I brought my new M2C to Autocouture to fit a set of MSS springs. The quality work was completed on time and no alignment necessary after 300 miles on the new springs.Will be coming back for more goodies!

From the moment you pick up the phone to give the place a call, to the moment you get your keys back, ACM treats you and your car with respect. Very knowledgeable team here and they answer all the questions you may have and then some. I have gotten maintenance work done here such as alignment, fluid changes, and rod bearings replaced and the work was always top notch. Never had a worry in my mind about who I give my keys to here. Next up some performance upgrades and of course, I will be coming here for that!

This shop was recommended by a couple of coworkers, they told me good at what they do this people are, how professional they are, high remarks all around. On 05-20-2021 I drove there on my Mazda Miata MX5 (I wanted to ck if they could install coilovers on my car) one of their employees (or owners) I will never know, was standing outside with a dog, as I walked towards him and was getting closer, this person started walking backwards, I stopped, asking him if I should put on my mask?, he said: no, Im just not a close talker, it felt weird but I went on tell why I was there anyway, he told me that they dont work on Mazdas, no problem there, then he got really condescending and started talking about their $150.00 an hour rate and how I should go somewhere else with my car, terrible experience, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

When I needed a custom exhaust for my 318is with an M50 conversion, I couldnt find anyone local capable of fabricating it. After reading the reviews, I had the team at AUTOcouture create a stainless exhaust for it... the car not only sounds mean, but it runs better and has a bunch more power. I could not be happier with the results. Great job guys.

My M3 after been in wrong hands i went to this place for the first time and got say WoW!! Great people and very knowledge and profissional whit very reasonable labor price. Great quality but you will pay for it. Cheaper than dealer and they know what their doing so its worth the little extra especially if you have high end car. My only problem was my wrap had the bumper stretched and pieced so that color didnt match. Their mechanical department though is amazing.

I had my m4 in for some performance upgrades 2 years ago. When I discussed the project with them they suggested something that costed less to do than what I had originally planned. They really woke the car up and turned it into a monster. Since then Ive had no mechanical issues, the car runs great and makes a ton more power, I couldnt be happier with the results.I brought the car back in recently to go back to stock and they were again a pleasure to work with. If you are thinking of having some performance work done this is definitely the place to do it.

Had my Porsche 992 C4S upgraded to the Akrapovic Titanium Slip on Exhaust with DME Tune. Tom is a super honest guy. I called him on a Saturday morning asking about a car they had built in the past and Tom looked at the ad and provided me all the information on the car. I appreciate how he took time out of his day to go out of his way to help someone who wasn’t even yet a customer. When I do pickup an M3 again I will definitely be taking it to Tom and his team.

Needed a pre-purchase inspection for a 1999 M3 I was looking at. My experience at Autocouture could not have been any better. They saved me from buying a car with some hidden serious issues. I have experience with many of the best performance car shops around, and this is the only place that I would bring my cars if I didnt live nearly 5 hours away.

Great vibes in this shop. I can tell they like what they do. They did a great job returning my car back to stock even though I did not have all of the exact suspension components. They were able to cross reference the fabricate what I needed. Very relieved that I brought it to Autocouture!

I dont like to give negative reviews. I brought my car in for some routine work (alignment, brake flush). Took two days when it was supposed to take a few hours. Fine, stuff happens. I get home and realize the flush was never done, but I was charged for it.Call em up, they offer a refund and to do the work they didnt do. Great. I go the next week and they did the flush (which also took quite a while), but the pedal goes to the floor and my brake warning light is on. Then the guy says Sorry and sends me on my way.Ultimately l think the management staff is too busy for their own good to properly take care of a customer and the techs are inexperienced and lack problem solving skills. Heres to another weekend fixing what they did wrong.

Ive taken my Wrangler and my S8 to Auto Couture multiple times, and had a wonderful experience for both. The techs are brilliant. The sales guys are honest. The management is responsible. The result? An absolutely brilliant experience. Highly recommended.

Top notch, did a older BMW Air Ride wagon, Im in NY and had towed to them and kept me in constant loop while i was away on Vacation during the build, even followed up when received fraudulent inquiry after being affected by a data breach.

They are very popular around the east coast for obvious reasons and the cars they do there are bomb.To the negative review on here, not sure what your deal was but they would have def made it right by you had you chosen to call and complain to them instead of Google.

I came here by appointment for a Remus catback exhaust install for my car. Very friendly staff especially Jeff when I had a hiccup of not having all my parts for a prior appointment. They did fantastic work. They have a specialty of all types of BMW especially for enthusiasts who want more out of their cars. I highly recommend coming here for BMW service. Came in here earlier this morning for a JB4 install and the staff were very professional. Really chill group of knowledgable guys. Not your typical auto shop, this place was very elite.

Ive had 2 cars built by them. Nothing but superb work done by the crew. Shop is VERY clean, staff is knowledgeable about anything cars. They did an awesome build on my e90 M3 which included an ESS supercharger, Brembos, and suspicion work, etc. They treated my car as if it was their own, which is something that i really liked. Now i just purchased an M4 and cant wait to see what they have to offer.

Ive been dealing with these guys for 8+ years and not only have they turned into family, but ive never been let down once by the work or the customer service. Go look at their instagram account and tell me they dont deliver some of the baddest cars around....

Let me start off by saying that the entire staff at Auto Couture are the most honest, knowledgeable, and caring group of guys I’ve come to know. From day 1, my car has been treated like it was their own. Not once have I ever been pressured into a product or service while discussing modifications or routine maintenance. That being said, there have been a few times where I was actually talked out of spending more money in return for a more suitable product or service that cost less. Today, that’s unheard of. The shop is always organized, clean, and holds a professional but laid back atmosphere. The vehicles that are on scene for work to be done speak volumes on the trust owners have for Auto Couture...aside from BMW’s, mostly M cars, but McClarens, Ferrari’s, Porche’s, and Lambo’s. These guys aren’t down the street from me, but I take the 70 mile ride without hesitation knowing whatever I’m having done is going to be spot on.

I had my KW V1 suspension installed last year on my e90 330xi. It was a week before bimmerfest and their schedule was packed and they still managed to book me an appointment for the install. at the time of the install, the suspension height was not adjusted twhat I wanted to they adjusted it after it settled for free. great guys that know what theyre doing.

Ive recently taken my E92 M3 to ACM for rod bearing service, motor mounts, springs and supercharger installation. There arent many people I trust to work on my car, especially with the M3 being a bit more of a rare breed in my area. I knew that Tom and the rest of the guys at ACM had a great reputation, and Tom was super helpful answering my endless number of questions before deciding to make the 650 mile drive (!!) to his shop. I was arriving on a Sunday, and Tom offerred to come meet me to open up the shop and get me checked in. And I knew Id be in good hands when seeing the bays littered with M3s and other goodies when I arrived, most with some impressive modifications.The work was of course as expected and with no surprises. Im confident in the work they did and hope to have the opportunity to deal with ACM again!

When I was looking for some performance and cosmetic upgrades to my BMW M3 a friend recommended AutoCouture Motoring in Fairlawn. From my first visit Tommy and the guys made me feel right at home and showed a real passion for their work along with a great attention to detail.ACM has completed two custom BMW M3 builds for me, which included engine, suspension, brake, exhaust, wheels and full interior and exterior upgrades and their work is top notch - with the cars being featured in several publications and winning awards at national BMW events. They also service my other European performance cars, including Porsche and Ferrari as well as my Jeep Wrangler and I highly recommend them.

Had my 2011 335i xdrive serviced here with new plugs, oil filter housing gasket, and oil change. In addition, I tried to have a tune and a dp installed. The o2 sensors were rusted so he didnt want to install the dp unless they could hold onto the car for a bit. In addition the tune I brought in did not end up fitting my car (needed a different harness). They did not charge me for the attempted installation for both the tune and the dp. The oil filter housing gasket alone at the dealer was significantly more than the cost of the entire service done at autocouture. Great place, great people.
