Superior response and performance. Many positives to share: we’re able to come out in 4 days notice, a good competitive quote over the phone, great follow up calls, technician called in route to verify arrival time, punctual, wore mask and footies indoors, very respectful of furnishings, very efficient. Other window cleaners used our hose with chemicals on exterior windows but Jordan hand polished each one and didn’t use the hose. This was good since I worry that the pressure can break the seal on the windows. Also, they drove all the way down from Everett… they attached a fee for that but the cost still came out the same as our last washer but this was superior service. EDIT: These problems were mostly resolved and miscommunications were explained. ORIGINAL: Bought a Premium Roof Cleaning package. Afterward, a sales person called my husband afterward because the technicians didnt collect sales tax. We said we would be happy to pay the sales tax once the broken roof tile was fixed, and the bag of debris they left in our yard was taken away. Initially they scheduled a repair, but cancelled the day prior anticipating rain, but it didnt rain. A couple days after the cleaning, one of our gutters was overflowing. My husband had to climb up and remove debris. While up there, he saw plants still growing.

From beginning to end this was the one of the worst contractors to have worked on my home. After three visits for one project, four if you include the salesperson doing a walkthrough to look at the job, these guys managed to get some painters tape off my windows, but now I have to pay 1200 to fix the window because they broke the seal in there scope of work and it fogs up now. This window is in the middle of a large 9 panel wall that is 18 feet in height and the focal point of the house. From miscommunication, undelivered promises, inexperienced techs, damage to my homes window, the garbage pile left in my yard and I can go on and on but I think you get the experience, be forewarned.

We’ve been looking for years for someone who can pressure wash concrete pavement without leaving streaks and have finally found them. Thank you Chinook for the great job! Also, they cleaned our carpet and got out stains that had been there through two prior cleanings. There’s definitely something going on here with work quality being well above and beyond the norm for this type of work!

Very friendly, polite, young men. They sent a text to let me know they were on the way and arrived promptly as scheduled. My only complaint is that the complimentary wipe down of my window screens was done inside my home. This made some extra clean up for me. Also in hind sight I would have had the inside of my windows done at the same time.

I found Chinook online and they responded quickly enough and arranged to clean entire house windows. They came on time and they did a good job in cleaning them. Work well done. However, I gave my feedback to Chinook that if they could vacuum my carpet or return my furniture to original position that will be perfect. If that is not their scope of work, please let customers know ahead of time so we know our expectation. Other turbulence I had was they broke one of my wall ceramic paint; but the cleaner texted and apologized to me and his boss discounted me $35. They are responsible and I could understand accident could happen. I will recommend their service.

The gentlemen who washed the siding of our home did an excellent job.They listened to the specific cleaning requests we had made and were very thorough. The company uses a low pressure water cleaning process which works very well and prevents the damage often caused by pressure washers. We would hire Chinook Services again.

The office kept me posted about my appointment. Got an email a week in advance and a call the day before. I loved being able to get an estimate online. Might be a bit pricey but well worth not having to go up on ladders to clean gutters and windows. For this house with its clear story windows, you even have to go on the roof! At our age (pushing 70) that is NOT something we like to do. Only disappointment is the young men did not close the gate when they left... I also like the emailed invoice and the ability to pay by credit card from that. Talk about convenience.!

First time using Chinook Services for gutter/moss treatment, and was not disappointed. The technicians came out early, and after informing me of what they were going to do got started right away . They finished ahead of schedule and did a decent job of cleaning up the debris that came down from the roof. Ive never done a soft treatment on my roof, so will have to wait and see how long it takes for the moss to eventually fall off, but have no issues with the services provided. Definitely recommend!

I saw Chinook Service working on my neighbors house. 3 story house and whilst they where on the roof cleaning gutters, I noticed the guy was not tied onto anything no hi-viz or safety helmet. Its a damn miracle he didnt fall off the roof and hes leaning over the edge. How does a company not supply or train their employees about safety? I was tempted to call LnI.

I made arrangements for a morning window washing to be immediately followed by carpet cleaning. The window washers arrived at the end of the time frame given, which was fine. But the carpet cleaner hadnt arrived by noon. I called and was told he was running late and would be here within an hour. It took two. Also, the window washers missed half of one window on the outside. They also neglected to wipe the tracks, which was supposed to be part of the service.

We had our windows cleaned and it is spotless, thanks guys!

Chinook arrived on time and ready to go. First they hung my Christmas lights. They cleaned my gutters. Then they treated the moss on my roof with a special product approved by the roofing manufacturer. Lastly they washed my windows, wiped my screens clean and even cleaned the window tracks and ledges. They worked quickly and politely. They had to move flower pots and furniture and moved everything back to their places. This is the 3rd time Ive had services performed by Chinook & Ill call them again next time I need something done.

A minor problem that I thought I had to be at house when service was done, and I thought an 9:30 start time didnt imply sometime between 9:30 and 10:30. The staff came just as I was leaving (10:10) and assured me I didnt need to be there. What I could inspect, looks great.
