Five star chem dry did an amazing job cleaning our carpets (which were disgusting!). We have two large dogs and two children under five. Our highest traffic areas are all carpet. Needless to say, we had many stains and our home was starting to resemble a frat house. After five star chem dry cleaned the carpets, ALL stains are gone, the carpets look brand new and smell fresh. Mikao was our service technician and was on time, professional and very friendly. He was in and out within an hour.

Tried to use this business. Talked to the gentleman on the phone for 15 minutes scheduling my appointment. Whole time I’m thinking my appointment is for Wednesday the 14th between 8-10am (this is a week prior mind you) So I was up until 1am vacuuming my couch from all the dog hair for them to make their job easier the night before, nobody shows up. I call he says oh no your appointment is for the 21st between 8-10am. Ok fine. Maybe I misheard. Now I’m getting texts asking if they can come between 1-3. No. I have an appointment at 12 that day in Everett and won’t be home till around 4. This is his response “ Hi Kali, thanks for letting me know on this! I apologize for the inconvenience. We are just really slammed taking care of customers. We could still take care of you on Wednesday. I would just need to set you up for around 3 or 4 if that could work for you. Please let me know. Much appreciated!” I am a customer? I am paying you an estimated $350 to clean my couch, you are not paying me to clean mine. So good for all those other customers but screw me? No thanks! There’s a million other couch cleaning services on google, I’ll find another.

Mike was easy to work with during the scheduling process for our couch cleaning. To be honest I was overall satisfied, but not overly impressed with the level of service provided by the technician. I was happy to find out that Chem-Dry was willing to come back out to complete the work. However, I was left wondering whether a second trip would have been necessary had the technician spent more time to do a more thorough job the first time around. I also chose not to give 5 stars because I still felt there were a couple of areas missed but not enough for me to ask for a third visit. I also don’t like coming off as being nit-picky. For the amount I paid, I could not justify giving Chem-Dry 5 stars. I gave them 4 since they were willing to try and correct the issue.

I was extremely happy with my carpets, sectional couch and dining room chairs. I had pet stains that I thought would never come out. My couch hadn’t been cleaned in a few years and looks brand new now. A great job done, I highly recommend Chem-Dry.

Mike cleaned some very difficult stains from my dining room fabric chairs. He was able to remove a blueberry cobbler stain as well as grease and oil marks. He was timely, efficient and courteous and I am 100% satisfied with his service!

We have used this company for several,years. The first time we had them was after letting the carpets go for way too many years of kids and cats. We were living a nightmare trying to deal with cat urine - using every product we could find. Nothing helped. The owner worked a miracle cleaninge the carpeting throughout the house. I’m not kidding, they looked brand new again, all fresh, sanitized and protected. Now we keep it up and hire them every single time. Mikey cleaned them today and did a fantastic job. These guys are great. They bend over backwards to work with your schedule. They did a fantastic job on my carpets. We have 2 dogs and one of them in training, so we really needed a good job. The carpets look great and they even came back to deal with a particularly stuborn spot and cleared it up free of charge ! These are definitely the go to carpet cleaners !!

I was in a hurry to get my carpet cleaned, and they were able to get there the day after I called, so really quick service. Also I had some pretty bad stains that came right out. When I got home the carpets looked fantastic! Also the products they use are non toxic to pets, which was a big plus as I have a dog. All in all, a great experience!

In brief, these guys provided exceptional service and did the job right.We were in town visiting family and on our last day, just after packing up the car to leave, I went to get our 2 year-old son, only to find he had created some pen art all over a piece of grandmas expensive furniture. After several failed attempts to get the ink stains out, I took the piece to a couple different cleaners in the neighborhood, and they wouldnt attempt it. I finally looked up Five Star Chem-Dry and saw all the good reviews, so went to them in a last-ditch effort to get the stains out. When I arrived, all the employees were courteous and professional, despite the fact it was the end of their day and they were all getting ready to go home. The manager for the day, Chad, attempted to clean the piece of furniture with their spot remover free of charge (impressive), but it didnt work. He then offered to try a more extensive cleaning process and offered to do it for a very reasonable price. Long story short, he did the job for me right there and then, got all the stains out and cleaned the entire piece of furniture, all with a genuinely great attitude and for a great price.I was skeptical when I saw all the 5-star reviews for this company on various review sites, but they do their job right, with great service, at a good-value price, and guarantee their work. That earns 5 stars in my book, and Id recommend them to anyone.

Im super impressed with Five Star Chem-Dry! Mike was SO professional and nice. He was supposed to arrive between 11 and 12. He called at 11:30 apologizing because he was going to be 5 minutes late...UM really? Its 5 minutes NO WORRIES. It was so nice to get the call regardless! My son was sick that day so we were home from school and Mike was so careful to make sure not to disturb him and he was so efficient. BUT, most importantly, he was SO thorough. My English Mastiff destroyed my carpet on the middle floor of my house. Mike worked his butt off getting all the stains out and you would never know there was a problem. The smell was gone immediately and I was just in tears of joy because I felt like I had my house back! I will DEFINITELY use Five Star again. Note: it was a little spendy because I had so many spots on my carpet but it was worth every penny and more. Plus, the stain remover he left me works so well!!

Mike and Ben did meticulous work on my carpet and furniture and as a result, the carpet looks spotless, fluffy and three shades brighter. The sofa and love seat are now free of the dark, shiny soiled areas. I have used other carpet cleaners before, but none match the professionalism or quality of Mike and his crew. My sister had recommended Mike from Five Star...said he was awesome. Mike showed up and cleaned my 2 bedroom apartment because I was moving out. So happy with Five Star Chem Dry. It was getting dark & stairs were the last thing cleaned, the next day I noticed some spots & smudges. I called Mike at Five Star & he immediately said when do you want us there to fix that. The next morning Five Star arrived, recleaned stairs & asked if any other areas needed redoing. It was quick and easy to get an appointment. They were prompt and courteous. there was a small accident with coffee, but it was cleaned up right away. I remain pleased with the actual process/formula. My only hesitancy is that they are more expensive even than other Chem Dry offices. 3 areas was $177; minimum was $150.

Professional and expeditious. Thats what I love about these guys. Sure, they push you to purchase bigger packages than you were maybe expecting to pay for, but Ive never regretted the upgrades. After having the worst tendants ever, I had the house measured for carpet. Before spending over 4700 I had Chem-dry clean the upstairs. Wow, after seeing that machine steam the dirt, dry paint and krud away, I had the whole house done and the place looked like I had new carpet again. I strongly recomen there services. Prompt, reasonable, and great results. Method used dries more quickly than previous work by other carpet cleaners. Be aware there is a bit of upselling of add-on treatments, but they are offered as choices and not pursued beyond your declining of the offers. We had a really good first experience and will call on ChemDry for future cleaning.

They did an amazing job cleaning my apartment! There were 3 pretty big red spots in the carpet and it came out no problem! Also the stairs were pretty ragged and black but now they look good as soon!

I was hooked in by a yelp review and would agree based on the reviews that a fine job was done. On time, cleaning took about the estimated time. The only issue was the filtration line on the sides of the stairs. This was discussed after the cleaning was completed and noticed before he left.We were cautioned about the fact it may not come out, it did not. In fact it did get worse. We havent had our carpets cleaned for 3 years and they were looking pretty shabby. The two guys that came out, Chad and John, were miracle workers! They got our stains out but they were also funny and not pushy, a plus when having someone clean your carpets. We had Stanley Steamer in the past and Five Star Chem-Dry out beats them by a mile! Superb job!

I worked here for a year and a half. it has been about 6 months since i left and i still find myself wondering how they are doing and that speaks for itself. the pricing is great the service is beyond what you find nowadays and they WILL get the the job done as best as possible.

They fixed a scheduling error and came out at our convenience. The carpet looks great they got out some stains previous cleaners could not. a little upsell but that is pretty typical in the industry and we added sq ft without to much added to the bill. Over all quick and good service.

While doing some paint work for a customer we got red paint on the carpet. We got 5 Star Chem Dry to take care of the problem and they were great. They communicated what they were doing and when and followed through. Great Service.

We are Disappointed that there was no discount for the inconvenience of my having to stay around waiting for my service tech, especially with the amount it costs to have carpets cleaned. First time in MANY years that I am not giving 5 stars.

Great service. The cleaners took time to explain what they were able to do for me beside the basic cleaning and put a fair package price together. The carpets were in very bad shape and when they were done, it looked great.
