We had an awesome experience here for my son’s birthday. The staff were super friendly and patient. They did a nice job of making sure everything was clean and sanitary. There were over a 100 games for the kids to choose from. Everyone had a blast for the whole time we were there. We will definitely be going back.

The kids love coming to Arctic VR. They always have a good time and the staff is excellent and always willing to re-schedule or do whatever they can to help us work out scheduling or any needed changes.

It was amazing. Had a lot of fun on my bday. Workers are very informative and helpful. Their new valve index controllers made it feel so much more real. The vr racing sims are incredibley comfy and easy to use.

Went here for the first time the other day. There were 4 of us and we each had our own station. We played a few multi player games which were SO fun since we were playing as a team. The guys working were super helpful and patient with us first timers. They explained how to use the equipment and the different controller options in each game we played. Bonus, they offer a military discount. Will definitely be going back to play again!

Arctic Sun VR hosted my son’s birthday party and it was fantastic! Truly a great experience. Erik and Ben were very attentive and helped answer many questions whenever they popped up. We had about 10 kiddos playing games and another 10 parents watching. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable! We recommend Arctic Sun VR for your birthday party or just for something fun to do!

This was a great experience for my daughter and her friends. They had a lot of fun playing some games by themselves as well as together. One of her friends was brand new to VR and the introduction video did a great job outlining some of the basics in a very simple way. The welcome and safety video was also very funny and relatable for the kids. Lastly, I was impressed with the customer service, the owner was there that day and he quickly jumped in to help any time the kids had issues. Everyone also got some cold water bottles as well as some wipes for if they got sweating. While we were chitchatting we talked about the sanitation steps and they have a very thorough process with many additional steps just for the comfort of the client. I would definitely recommend checking this place out and Im sure well be back the next time were in Fairbanks!

We hosted my daughter’s birthday party at Arctic Sun VR. For most of the girls, it was their first time playing. Gabe was super professional and helpful with getting them set up and showing them how to use the games. He was attentive and at our disposal for questions.Overall, the experience was quite wonderful. The facility was clean, party room comfortable. They even had some back up supplies when we forgot some! We will be back!

We had an awesome experience! My fiancé and I decided to do 3 hours worth of gaming. We used the VR headsets. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff was phenomenal and very accommodating! Would love to visit again.

Even with only an hour me and my buddies were able to play 3 of around 100 games on VR not to mention the racing setups and computers they also have. Gorilla tag is by far my favorite as o can launch myself across the map to get people the forest was also a fun game with tons of scares and thrills. Gabe at the front desk was awesome and helped us a ton when we couldn’t figure out the systems or games. And they have stuff for all ages and people

My husband and I had a great date night at Virtual Reality. We didnt know what to expect and loved it. We look forward to going again. Gabe was very knowledge and helpful, when we were not sure what to do. All around a wonderful experience.

The experience was tons of fun, kids loved it. The staff was awesome and so understanding and helpful to the little ones. This was definitely something I would love to do regularly. Would even buy a yearly pass and let the kids go all the time, if it werent for the fact that it is expensive. Thats the only downside, the price wont allow for more than an hour or so, and if you have more than one kid, it could easily be upwards of 100$ in one hour. Would have loved to be able to take the kids more, but simply cant afford 100$+ everytime.

Great place, super friendly helpful staff. My son and I went in on Sunday, and this was our first time doing the VR experience. They helped us get set up, showed us how to use the controls and checked in periodically to make sure we werent struggling to use the system. Very fun. Even more fun and immersive than expected. Definitely recommend, and were definitely heading back soon!

I took my 2 kids here for a fun end-of-year surprise and could not have been happier with the experience. Gabe was incredibly helpful and patient with my kiddos as they learned the equipment, and my kids had a blast on all the different games.Well definitely be going back.

Great! Took 6 teen boys, did the Race Sims. They had a blast. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the equipment and programs. The place was extremely clean and social distancing protocol was adhered to. Excellent value, great fun. We will be doing it again soon.

Arctic Sun VR is one of my favorite places in Fairbanks. The staff are always so friendly and personable. There to guide you through any little thing you might be confused about. They are passionate about their work, and it really sets such a great atmosphere for the complete newbie or the experienced VR user. I highly recommend a trip (or multiple trips) to anybody looking to immerse themselves in a totally out of this world experience.

The employees are super hands on and if you have any kind of issue they will help immediately. They had water when I was getting parched from being as physical as some of the games get. They have a really awesome set up for multiplayer VR. My girlfriend and I went with her parents and her uncle and all 5 of us had a really great time. The price is actually understandable as they have switched to only having the premium headsets, yet didnt switch the price to the premium price. Very easy to make reservations and if you have their loyalty program set up you can get free play time in just a few visits. I was thoroughly pleased with my visit and I plan on going back as often as my wallet allows. Super great place!!

Ive been to a few VR arcades in my time. And this one takes the cake by far. That have the best selection, the friendliest staff, and the next doors subway only sweetens the deal if youre going to a party!

My partner and I have been here twice already and we love it, were hooked! Gabe has been so helpful with questions or issues we have and is always so nice and friendly. Definitely reccomend joining the VIP club for all the rewards and deals. 100% reccomend to newcomers and pros alike.

I booked a 2 plus hour party. It was nice having the whole place to ourselves. Gabe was our Host and he was awesome.. very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to all the players. Our party consisted of ages from 5 to 54 and Artic VR had such a variety of games everyone was able to play something.I especially appreciated it when Gabe was very helpful to my 5 year grandson. And didnt get upset when screamed as fireballs came flying at me. My only complaint was the price. It was a little steep but ?? It was a different experiance.

Ive got nothing but good things to say about this place. Ive enjoyed it myself on a date night for anniversary, as a parent with kids participating in summer week long camp, then bringing them back for extra play time as rewards for schoolwork, etc.The staff at ASVR are really friendly, helpful and just nice guys all around. They dont treat people who are clueless to this kind of thing with any disrespect and genuinely seem to care that you have a great time.I wish I had time to frequent their business more regularly, but Im glad theyre here and always look forward to the next time we get to go.

Really neat gaming lounge. Staff was nice and helpful. Would be going back. The place is clean and have comfortable couches to seat. My kids loved it the most. Several game options to pick from and if unsure, the staff was there to help.

SO MUCH FUN! I loved playing the beat saber game. It is a wacky combination of light saber dancing and exercise. I highly recommend checking out Arctic Sun VR when you want a break from the hot days. They have over 90 games to choose from. I even got to play a two player game with my friend where we had to escape from a broken down spaceship in zero gravity. I cant wait to go back.

I had my Bachelorette party there and it was amazing! The staff are friendly, and the games are fun, especially with multiple players. If you need to take a break, there are couches to sit on and there are screens above every player so you can spectate. All in all, a fun experience. I would definitely recommend.

Arctic Sun VR is awesome. Did some competitive VR shooters here with the Arctic Gamers. It was a great experience well worth the money! 10 out of 10 would virtually shoot and yell at my friends again.

I took my son there for something different to do and now the whole family is going. Its a really cool experience and while not cheap, definitely worth the price.Update: took both daughter and son a couple months ago, and daughter and her friend tonight to shoot orcs and zombies. Again, had a great time and we loved the new wireless system, even though it can be a headache for the staff- we love it! Awesome place to kill a couple hours! Cant wait till the 3rd racing chair is active- well be back for that!

My wife and I wanted to try something different for Date Night and this was THE BEST TIME EVER!!! Clean facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great personal experience. This is our new FAVORITE thing to do. Were so happy with the new location right across the street from Regal Theaters. Cant wait to go again. Also, dont worry if you wear glasses. We both do and it was epic.

Had a scheduled time and VRs set up, went and had some kids flaked out on me and my kids, but was told to pay for what I scheduled for, and then why tried to give us hour coupons or whatever, but I think the damage was done, not very good customer service, they were helping everyone else but my kids, I guess they didnt like us or my kids, but o dont think ill return there anymore if thats how they treat certain people they think is worthy of their business, oh well not to concerned, but just letting others know my experiences there.

I visit Fairbanks every six months or so. Weather permitting. However, weather permitting or not we always make time to go to Arctic Sun VR. My boys absolutely have a blast. They are about five years apart but when the VR set is on they are just about equal. Which is really fun to watch. We enjoyed Arctic Sun VR so much we purchased a PSVr for the boys last Christmas. Even with that at home it’s still not as much fun as taking the boys and their friends to VR. Arctic Sun is clean, friendly, helpful, and good quality fun. We’ve been going there since they first started. The Arctic Sun guys have given us excellent customer service from day one. Over the last few years the company has just gotten better. Equipment upgrades at the new building, and faster smoother gameplay. Great place to spend an afternoon.!!! Highly recommended!!!

Arctic Sun VR offered free passes to Big Brothers Big Sisters - a community based organization that sets up volunteer mentors with a young person. My Little Sister LOVES her computer games, so I went with her, for her. The staff member who helped us was friendly, knowledgable about fitting the VR gear onto kiddos and awkward adults, and had great social skills in being able to talk with 42 yo me and my 10 yo companion. To see the look on Floras face when she put the VR goggles on was priceless!!! Flora played a few of the games, and ended up loving the paint-art game. I figured out that I fail Jeddi Knight school, that I suck at jumping back and forth to stop a moving wall from hitting....however, to my surprise, I just freaking LOVED the boxing training game. I got to punch big punching bags, the little punching bags that come flying at you the harder you hit them (remember to use your legs!), and dummies. Covered in sweat....it was satisfying for me. Even though we were each having our own experience, it was definitely a shared experienced. We could also see on screens what the other was doing/playing with/creating. We could hear each other gasp and squeal and giggle. Overall, I highly recommend this experience!

Had a blast. Staff is friendly and eager to help you have fun. Everything is clean, well maintained, and inviting. Prices may seem expensive, but you get a good value for your money.

Its pretty small and you play by appointment. Upside to that is you wont have a crowd watching you considering everyone can watch you play. Another plus is you can get assistance very easily if you arent experienced. Downside for me was that my motion sickness kicked in and had to cut my playtime short. If not for getting queazy, I would of had a better time.

We love to go as a couple and play the multiplayer games lots of fun and staff is always friendly and helpful in recommending games and helping get set up I recommend trying this at least ounce it is pretty neat

This is a great spot for those awkward first dates. No long uncomfortable gazes into each other’s eyes BECAUSE YOU CANT SEE EACH OTHER! You can talk to each other and smell one another’s “do they like me or do they not” musk. Highly recommend wearing clean socks. Don’t pull those crusty socks from the bottom of the basket you will be required to remove shoes. 10/10 would recommend.

We loved it! First time and Im not real techy but managed to have fun, and get a small grasp of all the possibilities. My husband and took turns and watching helped to grasp concepts and take a little break. Fun and challenging. Thank you for great customer service and effective communication. Really cool facility to go experience VR. My girlfriend and I went on a date here and thoroughly enjoyed our hour in virtual reality together. It was easy to cycle through the games offered and the top of the line equipment made the experience worth it. I’ll definitely come again the next time I’m in Fairbanks.

We came to Arctic Sun to experience a VR arcade for the first time. We came back a few days later; both times we had a very enjoyable time! The next time we are in Fairbanks we will very likely pop in again.

James is the man! We had a fixed schedule that would have prevented us from going during normal business hours, but he was kind enough to open the place for our group. He helped us get all set up and was there if we needed anything throughout the time, and his space is really nice.VR is something I think everyone should try at least once. Im not a gamer, but its a totally unique experience. Id highly recommend going with some friends and doing a group experience, as that was our favorite part.
