Okay where do I start, called them same day as service and Robert was able to get me in at 5pm, not only did get get my carpets cleaned but he told me about protectant and ways to keep my carpets to stay clean a little longer! He made sure that my walls were protected and my vinyl flooring with this protection Matt. I highly suggest going through certified green, Robert does amazing work and puts a lot of detail into his work. He truly cares about his customers home/experience. Roberto came today to clean dog poop stains I honestly didn’t think could be cleaned. We were thinking we would have to replace our carpet because we made the stains worse while trying to clean it up. He really saved us today! Wish I could show the before and after pictures. I booked a slot on their website yesterday for 3pm I believe, and waited for someone to come to my apartment. I got an email at 3:46PM yesterday telling me that no one could get out to my home, which is about a 3 minute drive from their location you have listed on google, and they would be able to come out today at 4pm. I responded to the email saying that that would be fine, and I have waited and it is 4:32PM currently and no one has gotten in contact with me about the carpet cleaning by phone, text, or email to say they couldnt come out today either or to tell me they were going to be later than 4PM.Thanks so much.

I called this company to get an estimate for some carpet clean and he was not professional during the conversation and ended up hanging up on me.

Great cleaning company. After the first cleaning, the carpets dried and some stains remained. It was explained to us, when stains are deep into the pad, cleaning them brings all that dirt to the surface and you have to clean them again, which he did, for free! Carpets look great! Cleaning was great! Pricing was frustrating. Quoted at $355 and then actually charged $470. During the quote I was very clear about my house size, rooms, and spaces that needed to be cleaned. Even providing square footage estimates. The owner provided zero empathy in the process.

If I could give zero, I would!!!!I booked online 3 days ago and got a confirmation email. They were supposed to be at my place at 11:00 this morning. At 11:40 I tried to call and text them. I turn my keys in tomorrow. They never showed up. They never called or text back (when their voicemail tells you to text them)! I had to hire a different service last minute.For a small business, I get that you get busy and things happen, but you are now 11 hours late and still no response to either of my messages.......If you are in a time crunch, dont rely on this company!!!!!!!!

Our carpet was very dirty and it had a stain all over, I was not expecting to get any stains out and were planning to change the carpet. I left Robert alone to do his job, when he got it done I did not want to see how it turned out but he insists me and guess what there was no stains at all, he saved me 10K in replacing carpet, he was very professional, reasonable, I will recommend him any time and suggest all of my friends and family to use him.
