanks families out!

Lots of options, a group of friends can play laser maze, arcade games like Mariokart, dance game, dodgeball, climbing wall, obstacle course, and of course the trampolines. It may cost some money, but its sure to entertain a friend group for the evening.

Pricey, but fun. Make sure to take things you want to keep out of your pockets before jumping though. And dont dismiss the risk of getting hurt. Be careful!

I think they need to have a baby changing table in the bathroom instead of going all the way up the stairs and back by the gym. They also need ramps for the elderly and for strollers.

Would do zero stars but it wouldn’t let me. Showed up at 11 PM (mind you they close at midnight) payed for my admission and they failed to tell me I would only receive 45 mins of trampoline time. When starting our “1hour” of fun the staff were very rude and followed us everywhere. They took it upon themselves to ridicule and explain to us step by step of what we could and could not do. They treated us like children and kept a very close eye on us. They would interrupt us between our conversations and jump time to nit pick about what we were doing or not doing. While we were taking a much needed rest from jumping, we decided to sit in the very back away from everyone to catch our breaths. The staff took it upon themselves to come completely out of there way to tell us not to sit on the same trampoline. We were very curtious and respected there rules and 5 minutes before our time was up they came to us first out of everyone and kicked us off the trampoline. Needless to say I would not go back there and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

$350 to have a birthday party for your kid but you cant bring a birthday cake, you have to buy their cake.
