We have had bad customer service from these guys. It takes repeated efforts to get them to respond, and then they ask for the same info you gave them months before. Even though the price was good, after years of below-average service were taking our commercial business needs elsewhere. You get what you pay for, so look elsewhere if you want a broker that returns your messages.

I’ve been with this company for over 20 years. I had my office manager go by there, and there was a difference of the way a meeting went.Instead of giving me to a different agent, they just dropped me.Wow!! My company goes by, “EVERY CUSTOMER MATTERS 💯!!”Not true with this company. Trying not to take things personal but after a 20+ year relationship, how can you not.
