By far the best car insurance experience I have ever had. I got into a car accident about a year ago and the other driver was driving a rental car. Instead of the rental car company going directly through State Farm they asked me for for thousands of dollars via collections agency. If you know anything about collections agencies, they are not nice.Matt and his staff were quick to respond and take care of things immediately. EXCELLENT customer service and THE MOST THOROUGH follow through I think I have ever encountered! I was ready to give up on State Farm completely after being with the same agent for 22years but having some major issues with them in the last 4 years. I switched to to a new agent who did not really put any effort forth to even look at rectifying what the first agent had messed up. Thats when I changed to Matthew Raymond as my third and final attempt. I was so pleasantly surprised. He listens to your requests/concerns, he goes the extra distance to try to get answers or changes for you through what he can do and even takes it higher up this chain if need be, he is attentive and timely with his contact with you through the process and provides thorough explanations of anything he does. He is the exception in a world of fast deteriorating customer service. I was so ready to leave State Farm after what I had been through and Matthew Raymond has changed my mind and I am happy to have found him!

Kortni Isley was amazing to work with! I moved to Alaska a few months ago and my last Insurance agent was not licensed in Alaska so I had to find a new agent. I went through Alaska USA insurance brokers, 3 other State Farm agents, and Allstate, and none of them were able to get back to me with a simple quote for my autos and toys and homeowners insurable. I finally found Matthews google page and they had the request a quote feature I provided them with most the information they needed and they go back to me within an hour. I was shocked. I spoke with Kortni and she helped me through the process all via email. I dont really have the time to go into an office or spend 2 hours on the phone so email was perfect. She was friendly, kind, and very professional and helped me understand what types of insurance I needed. Within 2 days I had cancelled my old insurance and started a policy with them. This was a great experience!

There is a serious disconnect between State Farms local office and their billing dept, and the app. Gave them a 3 because their staff are friendly and helpful but I am tired of having to go into their office to get things fixed or adjusted. I dont have time to do that.
