My friend rented from Nazir for his wedding and the lack of customer service was appalling.First, he didnt even receive the car he had requested and was not informed of this until he went to go pick up the car.Second, the car that they did give him, had a flat tire but this wasnt a big deal as someone who worked there came out to help clean the car and fill the flat tire as well.Third, and the biggest thing is that my friend has still not received his refundable deposit...and its bene over a month. I understand that its a small business and the pandemic has affected everyone but customer service is key. Theres no clear communication/update on when my friend will receive his deposit.Beware if you are looking to rent from here.

I rented the range rover. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I returned the car with no issues, I can’t wait to rent another exotic they have more coming

Terrible service and unprofessional. I rented a vehicle on June 8th for July 3rd-4th. Nazir cancelled my reservation on July 1st only after I reached out to confirm the booking. His reasoning was because I needed to rent for a minimum of 2 days. This was not in his listing or description. Very deceptive and unprofessional.

He did a great job on my Dodge Charger. Great service, neat clean work, and great prices.

Purchase vehicle honda accord 2010. 76k millages .. after 1k miles driving i get vsa, abs, parking brake in the dashboard.. and my right DRL was not working . Took it back to get it fix .. but its get worst .. they blame me i have a GPS and a power outlet on my car causing the problem .. so if they fix it i have to pay repairs fees .. they took my car for repair for the front drl light .. he took 3 days to diagnose the electrical issues and in the end he couldnt fix it .. they found out the abs module was faulty and need to be replace .. to replace this module i have to buy it and they willing to change it . But i found out i have to paid for the diagnostic for the light and the module replacement.. we i agree $500 for labor and i have to get the used part from junk yard (abs module $100) total lost $600 .. after paying 7k for the car .. in the end the replace the abs fixing the light in the dash issues . Vsa,abs,parking etc.. but but DRL was still out with a electrician problem.. they never fix my problem i have to paid the 500 labor price.. i still driving this issue .. and i get blame of having too much voltage on my cabin . (GPS, charging station and HID lighs)🤦‍♂️Please stay away from this shop .. everything is just beautiful talk but they just want to rip you up..

Rented a beautiful white BMW M8 and the process was extremely simple. Shoutout to Nazir for accommodating all my needs and making this as easy as it can possibly get. Definitely recommend Elite Exotic Rental and highly suggest renting the white BMW M8!!!
