Ive been a customer of Loa Carroll-Hubbard for about 7 years, and the experience has always been good. Thankfully Ive only had to file one claim, and it was dealt with quickly and professionally. I am always impressed with the professionalism of Loas staff and their ability to be responsive to any questions I have.

So a little over two weeks ago I called and spoke with Dan about obtaining property insurance on a recently built cabin that would be rented out. After answering his numerous questions he said Allstate would not cover the cabin and he would contact a third party source. He said it would take a couple of days for him to get back to me. A week later I called and left Dan a message to call me. No return call. Today, I called and got him on the phone. He initially did not recall our first conversation but after some digging on his end, he found what he had, which was that his third party source declined to provide coverage.I am not bothered by his inability to provide coverage. That can happen. What I do find offensive was his inability provide courteous and prompt feedback.

I had an incident 2 weeks ago, emailed Loa and it was handled immediately once she was certain there was no injury to myself. Today I purchased another vehicle (one is never enough), emailed Loa and within minutes she responded and between her and her trusty sidekick/assistant Daniel Burnett - Im covered immediately. You always make me feel safe and insured Loa. Thank you both for such excellent customer care and service. Kate

I’m from out of state and was having a very difficult time. I just showed up out of nowhere and she stopped what she was doing to help me with anything I needed. I greatly appreciated this experience and am happy to have Allstate!

Loa is very nice but I didnt get alot of things I should of, was suspost to be on auto pay and wasnt, hard to contact without going by in person.
