The staff is super helpful. I get a sense of community when I go there. Reminds me of how nice people are in this town.

Laundry mat is clean and has hand sanitizer stations spread out through the area. I was very satisfied with my visit. I used a washer that did not wash my clothes at all, and when I informed the Service Rep, she had me move my laundry to a different machine and gave me a free wash! Thats customer service and respect. FYI again; Facility area, bathroom and machines were clean!

Pretty clean. Friendly staff. Big washers are $8, Medium is $6, small are $4 a load. Located next to a Holiday for snacks and a subway around the corner for a sandwich. A nice little place. :)

Best place in Fairbanks to get laundry done. Very clean and very helpful staff! Many different sized washers to speed washing. Can be busy, so be patient. Drop off service available. Ready in 24 hours.Car wash has manual and auto options. Auto does NOT get all of car clean. Center of rear always is missed. Dryer does not dry either. Still cheaper than other car washes.

For laundry good place even if often there is a big machine down. Takes a while to get work done but there are only a couple in town.Week days they seem to be the slowest.They have car wash there too for the summer months wish they could take out the brush auto wash and put in a good touchless system and maybe do something to make it work down to 0f. Put rock out or a good heated grate area out the door.

Everything was fine, except I had trouble pressing a button on the dryer. A man who worked there promptly salved the problem.

I read a lot of the reviews before setting out for here hoping for a good, experience doing 5 loads at once. The place is a lot smaller l than I imagined and half of the machines it seemed had “employee use only” signs them. I have a machine (one) at my apartment complex with four units. I really needed to wash my comforter though that doesn’t really fit the machine so I figured I’d kill 5 birds with one stone. Come to find out the big machine for my comforter was $8 (EIGHT) and the smaller ones $4. I see a lot of the reviews saying this place has reasonable prices and maybe I’m just not used to public laundromats and those prices are standard but that was outrageous to me. I did the comforter there since I didn’t really have a choice but I am taking the rest of my clothes back to my apartment to take my chances that no one else is using the machine right now and do my loads at $1.50 each. I miss Coin King on Gaffney I think it was. Didn’t go there much either since I didn’t have to but that place was far more preferable than this. I do recall feeling a little frustrated there too because I had to purchase tokens when I already came prepared with quarters but don’t think the prices were near as bad as this.The place was clean enough but I just can’t get over the price and limited machines. And all that great customer service I saw in a lot of the reviews too...can’t attest to that. Nothing really bad to say but didn’t get any acknowledgement coming in or as the attendant made rounds or as I look around confused clearly being a first time customer. Would only come back being prepared to ONLY wash my comforter and ONLY because of proximity to my current place.

Our company uses the wash & fold services from CPL. I have complained to the manager before that the laundry keeps coming back smelling like they aren’t using detergent. Just a musty wet clothes smell. Clearly this doesn’t matter because it is continuing to happen, and I’m sick of washing the items again to insure they smell clean.I’ve heard good things about B&C Laundry so perhaps we will need to take our business elsewhere to ensure our customer are receiving good laundry service.

The staff are professional, the building is clean and taken care of. Nearly all of the machines work. The environment is safe. For 10$ you can use a 5 loader, cant beat that in this town.

A great place to get your laundry done, lve been going there for the last year and a half.They have a play room for if you have kids (due to covid the play room is closed right now, #july 2020 not sure if it true for you folks in the future).This laundry matt also have Wash and fold services.

I had a great experience. Very helpful staff and a good atmosphere to relax while your laundry is going. There are also tanning beds inside, and a car wash right next door. You can get it all done at once!

Quick and clean!

The staff are kinda rude and I don’t really liked the laundry but I loved that old century feeling it gives. The had the Sesame Street on the tv! People going there are very interesting too. I never saw people like that anywhere else! It could be for good, or for bad it depends.

New employee seems underaged. Sorta obvious by the fact hes in a walker showing his bunny. 3 machines have broke within the same week but the attendant is pretty hot

Never had a bad experience here. I dont know why anyone would complain about it, its clean and usually pretty quiet. All of my experiences have been great here since moving to Fairbanks, the owner and staff are always incredibly attentive and helpful!

Convenient location, dry cleaning available and drop off laundry also available. Tanning is an option while you wait or get your car washed at the car wash directly behind the laundromat. Grab a bite to eat at Subway or the convenience store or the little diner across the street. Downside is it doesnt stay open late, parking is extremely tight, you have to pay with a million quarters (there is no tolken system) and no showers.

It was an awesome experience.. I only used the dryer and it worked very quickly and was a quarter for every five mins..

Pretty good wash and fold service. Under 24 hours turn around. Clothes came back fresh and ready to put away. This is a pricey service so be prepared for a bit of sticker shock. That bring said, great attitude by the workers providing the service.

Clothes came out smelling of sulfur. Front counter/attendant was not able to either answer me in a way that explained, or she was outright lying. I watched four machines have errors in the hour and a half that I was there.

Been going here for four years once a monthish to wash our clothes and have never had a bad experience! Bathroom is clean and well maintained, washer/dryers are repaired when out of service. And I must say the gentleman I assume is the owner is always excessively polite and hoping to resolve issues which are usually the customers fault (i.e. cant operate a washer/dryer) not to mention he is there near constantly. Love this place will recommend and continue to return regularly!

Customer service is non existent. I spend a lot of money here because it is close to my house. I was here 12-14-17 at 4 pm. I put my load into a double loader, it wasn’t even enough to fill it so I know i didn’t overload it. The washer stopped halfway through the cycle for some reason and it didn’t spin my clothes out. I showed the rude and snotty attendant, Brianna and all she could say was “there was nothing she could do, she’s just the evening attendant” and that she would “leave a note”. I asked her if she could call someone to give me my 4 dollars back to put it into another washer. I don’t see why I should have to pay for another load altogether. Then I asked if they would give me money for the extra money it was going to cost me to dry a soaking wet load of clothes. Again “there was nothing she could do”. She was completely rude and unhelpful, you should be ashamed of yourselves that you employ someone as vile and vulgar as she. Thanks for nothing Cushman plaza.

I’m a rv traveler. I usually go into a laundromat before I bring in my laundry to make sure I can get coins and check to see that the place is clean. Since I came in and didn’t have my laundry the blond gal at the front desk treated me poorly, disrespectfully and demanded to see my laundry. I felt like a bum felt like I was being accused of casing the place to rip it off. If you like this kind of treatment be sure to visit and do your laundry. Personally I would chose another place. No need to treat people so poorly...a laundromat is a service....choose to go where you are loved and valued for patronizing. Floors were not clean and quite a few machine were not working. $4 for a double load and about $1.75 to dry it since the washers don’t do a good job of extracting the water.

Okay when I got here the lady who was working was so rude. I asked her a question and she answered with a attitude. The place is nice to do your laundry, but the management here is bad.

The washers require a little bump from the maintenance person to get running but the place is clean and you can fill your water jugs if washing your clothes here.

July 23-2016My husband went over to cushman car wash this morning to have his truck cleaned and boy do He regret going there. He drove through the automatic car wash and came out with scratches and paint being chipped off throughout the whole vehicle on his BRAND NEW 2016 Chevy Silverado high country. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND others to not use their automatic system as it seems that they do not maintain a regular cleaning on their equipment. Very Unhappy Customer. Words of Mouth Goes Along Way and would Never Go Back There Again!!!!!!

My family and I have been washing our bedding at this laundry mat for years, since my early teens, I am now pushing 30, we normally have decent customer service and the prices are reasonable.I have recommended them 100s of times to people looking for a laundry mat, tanning salon or a self serve car wash and detail. I work in an environment where new comers have a lot of questions about Fairbanks.I will no longer be recommending them.Normally, its just my two children and I... today, it was a different situation.My best friend moved to town recently and has moved in with me temporarily.Being the parents we are, we split up responsibilities that come with having a family of 7 under one roof. I went grocery shopping & ran a few errands... my friend went to the laundry mat with all 4 children in tow. Our washer and dryer at home wouldve been running all day if we tried to get it done there, easy solution was to bring it all and finish it in a few hours. Total of 4 large bags.Yes it may have been over whelming to bring 4 children at once but duties need to be done, on the only day we have available.I came to meet her after errands and the kids were all sitting together in a line on the chairs eating snacks and having juice. I even took a picture... they then went to the kids room, and a couple times they came and back and I laid down the law, either stay there or here, no running around.From that time forward, they all remained in the kids room.When we were preparing to leave, putting all four kids in my pick up truck and loading laundry into the back, a gentleman who works at the laundry mat told us that they destroyed the kids room, that we shouldve left our kids (ages 11, 4, 4, 2) home and to never come back. This was all told to my friend when I was loading up the children... I could see them talking but couldnt hear anything.I am pretty upset, to say the least.I for one, only go in the afternoon... just like today. Not once have I seen that sad little kids room neat or even clean for that matter. The toys are broken down and it looks like they do not care to maintain it for customers with children.Everyone in the laundry mat with us was talking nicely to our kids, mainly the toddler who occasionally came to us to show us a toy.Nobody seemed bothered by them, they werent causing mayhem.Im at a loss of words, instead of an employee coming up to us and asking us to politely do something differently then we were doing, we were point blankly told to never come back.I would like an explanation.Since when is this type of customer service ok?I go there for convenience, not because I have to. Well, no more.Sorry you couldnt handle a family of 6 at one time for a few hours. Try being us... going to places where we and our money are obviously not welcome.Thank you for reading, I hope I hear a reply as to why you ruined our day and attitudes towards your business.

8M13-18: 2100Wonderful place...i was raised on the South side of fbx. Its a wonderful place to be raised up into, more ACTION ! If you know what i mean, i wouldnt trade it for the world... GOD ( J E S U S ) BLE$$ AMERICA, What a wonderful place... More crime than most of America due possibly to the constricting climate of sub- Z E R O degrees... 50 below ant no joke --- live or let die. Have some horrible stories in that regard and ive been around only for about 50 yr.s. anyway i wont bother you w/ that. Just remember watch your guard on the So.-side, Love Yah.

Place seems clean and mostly operational. I had slight trouble with the washer but the regulars are pretty friendly and more than willing to help out. The staff is friendly and tthe prices arent too bad. $4 for a decent sized washer. They use quarters (any place Ive seen that uses tokens seems alot more expensive). I will definatly be using this facility in the future.

All employees that Ive seen here have always been kind and they never make u feel like your bugging them like the manager down at b&c laundry. She is a very rude mean woman.
