Since I posted my first review I have to come back and state that this company has attempted to right the customer base in this sub-division, since Saturday mid day AC Wireless some how has generated a continuous ability for this sub-division to have internet access- Much appreciated and job well done, Thank you from Secluded Acres.This company is struggling to support their customer base in a small sub-division. They have spent a lot of money and time to install a tower in the middle of this neighborhood that they cannot or have just opted to write off as a loss. This is the problem with our community companies start off strong and willing then they tend to fade and shrivel.

Friendly staff and service is well suited for geography of delivery area.

I have had their service for years, the 1st few years was perfect. But I dont know if the company changed hands but the customer service is now the absolute worst I have ever delt with Kaleb a quote supervisor was rude, condescending, and extremely un helpful. I now wouldnt recommend this company to anyone, and I highly advise you seek internet elsewhere.
